    This practice was very energizing indeed! I really liked it. Paula, I have neurodegenerative diseases that cause poor balance among many other symptoms. Your yoga instruction was instrumental in getting my balance restored, in addition to strengthening my body. I no longer have to use my cane. I'm extremely grateful to you. Thank you!

    This is one of my new favorite practices! It gets every part of our bodies and cleans out the cob webs mentally. Thank you Paula!

    Btw, is there a specific video of yours you would recommend for improving back flexibility? I do your back strengthening practices every day. Would you recommend doing anything else to supplement that? I’m really trying to get to camel pose one day!

      This is a great one for opening up the front of the thighs and upper body and preparing you into camel pose. If you are up for a stronger and longer practice, I would recommend this one too: ruclips.net/video/vfIBG0ssBLE/видео.html
