All these plants, the water, the fish, the cars you'd park there, the kitchens, the baths, the helipad (and helicopter of course), all the space indoors and outdoors.. if you were to live there "alone", you'd have to bring 40 people just to keep your house and your stuff in it pristine.
But I guess if you can afford 195,000,000 quid, you can afford to pay these people handsomely as well.

And even though Colorado has its fair share of luxury real estate - Its in *Colorado* . Fine for a vacation place, but not for everyday living if you have business elsewhere.

I'd wager it would cost an easy $10-15 mil a year just to live here, and that's assuming you bought the entire estate for CASH. Then if you wanted to actually have a LIFE here, it would be closer to $20M. Only Jeff Bezos could actually afford to live here.

Actually after watching this 195 million doesn't seem like a bad deal. It's almost like buying a country inside a country.
10 acres isn't a lot when you realize you can get 48 acres in WV for roughly less than 70k. You would literally own 4x this house in land space.
when you consider the land value if you were to divide and build on it, it seems more reasonable and will only go up
