I find it so rare when architects and designers work so seamlessly together to create such a PERFECT modern chateau that still incorporates the classic style, while mixing in modern open and clean lines and decor - without it looking.... fake. It's truly stunning. Thank you for giving us this tour!

Again looking at this piece of art. What I love about this home is that it’s not white, not even walls except for some areas, but it’s actually in creamy/beige, somewhat peachy colors, with some blue. Looks very warm and sunny. ❤❤❤

This is so far the best home I’ve ever seen in my life. And it has made me reflect… We (mid-income people) tend to picture ourselves closer to the people who live in luxury properties than to the ones that have just a simple roof and four walls. But WE ARE NOT. We are much further away than we can imagine from people who live in this kind of houses than from people who do not make ends meet or doesn’t even have a roof to sleep under. This houses are palaces most of the people will never own. Please do not forget to support the ones in need, because that’s how the world becomes a better place, you could be the one who needs help tomorrow. Aside from this reflection, nice work Enes, Mikey and all the team, as always. I’ve enjoyed the tour a lot, the property is stunning and I’m grateful that you show us this amazing places.
Mid-income people could form intentional communities and pool their money together to buy such places to live in. Such places are big enough for several families. Alternatively, maybe one could simply design apartment complexes to look like mansions, architecturally, with similar "common spaces"?
@@ayoutubechannelname this house costs $141,000,000... with a 30 year mortgage, that comes out to roughly $400,000/month. i don't think normal people could ever pool enough money together to live in a place like this lol.

40 minutes on RUclips feel like an eternity but NOT with your videos... Your tours are just so good that we always want more! Merci Enes, I send you much love from France
There were a few moments in this tour that were quite literally breathtaking for me. I have never seen a luxury home that is full of such warmth and character as this. The entire property is full of so much beauty. I didn’t know it was possible to fall in love with a home I’ve seen on a RUclips video tour, but here I am.
I'm literally in the comments right now having to had paused the video because I couldn't take how beautiful this shit is for more than a minute at a time😂 wondering if anybody else thought the same

