You could almost see Enes laugh when he said the asking price at the beginning of the video. Under 10k square feet with only four bedrooms with five bathrooms without a straight-on view of the downtown skyline priced at $135,000,000 is absolutely ridiculous. This property should literally knock off $100,000,000 for it to be somewhat reasonable. So many tacky staging areas as well like the plug in lights by the main entrance. Before this video I didn't think we'd see another property so overpriced for so little since the $135m Japanese inspired penthouse in NYC, yet here we are. Whomever priced this property has spent way too much time at the top of the Burj with their head in the clouds.
With such property you can only laugh about the asking price, the problem is that you find the same bullish (~bullshit) trend in middle class housing :(
I disagree with the views. Thats probably the best views of the dubai skyline from a house. Its open and clear. Did you not hear the things included with the house? Like the watches some are few million dollars.
Love the flowers in the house, gives the feeling that there's actually people living in the house, unlike other houses the feel so cold even from just watching them, you wonder do people actually live there
No beach or boat access for the price is a travesty and when a builder spends millions upon millions for furniture and decorations that fulfill their own tastes is a bit ridiculous
No beach access? Ultra wealthy ppl living on the ocean aren’t worried about a beach to go layout on in their yard. 😂 I’m sure if they really wanted to go to the beach, they would ride their Bugatti golf cart down to the beach or over to the marina. It’s on the water, has a pool & it’s on a small super exclusive man-made island in Dubai. The lot alone could cost $50 million+. There’s only so many lots for sale on that little island next to that resort. It’s all about the exclusive location & the view…

I love it because of the dimensions, it is a normal family house but so beautiful and comfortable and funcional, furnished with exactly everything you need. Not too much, and anything’s missing. And it is not luxury for luxury, it is so tasty, it is art. Thank you so much guys for this amazing video.
Wow Enes, I am absolutely stunned. You never fail to impress. Such an exquisite house and so very elegant. I love the fact how it’s tailor made down to the smallest details. Easily one of my favorite homes you have toured Enes. Thank you for the amazing content. 👍🏼
Asking this much for a house that is less than 10000 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, no privacy and literally two similar villas on both sides of the property is insane. this property is worth 100 m aed at max which is less than 30m usd.
Looks WAYYY over priced. Beautiful estate Beautiful amenities and furnishings etc but for 135? Naaa no way. But having been to Dubai acouple years ago, it's definitely it's own world so it doesn't surprise me. Hard to explain you have to experience Dubai in order to understand what wealth really is. They do it like no other place in the world. To all the folks saying it's more like a 70-80 million dollar estate, your not wrong but there also going into it knowing they will get that number or atleast close to it. Remember they are catering to the world not just middle eastern wealthy. It's sick but this home will probably be someone's second home or there home when they come to Dubai. 135 million??? I don't think even you can make people believe it's worth $135 million. Four bedrooms? And under 10,000 ft with a lovely view of a bridge. My favorite part about this house was the elevator!!! Chemo took one of my knees out. How much are the houses next to it going for that look exactly like it? Missing Mikey!! Wishing you and crew safe travels.
135M Because of the area "BVLGARI". Also, the house is mostly custom-made, and high-end brand furniture makes it 2x more expensive. But I agree that 135m is a lot for that
To the cinema: the super cool way to adjust the ratio is making the screen bigger / wider, not smaller. At least most of these noble home cinemas are designed by people, who don‘t have any experiences with that stuff. Like here, where the three rear seats are placed much too high and too near to the back wall.
Just how this primary bedroom bathtub got there (ice melting) shows the house is totally worth it!!❤ thank you Enes🎉 all these details: watches, walls, babifoot added to the cashier of the house it's very exquisite and elegant ✋️

It's because of this channel that I want to move somewhere in the Mediterranean! Thank you for the angles and detail that you give. How's Mikey? You may have address that and if you did, I missed that video. I miss his takes no things. Don't get me wrong, the camera guy that's doing the videos now is great, just wanted to know if Mikey was still a part of the crew. Lastly, loved the closet and the bathroom in the main suite. I guess the only room I didn't like was the gym and yeah, the price is crazy, but again, great tour, and keep up the great work and taking me places I've never seen and only dream about. Oh, do you take recommendations because I've seen other videos of home tours and loved the home bit it would have been better if you have done a tour of the home. Much love and take care to you and your crew. Can't wait for the next video!
Yes, this home is exceedingly expensive. However, the quality of workmanship is apparent. This is one of the very very few homes that exhibit such warmth throughout the structure with the use of such a large amount of stones and the use of so many different stones. Usually, homes of this magnitude tend to look/feel very cold, expansive, and not welcoming. This home is very warm and welcoming. This home has become my inspiration home. Thank you for showing us this home! Keep up the great work!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I love the bonsai's especially the large one in the backyard. Like everyone else said the price is looney tunes. Especially I laughed at the shot at 24:36 showing it's tiny lot size and how it's a cookie cutter design with seven in a row.
@@exnihilonihilfit6316 If you pay 135M for a property, you generally don't want your neighbour to have exactly the same. You want to stand out. In marketing, this is called the snob effect. There are enough people who can afford the house out of petty cash. But if it's exactly the same next door, then it simply becomes uninteresting for this target group. Incidentally, you can see this effect very clearly with very expensive and limited edition cars. Even then, the cars are still individualised by their owners, for example by having the car painted neon yellow.
Brilliant production work from this channel, very professional. Did I observe right that this home has neighbours besides? For 135 Million $ I wouldn't want no neighbours so close by. Moreover I thought the house on the side looked similar. Isnt it too small for 135 mill?

