Really? A work of art? I mean... Behind the thin surfaces of Italian marble, French woodwork, German stucco, Greek mosaic, all the imported stuff to make it needlessly expensive. The house itself is just concrete slabs with steel and glass imported from China. There is no architecture, no real design. If this house was on ground level in the city, it would be your local minimart with a car wash. American "luxury" is just about big empty spaces. Who wants to live in an empty hotel. Walking 10 000 steps a day inside your own house. There is no happy family with 3 kids that are going to live in this space. These are almost never actually LIVED in. They are just investments for the rich to put their money into.
Nobody is half as good as you two at doing these tours. You are both very knowledgeable about the property and all of the details that come with it. I really have not seen any channel that comes even close to you guys. You really know what details to focus on to keep the viewers interested.
This is the best house I've ever seen on your channel. Even the $100M homes sometimes look a little bit cold; I like the wood and darker tones warming everything up. This place actually looks like a home while still being an architectural masterpiece.
No way… Way smaller houses that are much nicer.. That is of course the design and warmth of the home. A there is a “life style” than there is a home that is meant to be warm and cozy not cold like steel.

OMG... This home is absolutely amazing. Every part of this estate was thought out carefully planned and methodically built by craftsmen of every trade. The day time tour was amazing, but, the night time tour was epic. To the architect, you design is brilliant. You captured the breath taking views, with walls of glass and brought the out doors in with massive automatic glass doors. I could go on and on. 45,000,000.00 seem like a deal. The 1/2 court tribute to Coby Bryant with his team mates was awesome and emotional for me. Great job Enes Yilmazer! Thank you for sharing this fine estate.

This is very true. 18,000 sqft, whilst very large, can feel homely. It’s when you see these 30,000 sqft ones or the horrific “The One” 🙄 at 105,000 sqft that you realise too big is too big. If you want to see a homely British home of a similar size, search for Titlarks House 👌

I loved all the art pieces and the moss wall is definitely my favourite thing from this amazing house. That bright green color is so relaxing and refreshing that I just couldn´t stop staring at it (wish the house had more indoor nature features like that)...and the art pieces are really interesting and eye - catching. Usually luxury houses display very dull paintings and overall decoration.

I loved all the art pieces and the moss wall is definitely my favourite thing from this amazing house. That bright green color is so relaxing and refreshing that I just couldn´t stop staring at it (wish the house had more indoor nature features like that)...and the art pieces are really interesting and eye - catching. Usually luxury houses display very dull paintings and overall decoration.
I have watched this video at least 100 times. It never gets boring and I loved every second of it :) I think the fish of hawaii is called the humuhumunukunukuapua'a

What are the monthly cost on a home? With staff and utilities. Chef’s, security, lawn home staff cost I have never seen anyone cover that cost of running a home like this. How do they find staff is there a service that supply’s everyone? Good stuff as always