This is the most beautiful, complete home you’ve ever shown. It has such a marvelous sense of elegance and scale. Watching this video I was thinking about “The One” Bel Air, and how it doesn’t feel like you could live there. The home you showed in this video is warm and inviting and I could totally see living there with your extended family. Beautiful!!!
My mouth dropped at the hot tub, that truly put it over the top, any hotel would be jealous . The rest of the video just pushed it further and further and beyond. Just wow. Enes does a great job at being informative and pointing out great detail work in this house sized piece of art. This channel is by far my favorite house tour channel. The editing, music, filming and presentation are on point, and this was one of the best videos yet! Bravo!
This house has left me speechless. As an interior designer I look forward to your videos and I love how your showing homes outside of North America! I would really love you to tour an exquisite London UK townhouse 😍 I love how those home are all business on the outside but your always surprised on the inside, especially with them insane basements I’ve heard going on there! Lowkey hope you see this comment Enes! Such a big fan!!
@@EnesYilmazer also I wouldn’t mind you coming to my home country of Canada 🇨🇦 and doing some tours, we have some gorgeous (expensive😂) homes in Toronto and Vancouver !
I usually don’t bother watching videos of huge homes but I gave this one a chance and it’s fabulously impressive. Love everything about it. The custom furniture really makes it whole, which is usually missing from large homes. The kitchen equipment in all kitchens is fabulous. The floor plan is excellent. Love it!
I am French and I find this house so wonderful !! Never seen a villa like this ! Gorgeous ! If I could it will be mine ! That's totally my style of house ❤❤❤
I have seen this listing for months now, easily one of my favorite homes ever. I was so excited to see you put a tour out and you could not have done it better. There are so many little details left out in the pictures that bring this whole home together. Great job I can’t stress that enough.
I love those massive skylights in the center of the dining and living spaces! Brings the outside in a lot. Exquisite design, furnishings and decor! All I can say is WOW 😲
I would love to see an additional video on this property where you guys didn’t need to rush through it so much to keep the video under an hour, and have like a second version where every available room in the house is covered, and then each would be more in depth like your tours of “typical” houses that are tiny 10,000 sq ft haha. It could easily be 3 hours but I would love it and watch every second. The kitchen alone looks like it could be 20 minutes. I’m not knocking the video as I understand it’s hard to tour a 35,000 sq ft house in the same time as one that is 1/3 the size with a tiny yard. I can say that with just like every other video, Enes, Mikey and the rest of the crew did an amazing job, you guys killed it and it’s so awesome to see the success and growth of your channel!!! I’ve been watching for quite a while, since early on where the houses were much smaller and only a couple million, and just to see what you guys are now getting access to is amazing and is proof of how awesome you and your crew have been doing. I’m guessing that even just 2 years ago you guys had no idea that you would very soon be traveling the world touring the some of biggest and best homes in the world and doing it better than any other team out there. Great job guys!!
This house was built at the beginning of the 90'. It is situated at La Croix Des Gardes near the city of Cannes. It stayed abandonned for many years because the property developer didn't have the building permit. I used to visit the place when I was a kid : it was easy to enter the construction site as no one was working on it anymore. Glad to see it finally became this amazing house.
I mean, we've seen many huge and expensive houses here on your channel. But this one, the design is very exquisite and not too much. The details are consistent and on point. The layout is very practical. And every corner is functional and useful. We've seen many houses that are big and luxurious, but there's always that one space where you're like "meh, that one's unnecessary." or "oh, that one's too much". But this one is perfect. Love the interior and architecture. Wow, this is THE house.
This is the most impressive home I've seen in this channel. Beats everything shown in los Angeles and Dubai. And I think, I've watched a lot of the videos on this channel as of the time of writing this comment
This is the best private house designed I have seen in my life till now. Its the thoughtfulness and hard work of Architects, Interior designers, Contractors and Construction Workers who build the property comes together along with the vison of the owner to make something like this. Thank you @Enes and Ayers and the entire team to make us visualize this wonder as a dream.
Ok I have 2 things to say: 1. Enes and Mikey have done enough cardio for an entire year just walking through this estate 2. That primary bedroom is a luxury mansion on its own. I mean, it has a freaking half bathroom on top of its main bathroom!
I would've loved this to be a two or three part series so we could view every room of the house and the entire backyard. It was phenomenal. But now I want to see behind all the doors and into the staff quarters plus that amazing play area in the backyard. Keep up the good work Enes, Mikey and the rest of the crew. I love your videos.
@@EnesYilmazer I agree with wanting to see the staff quarters! Please try to include those in future videos. Whereas a buyers' primary concern is their own comfort, the comfort of staff is also important and something we consider. Happy staff leads to a happy home.
This is one of the most exquisite properties ever viewed. I absolutely love everything custom about this palace. I also love how the staff quarters are very nice and spacious as well because I know some designers purposely design the staff quarters very small and bland. I believe in treating the staff very well and allowing them to enjoy the property the same as anyone else on their time off. It's huge but still, has a great warmth homie feeling and the french design is one of my favorites. They place everything perfectly, from the guest quarter to the main living quarters. Thumbs up to this design team!
I’m not sure this could be called a home. It’s interior design throughout is exquisite. It would make a fabulous high end boutique hotel. I don’t know how you guys keep it all straight. Very nicely done video.
There is so much I want to say regarding this property, the video quality, and more but I can sum all of that up into a short sentence. I love everything about this channel’s videos and I loved this video. Incredible work!!!!! Truly incredible!!!
Definitely one of your best videos, the production quality was top tier. The home is gorgeous it has so many heroes it’s hard to choose your favourite area from the backyard to the kitchens and the formal dining rooms. Love the Jo Malone products in all the bathrooms as well🤍
This property is just unbelievable...so amazing. But something I found funny was that the kids' rooms had two beds in them. Imagine living in a house this huge and having to share a bedroom🤣
Hey Enes! This is by far the most awesome property that I ever see on youtube. This can be the home of my dreams. It has everything I ever wanted in a property. It has not only kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms but also a game room, a wine cellar, home theater, a gym, a huge car garage, a sauna, pools, a nightclub and so much more. Thanks a lot!
This house actually feels like a livable home despite being so huge unlike something like the $295 Million Estate in Bel Air which feels like a luxurious warehouse.
Honestly, I generally don’t like big opulent monster properties, but this one is magnificent and largely because of where it is. I could live forever on the top floor, with that gorgeous colorful kitchen and view off the balcony. Looks like Heaven, my goodness. And I would use the two floors below for business, running different events each week. I’d have to enclose the top floor so no unauthorized person could get up there. As you can see, I’m giving this too much thought, ha. Great job of showing us around, I bet you felt bad to have to leave. I would. By the way, Mike, your videographer gets amazing shots. He’s wonderful, you’re a great team.
Magnificent house and interior design. It makes those expensive white boxes in California and Vegas look boring. Enes really keeps the pace moving nicely, and Mikey’s camera work and editing are first-rate.
You should see what New Zealand and Australia are doing with home (building) development, design, and protection of the environment. Puts LA and Vegas to shame, sorry to say makes this channel kind of boring really in comparison.
This is a truly awesome property. The detail is amazing. Nothing has been left to chance. Everything has been thought out brilliantly. So much money spent on this. Probably three or four families can live here easily and still have room for guests. And despite the size it still feels warm and cosy. The furniture is exqusite and the lake is magnificent.
I think its more of a property you’d use to host. Eg: a family of like 5 could buy it and then host the grandparents+ aunts, uncles and cousins yk? Then you’d be able to have the children play together and the adults utilising the amenities
This house was beyond awesome, never seen such exquisite, incredibly detailed beauty! You guys did such a great job, touring this house must have been workout.

