When i watched that video And then more expensive than , İ felt down in a dream a few minutes , than i woke up And then i thought it is fantastic movie.
Really that is more huge than normally , but that is all.
Firstly that has invited thieft why do any robber Steal there ?
Secondly it needs very much ! curtains .
Thirdly that somebody live there , that one needs very moral value because that one must value pay this house.
Fourth one that house invite to sexualty unrelation party , it neeeds very much punishment turn to sheep .
Fifth one that house only used space ship over earth, when u will have huge spaceship such that tens of country it has ,u can put every house varty for own of for yer family but in earth of life dont never accept to innocent life protected.

This absolutely blows “The One” away. So much personality. Love the darker theme, and all the classy glass, water, and metal. Such a modern look. This is the place of a man’s man! Can easily see a Mafia Boss living there or something. Even as massive as it is, it still feel like a home, unlike “The One.” Just incredible.

Agreed. Bigger isn't always better. This is sheer quality over quantity. All the bespoke elements and use of color (instead of office building white hues) really give this place an opulent, yet livable feel. About the only thing lacking is some wall art. Reminds me a lot of Drake's home interior. Pure elegance.

The only thing I wasn’t keen on was the fact some of the corridors and even bedrooms didnt have windows, the views are stunning and id love to be able to see it from every place!!!
This is the first super expensive house I've seen that actually seems like it's worth the price. That place looks REALLY cool, whoever designed it has some damn good taste. It's like having your own mini 5-star hotel all to yourself.

One of the first videos I have seen that featured the listing agent and he seemed to be a genuinely likable guy. A lot of the listing agents they have come on I def feel like I could go without ever seeing lol this guy is truly grateful to be a part of this project and you can tell how much he cares about the place.

This is my FAVORITE out any house tours I have ever seen! I watched this fully and tried to watch “The one” tour and couldn’t get into it like this one! This home here is on a different level with detail and time taking vibes. The other videos are nice and have their own style but this one is on a different level. A vodka tasting room? The chandeliers are gorgeous! The flooring, doors…love it all!
I literally send Enes a dm in Instagram with a post of this mansion and he liked it....two weeks forward a full 45 minute tour of the mansion....how can you not respect someone who is the best at his job and listens to what he's audience wants....mad respect for everyone in this channel every video is unique love you guys and always support you from Greece

UPDATE: 18 months after this episode it is still for sale. The price has not changed (Oct 2023)
It’s ridiculously expensive and I’m a student and I don’t have shit but a load of debt but I wish to live there, maybe just for a few days…

I have watched many of your videos and I have to say this mansion is absolutely stunning!!! Detail to perfection. Love all the colours and custom furniture. Those swing bar chairs are just the nicest and coolest bar seats ever made. The car elevator OMG. Too many cool things Please don’t wake me up from my dream.

This isn't a house. This is an actual work of art. Every part of the home screams opulence and indulgence, and the confidence to make the manor's emblem visible in every room and furniture speaks of the pride the artists felt. The price tag certainly seems fair.

If I had the money to get this house ..would I see myself in it ? Absolutely not. Did I enjoy the tour anyways? Absolutely yes. That's one of the reasons I like this channel. This house is beautiful, yes, but it is also so cool to get a full proper tour by people who know what they are doing and seem to be passionate and enjoy what they’re doing as well. Good job.

This house is a third of the size of The One, for nearly the same price as what that home ultimately sold for. However, it’s far more beautiful inside and out, with so much more warmth from the chosen stone and marble finishes, colour tones and wood finishes. Stunningly beautiful.

Honestly, I used to be an enthusiast about it, but I actually got over all this super-luxury houses thing. Suddenly I kinda came down to earth and now am more impressed and enthusiastic about "compact", less luxurious (but still expensive), very USABLE and cozy houses (like a 2700 sqft/250m2 - ONE BEDROOM house with extremely expensive USABLE stuff inside with the PERFECT floorplan with the maximum attention to detail possible).

To your point. This home was built to impress a large party, but baring large weekly parties, it is excess space. I may want more than one bedroom, maybe more like three or four, so close family can visit. But have space family can enjoy together.

This house for sure blows “The One” away. In every level of expectations this house is so much better and has much more attention to detail. It is also centered more around the homeowner than unlike “The One”. And once again thanks to Enes and the team for this outstanding content!

for a hundred million dollar house, no absolutely not, definitely if I can spot all of these things first watch on video (which doesn't portray certain details as well as real life)
@04:26 check out the elevator door, about 30-40cm above the door handle, that felt/material was applied horribly and already has discoloration or some other issue.
@09:42 not even a soft close for the door, seriously, that's a basic feauture in most modern houses/closets nowadays EPSECIALLY at the ludacris high end they are working at. (also bottom of the door)
@10:24 poor cable management and finishing.
@15:01 crooked/skewed door handle when door is closed. Seriously a door handle that far off of horizontal would annoy the shit out of me. How can you say there was eye for detail if such obvious things were missed. If it's due to people visiting then it's even worse, because I would expect such an expensive house to be built to last.
@15:15 top right corner, misaligned backwall panels ... 1-2 cm discrepancy in height

Plot is too small for the price. The One you literally own an entire hill. Finishings and furniture are superior in this one but that's because they ran out of money in the1, it needs a few 10s of mill more which I'm sure the new owner will spend for quality tailored finishings.

This channel sets the standard for how high end homes should be filmed. Their videos are so cinematic like a hollywood production movie. Every video gets more awe inspiring. This is the first super expensive house I've seen that actually seems like it's worth the price. That place looks REALLY cool, whoever designed it has some damn good taste. It's like having your own mini 5-star hotel all to yourself
