Definitely something that I would love to do someday when I am retired from my day job. I have illustrated for a church before, but I wasn't involved in the entire process, and because it's a non-profit, they only request the front cover to be in full color to make everything economical. It was a fun project for sure, and I actually have a mock copy of the book :) I also got an offer to illustrate another children's book, but the plan fell through, after I created the storyboard, and rough sketches of the pages. This video certainly helps me to understand the proper process better, but I am also glad that I didn't stray too far from it :) Thanks again!

There's usually a lot of back and forth, but it's super fulfilling once you finish your project and receive a book. Since my main focus is illustrating children's books recently, I'd love to work on more related projects for your future project. Thank you for sharing your experience!