I don't know how i missed this when it came out. But what an incredible home, architecture, and property. The most elegant, beautiful home you have visited.
This is my favourite home i have ever seen on youtube. 4 months ago i watched this home in just 2 minutes video by sotheby's int realty. And i was like wow😱 what a home. Now you uploaded full tour video. Thank you Enes brother.🙏🙌
It's so easy for interior designers and decorators to go overboard with homes like this, especially in France, but they kept this one ornate and upscale without being gaudy. They flirted with that line between tasteful and ostentatious but never crossed it. Just exquisite inside and out.
Congratulations on your achievement guys! I really enjoy watching your videos. Amazing presentation and outstanding camera shots and editing. In shaa Allah I will bring my mother to this house in 6 years. I have found my dream house! Keep it up guys! 😀
I have to say you do the best house tours of any person on RUclips period. You do such a great detail on everything in the house like I'm literally walking around inside the with you. I've seen a lot of your house tours. Keep up the phenomenal job!
If I may, if ever there is an appropriate situation/moment , I’d love to see the staff quarters & how they live within the space as well ! Thanks for thinking about that , plus , it wouldn’t hurt people to realize just how many people it really takes , to keep a place like this, maintained & in entertaining condition
This is truly a masterpiece of a home, such exquisite details of old world craftsmanship. I can’t even begin to imagine the amount of wealth the owner of this home is going to have. The utility bills must be ridiculous, but the owner doesn’t even have to see them, he or she has someone to take care of mundane tasks such as that. Imagine the size of the household staff, the maids and butlers, cooks and chefs, mechanics and gardeners, someone just to water and care for the indoor plants, personal assistants and valets and the home has rooms for all of them including the house for the caretakers who stay all year round. Oh I forgot the dj and bartenders and drink servers the pool boy and the parade of servers delivering cocktails to the pool the personal hair stylist and masseuse. It’s like a factory that will have to run like clockwork in elegance and style. The views are breathtaking and the sea air would be so wonderful, Cogemad does the most wonderful dream homes that are beyond compare. The fact that the house comes fully furnished is just amazing and I’m sure you could request changes to the bedrooms to fit your own personal family. Such a dream to live in France and it makes me grateful for my own little house that’s paid for. Surely someone of extreme importance is going to buy this house and it may or may not be their primary residence. It’s a designers dream come true. I would have the largest party in this house and fill all the rooms with my favorite people, stars and poets, artists and writers it would be a paradise of every delight you could imagine.
This Mansion was breathtaking, it is so light and airy that I wouldn't be afraid to stay there alone, some home decor that I've seen in some Mansion decor are so dark I dread thinking about living there. This Mansion didnt leave a stone unturned, I'm so in love with this Mansion. Thanks you and the owners for sharing.
Enes mentions the ionic columns with corbels. A capital is the topmost member of a column not a corbel which is a fancy bracket. In Palais Ventien, the capitals are all ionic with a pair of spiral scrolls on both sides forming the capital. What a gorgeous house and landscaped grounds all designed with amazing attention to detail!
Looks more like a luxury get away resort than a house to me. It looks like something the whole world who can afford it should experience at least once. A little heaven on earth. Staffed properly it should be quite an exquisite experience. Wow!
Improved cinematography and audio sync to the 99% same level between different shots shows to me the impressive amount of work and attention to detail you guys keep on bar raising with every video.
Wow, watching this home in 4K, is like watching a truly elegant and breathtaking movie, with grand narration of its splendid and spectacular beauty, bringing all our attention very elegantly, just to those fascinating french vibrance designed at a top notch level, we all needed to see, and we all aspired to live our lives there. That place is a masterpiece of its own right, and I see the beauty of the people and their will power to dream, to aspire, and to build their aspirations as well, right from the very front view of this very house, which is seldom seen. This is a beautiful, and luxurious home which is much much more than just any other home, and I feel it is a national treasure of France as well, for people and families and friends to spend their time very well and make their own memories there. Thank you so much, for taking your time and effort, for showing the whole world of people, about this very elegant home and really opening up all their minds to this world of possibilities which they all can aspire too. The interior and exterior home designer and the company who created this masterpiece has done a phenomenal job, for many generations of people to come and be inspired by. 😊😍👍

