They’ve been in this position time and time again and every time they’re in a final for the most part, Real Madrid don’t really put a foot wrong. These guys are the kings of Europe and there’s a reason for that and their love affair for the champions league doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon. They haven’t lost a champions league final since 1981 and that says everything about their unmatched European pedigree and ability to deliver under pressure and not get nervous. Whoever they have it doesn’t matter irrespective of the players or the managers because they continue doing well in Europe. Since 2014, no team has won more champions league titles than Real Madrid in the last 10 years and this tells you all you need to know about them in this competition. Even after Ronaldo left, they were trying to get used to not having to rely on a genuine superstar, yet in 2022, they still won the champions league and remember when many of us thought that they would suffer after Benzema’s departure last summer as they didn’t have an elite striker, despite that and all of the injuries they have, they’re on the brink of winning the champions league again for the 15th time ever.
They’re obviously the favorites going into this game and while many people think it’ll be one sided, we expect Borussia Dortmund to give everything that they have. We don’t want to get complacent, I just don’t see how Dortmund can upset these guys and it would be shocking if they do that. They’ve gotten farther than what we expected from them in this competition and every time they’ve been counted put they’ve delivered and with them as underdogs they’ve feel like they have the confidence to upset them as we’ve seen in the previous 2 major finals where the teams with 0 chance actually won: FA Cup final Manchester United vs Manchester City Europa League final Atalanta vs Bayer Leverkusen where Atalanta and United won their respective finals, but this is Real Madrid we’re talking about and until these guys mess up; even if they do when it comes to the Champions League they’re one of the only teams that can never be written off because when you think they’re out they come back and shock you.

This will be one of Real Madrid's toughest games. There is a lot of pressure on Madrid to win this game for a few reasons. 1) To Showcase their European Dominance after a dramatic exit last year 2) To Keep their unbeaten Record in UCL Finals (Since the new UCL Format) 3) To Honour the departure of Legend Toni Kroos 4) To not loose to a team like "Dortmund" (Because for some reason people think that Dortmund is an incredibly weak team 😂). Real Madrid have a lot to prove this match and on the other hand, Dortmund have a lot less pressure on their shoulders, and lots of Motivation for this match. Dortmund are aware that they probably won't get an opportunity like this again, so they will be wanting to seize the Moment. Additionally, they will want to win this for their legends Matt Hummels and Marco Reus. Finally, Dortmund will want prove all the Haters who said "They Won't even escape the group" etc, that they have the ability to beat the biggest teams. Real Madrid are far more Tactically Flexible than Dortmund, and are more efficient in Defence and Attack, but that isn't to disregard Dortmund as they are good on the transition and have proven that they have a lot of Mental Resilience and can defend like tigers when they want. This will be an incredible game!!!!

Dortmund can save football tonight. A team that is worth several of hundreds of million less than Madrid because it has no rich uncle that buys them a new super star every year. Dortmund constantly looses their best players because they cannot pay the big salaries. Just during the last two years they lost first Haagland and then Bellingham. Now they are in the final which is frankly a miracle and the club deserves the highest respect for their work. I hope they win. They deserve it so much more.

Things change so quickly in football and it’s such a funny game and Borussia Dortmund is a prime example of this. This time 12 months ago when they bottled the Bundesliga title on the last day of the season, if anyone told you that Dortmund would be in a position where they’re 1 game away from winning game from winning the champions league, no one would believe you. This is a reality that could happen tomorrow if not then so be it. Going into the season, nobody expected them to get this far in this competition. In a span of 12 months they lost 2 of their best players in Erling Haaland and Jude Bellingham and due to them having the one of the biggest bottle jobs ever where they let the Bundesliga title slip out of their hands, people weren’t taking them seriously at all and in the champions league, you don’t expect anything from them. Now here we are in 2024, Borussia Dortmund have defied all odds as they’re in the champions league final for the first time since the 2012-13 season where it was played at Wembley. Even though many people aren’t giving them a chance which makes sense since you’re going up against Real Madrid in a champions league final which is their own competition, Dortmund will try to give it all they have no matter what the final result of the game will be.

This is only possible if someone backs the loan with securities and that is what your rich uncle did. Borussia Dortmund is NOT one of the strongest and best teams in Europe. They have put it all together to reach this final but this is where their luck will end when they face the greatest team, Real Madrid.

Real Madrid are used to having multiple Balon D'or contenders, so that's the right move. They have 3 now, Vini, Jude and Kroos. Jude has already said that he'd be just as happy with Vini winning it as if he won it himself. And Kroos doesn't care about it. Vini is modest, he said that he wants Kroos to win it 😂.

I think the international tournaments (Euro and Copa America) will determine who the winner would be.
Vini will be Brazil’s main man since Neymar is unavailable, so if he leads Brazil to Copa victory. He will seal the Balon dOr. Something similar can happen in Bellingham’s case if England win euros and he is among their best performers.

This game of tonight, Madrid, is the huge favourite to win but may not be different from City-United FACup final because Dortmund will do anything to stop Madrid from scoring a goal. Any team that scores one more goal than the other at the end of the first half will win the trophy.