The sheer number of penthouses lumbering on the Dubai real estate market is staggering and hints at a future collapse. The culture just there isn't attractive enough to make for a compelling move.

He toured a lot of properties that has backyards, character, and truly amazing properties. My favorites were the Venetian-Byzantine style in Cannes, France, the one located in Lake Tahoe, the Hampton style in CA, there are lots of really nice properties that they featured, reasonably priced too.😊
WHERE IS MIKEY?????? WHERE IS MIKEY??????
Mikey Quitley resigned he will be doing something for his self in the future hope we will find out because he is a naturally talented guy.
@@kooloneism He resigned? Are you sure?
There is a coloumn in the middle of the living room... for 135 I would call that really bad design. Im screaming inside 😂😂😂
"everything was intentionally positioned, even the massive beam directly in the sightline of the couch"
👍👍👍
LMAOOOOOOO
If u dont know art just say that lol
Doesn't matter what we think. we can't afford it😂
Such a beautiful home… the details & views are so amazing. Loved everything about this video.
135 million dollars is not alot for this exquisite house. Thanks Enes for the amazing tour.
Maybe leave a statement on Mikey in the next video? Dont leave use hanging.
100%
One bonsai tree alone is enough to feed me the entire year. The interior of the house😮😮 the watches ❤ the details wow
It's a good one!
beautiful house... frankly impressive, but for 135,000,000, I think that the bridge smack in the middle of the amazing view.. is frankly weird...
Stunning home , loved all of it. Your detailed explanation of everything is brilliant , love the dynamics between yourself & the cameraman too. Unmatched in your area!
Thank you so much!
@@EnesYilmazerAgree😊 Very pleasant man, so calm and self-respected looking.
This house is incredible 🔥 the level of detail, build, and finishing is incredible
Glad you like it!
It's the perfect home for the owner, and it's for sale.......... no guest house, no go cart track, no equestrian stables, no heli pad,
and it's just $135 million 4 bed 5 bath over half the house is wasted space with showcases open watch winders, but locking closet. The oddest thing is the open toilet facing the shower, + a view of the parking lot.
That living room is a travesty...huge pillar in the middle, small and your couches touches that weird back wall
135 for this is deadass robbery 😭😭😭 the houses next to it are bigger
Money laundering
It's obviously gated. It's not like here in US. You can park all your lambos outside. You pay for the location your neighbors and for your security.
@@UFCGossip what are you talking about bro💀💀 please explain how your answer is related to my comment
How come? I think you need to check your eyes man. It’s kinda blurry i guess?
@@EpicsandLegend-je4lv so you are gonna tell me that this estate is worth 135 million i am not saying that it’s small BUT i would say that it’s no where near worth 135 so come again once you have a valid point on why this house is worth 135 buddy
The level of luxury is something I have never seen before in Enes's videos
love it, wouldn't mind spending some time there with the family.. whoever ends up there is blessed my you enjoy it a lot :) great job, guys
Earth is so small compare with another planet and that house is not all of the earth. But it's so beautiful. How about paradise? The real paradise. Unlimited and amazing.
Love your videos. The cords just laying on the floor coming off the lamps by the piano kills me
Thought it was just me lol
This is heavenly!!! The dome structure outside is phenomenal.
Yes! Finally someone with taste, everyone it’s hating lol