I normally admire but know I wouldn’t want to live there but this one I definitely would! It’s immaculately clean you can tell what fantastic staff they have, I can’t imagine their staff quarters are anything other than beautiful too given the rest of the house. I would move my whole family into this house and never have to leave 😍
Hi Enes. Yes, this the best house you have toured so far. Not only the best house, but I can appreciate the quality of your videos/shots is impeccable, your rich vocabulary (I bet you had to learn the words for the columns! haha), and overall professionalism. It is always a pleasure to listen to you and I look forward to every one of your videos! Some thoughts: FRENCH VS US - Based on your videos in France, you can really notice how the french KNOW how to decorate all their mansions (as opposed to the US houses with similar price who should be ashamed of themselves after seeing this video), and style their houses. There is a unique theme across the entire property, columns everywhere ( 37:47 has 4 columns in the bathtub!!!! -- The best bathroom I have seen in my life), statues everywhere, paintings in the walls and actual paintings are breath-taking and classical, the designs and details in the floors, walls and ceilings really provide that luxury-palace feeling. And of course, high-quality marble, furniture, and woods. ENTERTAINMENT - Another thing you can notice is how in france there is actual entertainment stuff that the US doesn't seem to have. Starting with the outdoor area to go from tree to tree with a petanque area, playstation controllers, a damn nightclub, transparent canoes to watch your fish, helipad... You get bored? you got the beach 10 mins away, and the mountains 10 min to the opposite way LMAO NITPICKING - Perhaps this house is missing a vineyard to go using your golf-cart, golf area, football/basketball court, and in general more technology. Bigger TV's, a high-end audio system in the cinema/tv areas that you can talk in-depth about (none of these houses seem to have this), a gaming setup, a video-game room... But still.
Yes, the lack of larger TVs made me punch my computer in anger when I watched this video. In a fit, I spent the $130m I was going to use to buy this mansion on the disaster girl NFT. I just love staring at screens too much!
These European showings are giving me the urge to travel. This property is definitely very much a palace. Beautiful and engaging to watch as usual, wonderful choice of home to mesmerize the viewers.

We (mid-income people) tend to picture ourselves closer to the people who live in luxury properties than to the ones that have just a simple roof and four walls.
I’ve enjoyed the tour a lot, the property is stunning and I’m grateful that you show us this amazing places.
thanks for sharing your thoughts on this house!
Mid-income people could form intentional communities and pool their money together to buy such places to live in. Such places are big enough for several families. Alternatively, maybe one could simply design apartment complexes to look like mansions, architecturally, with similar "common spaces"?
@@ayoutubechannelname HOAs won't allow it
@@ayoutubechannelname this house costs $141,000,000... with a 30 year mortgage, that comes out to roughly $400,000/month. i don't think normal people could ever pool enough money together to live in a place like this lol.
Do people really Live in such houses ?

The layout is very practical. And every corner is functional and useful. Ok I have 2 things to say:
1. Enes and Mikey have done enough cardio for an entire year just walking through this estate
2. That primary bedroom is a luxury mansion on its own. I mean, it has a freaking half bathroom on top of its main bathroom!

With the worst offender being "The One"...
It's so easy for interior designers and decorators to go overboard with homes like this, especially in France, but they kept this one ornate and upscale without being gaudy. They flirted with that line between tasteful and ostentatious but never crossed it. Just exquisite inside and out.

As this will be soon owned by a saudi prince...consider at least 20 full time staff, including guards.
I was thinking the same thing.
So far the most spectacular home (house, mansion) ! bienvenue en France ! 🙂

Some thoughts:
FRENCH VS US - Based on your videos in France, you can really notice how the french KNOW how to decorate all their mansions (as opposed to the US houses with similar price who should be ashamed of themselves after seeing this video), and style their houses.
You get bored? you got the beach 10 mins away, and the mountains 10 min to the opposite way LMAO
NITPICKING - Perhaps this house is missing a vineyard to go using your golf-cart, golf area, football/basketball court, and in general more technology. Bigger TV's, a high-end audio system in the cinema/tv areas that you can talk in-depth about (none of these houses seem to have this), a gaming setup, a video-game room... But still.
thanks for the feedback and suggestions! glad you like the house and video!

This home is absolutely beautiful, I can't fathom how massive it is. French homes are my favorite and the amount of detail and the colors and the natural light brings out the French in this home. By far my favorite house tour ever.
yep all French homes are like this. just like all American homes are like the ones in Bel Air
Its more of a Roman-Tuscan style
@@howdareyou41 bye💀 u don’t actually believe that do u
