In this video I'm going to show you the 5 most effective techniques to make your hair grow faster.
In fact, these 5 things will not only make your hair grow faster but also make any thin hair thicker, stronger and healthier.
These are time-tested, proven, natural and somewhat unusual techniques that work for both men and women so stay tuned.
And if you're interested in the best foods to make hair grow faster and stronger, I'll be revealing my number one food choice for mega healthy hair growth in my 4th technique.
Take a look at this super healthy, fast growing, luscious patch of grass
Now the sun is certainly helpful in making it grow so quickly, but what matters even more?
The soil it's growing in!
The condition of the soil, the nutrients, minerals and water quality dictate how fast the grass can grow.
The same goes for your hair,
Although instead of the soil the grass grows in, you have your scalp which the hairs grow in.
For fast hair growth, your scalp needs to be healthy.
And whats the number 1 factor for a healthy scalp and healthy fast growing hair?
Its the blood flow throughout the scalp.
See, limited blood flow in your scalp is like trying to grow luscious grass in a desert.
So, whats the best way to boost blood flow throughout the scalp?
It's actually scalp massages.
In fact, scalp massages work so well at boosting flood flow that 3 scientific studies showed that massages can actually help with male pattern baldness.
So if you've just got thin, lifeless, slow growing hair you can be sure this technique is going to work incredibly well for you.
Now what we've found is that scalp massages using your hands do work well, no doubt, but there's a simple, and very cheap way to do scalp massages more quickly and easily.
We use these 2 rubber scalp massagers to help grip the scalp to get maximum massaging effect.
Brushing
Brushing is the first scalp massage technique, and this is where you focus on the back of the scalp.
If you have long hair, it’s probably worth skipping this because it’s quit a vigorous massage and it’s hard to brush with long hair because you’re really trying to get the scalp.
You just go in a brushing motion upwards toward the vertex, applying ample pressure.
This relaxes the muscles and allows blood to move upwards into the top of the head.

Olive oil vicks vaporub and mint oil and rogain
Hairguard i agree with all.. but I don’t agree with washing hair once a week,, for
Example I have fat hair, and I need to wash every 36-48 hours otherwise it’ll begin a auful itch.and hair will fall . That’s ok for dry scalp, not fat.
Greasy hair can become better by applying salicylic and glycolic acid. Get a droplet and put your toner in it or buy a scalp toner with these ingredients.
Let it soak in for at least 30 minutes before washing.
Use stronger Shampoos like "Volume" by Pantene. It has more active washing ingredients than other Shampoos to get rid of the sebum / grease on your scalp.
Do two rounds once a week if you use Stalingrad products.
And get a scalp massager and Massage your Shampoo into your scalp
1. Scalp massage with Oil
2.Apply Rice water on head
3.Cold shower bath
4.Nutrition
5.Avoid foamy shampoo
6.Avoid Stress
Tips of this video..Thank
Laxmi Prasad bruh cold shower bath will make your hair prone to breakage so its not fuckin advisable i suggest you take a warm bath
😳
Warm/luke water, not ice cold. These idiots who say cold water are retards.

Extremely interesting. Thanks for sharing the massage techniques. I've actually been doing that for a few months and seeing some excellent results. I try to do it first thing in the morning and in the evening.
Thanks for sharing. Scalp massages are awesome!
There are about 10 guides on Hairguard's website if you're interested :)
Very good advice. Adding to what you told. Sweet potatoes are very rich in biotin so we can take that. Pumpkin seeds are a good source of a lot of minerals which are useful for great hair. Pumpkin oil on hair is also very beneficial.
Great tips
The scalp massagers are not available anymore on Amazon. Will they be available again soon?
Interesting advice...especially wash hair with cold water it's TRUE hot water is not good for hair..👌
Hi Leon, thanks for your tips for hair growth. Regarding rice treatment, there is a Village in China that women boils the rice water with peel of grapefruit and tea tree bark, and wash the hair with it once a week. They lengthen the anagen phase for ten years and more and have extremely long and strong hair. I tried it in the past (using some drops of tea tree drops instead of barks) and my daughters too, and it really works. Greets from Spain
Nice Tip's
Hey bro where's that link to amazon for the messaager please
thanks for the great video! i had a question about the rice water technique, how often do i do it per week? and also that after pouring the rice water on my head in the shower, do i rinse it again or just leave it and dry it with my towel? thank you

Absolutely, yes
With scalp massage can my hair regrowth
It seems to me that I remember a device a barber used on my head once. It was a scalp massager. It was a quick thing, quite a surprise to a young kid. Maybe I am making this all up. I'm old now. It seems I remember such a device that fit on the barbers hand like a glove. I wish I had this thing I am thinking of. I don't even know if this really happened. I was thinking that I could use my orbital sander without paper on my head. Just led it vibrate on top of my head. It has a rubber pad on it. I could put on my willie too. It could have more than one alternate use!!! 😀😀
I love it
Is fish bones a good alternative?
Does it work
Do you ship your products to India?
Boil broth for 12 hours??!! Seriously?! The shock from seeing my electricity bill from that would cause me to lose my hair! Perhaps have it come to a boil for awhile, then lower the temp and keep it on medium to low from then on. Boiling constantly, you'd have to be near the pot all the time to keep topping off the water as it'll boil down in no time.
Foamy Shampoo isn't bad.
You need the washing actives to get rid of grease, dirt and Styling products.
Dude you've got a very nice accent
What about heat from an infrared lamp?
Red light therapy! There are some suggestions this could work as part of a combination treatment.
Which dht blocker shampoo you are using
Kindly share link please
Plantur 39 and Alpecin are effective, Hairguard produce their own too
hypothesis suggests that the hair loss process begins during puberty, when growth of the skull and the muscles in the forehead and neck increases the tension in a tight band of tissue stretching over the top of the head. The more DHT there is, the more these muscles contract, which causes inflammation and brings in more DHT. Over time, the DHT thickens the band of tissue, restricting the supply of blood and nutrients to the hair follicles above it. The follicles on top of the head get smaller and eventually disappear, while those on the sides of the head remain largely unaffected.
Exactly, which is why muscle relaxing injections in the scalp, such as botox, have shown to help hair regrow.
Then what should we do to remove dht from scalp?
So ture
Does Leon have an Instagram??
Thanks I now have an afro

Rice water? I didn't know about all that...
Yes indeed! Collect some and have it sit for 24-48 hours, then wet/spray your hair with it and leave it one for 20 to an hour or so. Just don't mix it with curry or Chinese food - may burn the scalp. :)
@@tribzman3977 No curry, really? Deeeaaaammmm!
@@PayneMaximusI will try the rice water as I'm open to anything, but from reputable and credible medical websites, there's no conclusive scientific evidence to say it works. www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/321353.php
@@tribzman3977 before or after showering ?
It has to be fermented to work. It STINKS but it's great.
I do this massages to my bf all the time and his hair hasn’t grow😭😭
its genetics, there is nothing you can do about it sadly
@@doggityy it has been debunked for some time now, it's about gene expression and repression with epigenetic, you can change them through a combination of nutrition, lifestyle and your own thought patterns
@@andrewz503 no
@@andrewz503stop lying to people online, ive been working out for years and was on an extremely stress free and good diet life. I legit went from a nw1 to almost a 3 in like 1 year, only thing that saved me was minoxidil and finasteride.
Let him Massage his scalp himself and let him make an appointment with a Dermatologist
Rice water stinks ...
Why does the high priest of science want us to believe stress and bloodflow havd nothing to do with hairloss?
To keep you buying finasteride and minoxidil - Quick fixes you have to pay over £150 a year for each
