Good one! That's why I've got filters for my drinking water and also in the shower. I've noticed quality of hair improved quite a lot! I just posted my 8 week result after my FUE 3659 grafts result.
@@MrRolandas Sounds pretty good to me! Have you tried anything to help reduce scalp tension? There's a tonne of interesting research around scalp massage. Definitely worth trying out for a few months.
@@Hairguard Brilliant marketing my friend! 👌😁 I've been doing scalp massages for 6 months straight. My scalp is way too lose. My surgeon been struggling to implant grafts (dhi) because of high popping.
The grow band is so expensive , I believe it should be less expensive it just massage the scalp. People want to use the grow-band instead of their hands ? and it cost 297 😳 dollars. It shouldn't be more expensive than 30 or 40 dollars.
Johnny G Yes it works, but its a slow process and I would recommend to do scalp massage , in 3 to 4 days you will see no hair fall, Just watch ( Austin goh ) in youtube for that scalp massage technique.
On Amazon there is another option waaaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper than this band this guy tries desperately to sell us, and way better, its automatic, and according to other user of the hairguard band, it does EXACTLY the same massage, if not better.
I managed to save my hair with cold water showers. I have a warm shower then clean my hair with cold. Also I noticed my hair grows more when I stay in india. I have started applying onion juice recently which seems to be making a difference. I rearly use a shampoo for my hair maybe after a couple of months.
Could it be possible that the water in India is really soft, and not hard? Hard water has a lot of minerals (chlorine) that can damage the scalp and hair follicles over a prolonged period of time, thus retarding new hair growth. Soft water, on the other hand, preserves a healthy scalp and healthy hair growth. Best, John
@@johnhouston5921 In India the water comes straight from the ground as there was motorised water pump installed. You start the motor in the morning and fill up the water tank for the day. I think the water is rich in minerals cause it come from ground.
I suffer from eczema and I discovered that hot water on my face would make it red and dry then when I stopped directly spraying hot water to my face it improved a lot and returned to my natural colour. People would notice my face and make comments asking me if I had been on holiday! I must admit I do love a hot shower and in the winter it's hard to have a cold shower. What I try to do is start with warmish water then gradually dial it down to cold. I use nizoral as I discovered it can make hair grow. My scalp gets itchy especially if I do a lot of cardio. Also I believe a filter in the shower can help, something I must look in to. I live in the south east and I think I do live in a hard water area.
Emu oil may help with eczema, as far as i am informed, unrefined one should work well, this site sells quality ones www.natural.ca/en/emu-oil-unrefined (at least i think it does), some people say emu oil also works great for hair cuz of its helpful nutrients...do some research and find what is best for u...cheers
Sounds good, but do you have any tips for post shower hair care, like applying minoxidil or I know some people apply oils such as coconut or castor oil to help with moisturising the scalp
What do you think about using sodium bicarbonate? It has an antifungal effect, that might help, right? Also different haircuts with respect to head shape would be interesting.
Hmm. I had a question on the temperature. From my understanding cold water increases testosterone so wouldn’t that increase DHT levels as well ? God bless.
Hi.. Good day.. I'm having the first condition which is because of hot showers.. How can i cure it and get back my thick hair and healthy scalp? Pls help me I'm stressed
Is it normal to see through the front of your hair ,I'm very concerned that it may be a problem,I'm taking rogain for men and dht blockers, when I wash my hair I do see hair breakage as well, is it normal to see through the hair though at the front and can I do something to stop this
late comment but it’s not normal to see through your front hair also when you shower do you leave one big lump of shampoo onto you scalp and rub in or do you put some in each spot on your head and rub in
Dayum boy Dayum we recommend once every 3-4 days. That would be best. Just make sure you’re not washing it every day. Once every 2 days would be better than every day.

I've been wondering about this for ages! I thought my scalp was dry for hot showers...I'll give the lukewarm/cold stuff a shot.
Awesome! Keep us posted - Leon
I was always under the impression that hot water dilutes blood vessels, which can improve blood flow to hair follicles

Is it better for surgeon to scalp be tight!? I heard that you should do scalp massage before hair transplant..

Now that summer is here I can have more frequent cold showers. I'm only washing my hair twice or thrice a week. I take biotin tablets too.

five bit I’d have to look into sodium bicarbonate!
Hmm. I had a question on the temperature. From my understanding cold water increases testosterone so wouldn’t that increase DHT levels as well ? God bless.
A 1991 study found that cold water stimulation had no effect on levels of testosterone levels.
Would you suggest mostly using cold water on most days with a warmer wash maybe once or twice a week?
I'd say most importantly is not really hot water too often.

It is SLES safer than SLS, and can I use natural shampoos with SLES in them?
I heard SLES (Sodium Laureth Sulfate) for normal to dry hair. If you have oily scalp use SLS once a week or once a month.