Enes, you do such a good Job. Thanks for your work in the Awakening Programm.
Good to see how 1% has a great time with the money of the 99%. Great job, keep going🎉
Baraka Allahou fik akhana el Habib I am completely support you brother
135 million??? I don't think even you can make people believe it's worth $135 million. Four bedrooms? And under 10,000 ft with a lovely view of a bridge. My favorite part about this house was the elevator!!! Chemo took one of my knees out. How much are the houses next to it going for that look exactly like it?
Missing Mikey!! Wishing you and crew safe travels.
135M Because of the area "BVLGARI". Also, the house is mostly custom-made, and high-end brand furniture makes it 2x more expensive. But I agree that 135m is a lot for that
I love the support post right in the middle of the living room. Is the architect still in high school?
The 97-inch Beovision television costs around 60,000 euros in Europe. If you add a few extra speakers, the price comes to around 78,000 euros.
But...why?
To the cinema: the super cool way to adjust the ratio is making the screen bigger / wider, not smaller. At least most of these noble home cinemas are designed by people, who don‘t have any experiences with that stuff. Like here, where the three rear seats are placed much too high and too near to the back wall.
I have never seen such opluence in all my life. Highlight was the backyard and the built-in watch holders. Thanks for sharing Enes
This house better include all the furniture and cars for that crazy price
Where’s Mikey
we dont miss him !!!!
Thank you, Enes. This property is spectacular!
🙏🏻
Just how this primary bedroom bathtub got there (ice melting) shows the house is totally worth it!!❤ thank you Enes🎉 all these details: watches, walls, babifoot added to the cashier of the house it's very exquisite and elegant ✋️
My future luxury home in Dubai, I’ll throw a party and invite the world’s superstars!
That sounds like a dream! Can't wait to see those star-studded parties in your future home!
I have been watching your channel from DC for some years now and unfortunately this is the 1st time I'm commenting on a video tour because I love you and your videos SOOO much. As usual the home that you tour Mr. Yilmazer is beautiful and there are greats, goods, and bads in every home tour but no one does home tours the way that you do. You and your staff have a way that makes me feel like I'm there with you all. Which makes me get lost in thinking about living in the homes myself.
Why did you sack Mikey?
He got fat, honestly he is still with the team, his handle is in the description.
I get it it's Dubai but 135M for this is just crazy
It's small for this amount of money and your neigbours are very close
Yes, this home is exceedingly expensive. However, the quality of workmanship is apparent. This is one of the very very few homes that exhibit such warmth throughout the structure with the use of such a large amount of stones and the use of so many different stones. Usually, homes of this magnitude tend to look/feel very cold, expansive, and not welcoming.
This home is very warm and welcoming.
This home has become my inspiration home.
Thank you for showing us this home!
Keep up the great work!!!

Wow Wow this property is Insane attention to details I love it Enes Thanks once again for bringing the best content 🙏🙏
Thank you!
I love the bonsai's especially the large one in the backyard. Like everyone else said the price is looney tunes. Especially I laughed at the shot at 24:36 showing it's tiny lot size and how it's a cookie cutter design with seven in a row.
they obviously dont exercise in dubai. the gym is 10x smaller then those in LA
Guys keep the "WHERE IS MIKEY?!" movement up
Inshallah One day I will own this house❤
Amazing property for sure, but your suit steals the show Enes!
Thank you for the kind words!
Looks exactly the same as the ones next door. Probably the whole street. LOL
So?
@@exnihilonihilfit6316 If you pay 135M for a property, you generally don't want your neighbour to have exactly the same. You want to stand out. In marketing, this is called the snob effect. There are enough people who can afford the house out of petty cash. But if it's exactly the same next door, then it simply becomes uninteresting for this target group. Incidentally, you can see this effect very clearly with very expensive and limited edition cars. Even then, the cars are still individualised by their owners, for example by having the car painted neon yellow.
The best intro ever priceless❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much!
@@EnesYilmazermy pleasure😇😇❤️❤️❤️
Brilliant production work from this channel, very professional.
Did I observe right that this home has neighbours besides? For 135 Million $ I wouldn't want no neighbours so close by. Moreover I thought the house on the side looked similar.
Isnt it too small for 135 mill?
I know the address:
No.1, Cloud Cuckoo Land
The bridge. The size. The price.
I rolled my eyes so hard I saw my ass when Enes showed the dumbbells. More money than sense
no matter how nice, big or location the houses you tour. none of them hit the same as the ones in the hills of LA. love the tours. but LA is absolutely on top when it comes to property.
IN UR OPINION!! Most of LA houses look same to me except 9 figure ones. I love some of Vegas and Miami styles
I love how Enes accentuates the beauty of the property "..beaUUUUUtiful..", it deserves its place in Oxford English Dictionary.😄Nice presentation!

Love the baths and sauna, they are beautiful.

The house is pretty, but enes Dubai had a flood like 4 weeks ago did you just wait until the flood was over to get back to Dubai to do your touring job?
Can’t wait for Arvin Haddad’s commentary on this
The sheer number of penthouses lumbering on the Dubai real estate market is staggering and hints at a future collapse. The culture just there isn't attractive enough to make for a compelling move.
Most rich people are in Dubai, cause it safe, no taxes.
@@palmoart Yep, I totally get that. However, if you look at the number of penthouses and condos on the market in Dubai, there's a staggering number with long DOMs that stretch between $10M and over $200M. It's really alarming.

Not much house for $135 million.
theres overpriced american homes! The materials is why its so much
@@BLESS_BDAY The other properties on the island are not only larger, but also considerably cheaper. There is currently a property for sale on the same island just 1.5 kilometres away. This property is around 1/3 larger and has a skyline view. The price is around USD 53 million. Yes, the other properties on the island are considerably cheaper. The most expensive property on the island that I could find is also 1/3 larger than the one shown here and costs around USD 92 million. It is only about 1 kilometre further north. For a difference of USD 40 or 80 million, I can put an extremely beautiful interior and another 6 or 12 super sports cars on my doorstep. In addition, around 20 villas are currently for sale on this island. The island does not seem to be so sought after. Good luck with the sale.
Where do you find these amazing homes with insane views? I'm never disappointed watching your videos
Struggling to see how it’s worth $135 million with the view of the road and no way down to the sea. The $45 million homes were much better with a decent view of the sea and access down the the beach.
