Omg. FINALLY, a house that is older than 6 months! All of those houses start to look the same after awhile. Can you do more classic houses like this? There are SO MANY gorgeous houses like this in L.A.!
The reason that enes doesn’t your classic estates in LA is because most owners tend to hold on to their homes so he doesn’t have access to them so he only has access to the common modern spec homes that come onto the market seemingly every week

Personally not my style, but you can't deny how GORGEOUS and MAGICAL this home is! I would love to visit the house for a month and explore all its rooms, the details are so lovely and the space so inviting!

Enes, amazing job as always. I have seen and done many video interviews over the years and you and your team were incredible. Normally these video interviews take 1-2 hours and your team was there for 12 hours, reshooting until it was the way you liked it. Your attention to detail and seeing how much you care for putting out great content was truly inspiring. Hearing that you spend 100's of hours editing each of these 20 minute videos does not surprise me. Keep up the great work.

I have to say, I typically enjoy the modern mansions with a city view, but I think it’s important to document these landmark properties as they are at a given time and that makes me appreciate these videos.

I LOVE Mediterranean/Spanish architecture. It’s timeless and romantic. The detailing in the ceilings, the woodwork, the tiles, the thick wood doors, my God! It’s not a home, it’s a work of art that some lucky soul will get to live in.

That library room is perhaps the greatest private home library I have ever seen. If I had that kind of money, i would just buy that mansion for that library alone.

The Godfather is my favorite movie ever, so having a tour around this house is great. I was just a bit scared about you showing us the main bedroom, I thought about a certain scene (the first time I watched the movie I was fourteen or so and literally jumped on my chair and screamed , guess I could be heard miles and miles away)

The kids dining room. This house is beautiful! The bathrooms were gorgeous!!!!! You can update the furniture and it will be a show stopper. The owners really took care of it as it can totally be updated without changing the actual bones of the house.

Thank you for showing the whole house. For years I wanted to see this. I only know some of the rooms via books and tv series like Columbo. When I was there on vacation in 2013 I could only see the frontgate. Even that was exciting for me.

The production of this video is great. Even if there had to be some adjustments because the property is owner-occupied; it worked out perfectly. There are too many details and craftsmanship in every room to go into much detail. Really incredible estate. Iconic in every regard.

This property is at a discounted price... I think it listed at $195 mil in 2016. I think the iconic status of this property might be a deterrent to its sale.

This 'Home" is massive .. and yet they have decorated/furnished it in a way that makes it feel warm, inviting and even a sense of coziness .. Yes it is over the top, opulent.. but still it is not a place that feels cold and sterile like so many of the modern mansions... I was in awe through the entire tour..
