This razor reminds me of a Pace 6 made by a company called Dorco. I bought one while living in the far east but Amazon UK also sells them. It's fantastic - the best I've ever used. Reasonably priced refills, but the best thing is, the cartridges seem to last up to 6 months !
I have reviewed they hydro 5 have a look in playlists. I don't usually count shaves, but most mid price do me a few weeks, I usually shave two or three times a week.

Still great value for money - bought the pack plus 5 cartridges, worked out less than £1.50 for cartridge (inc handle) 👍🏻
