I am in love with the bangles!!!! I was showing my hubby and I asked him if he could figure out the base for the bangle. He said wire. Told him nope its a zip tie. That just floored him!!!!! I think he plans on hiding his zip ties from me, lol. The stinker!!! Im going to have so much fun making these. We have a couple of girls we know that work at a restaurant we go to that would just love these too. As you can guess, I'm always bringing them something I've made. I enjoy spoiling them. Anyway, I love your videos so much and am glad little Glory is doing well. I hope you and your family are as well.
My husband has stolen back a few zip ties, the rotter! Haha 😂 So glad you enjoyed the video, Jeanetta. My statistics say not many people are watching this one but that’s ok, I enjoyed making it nonetheless. All fine here and I hope you guys are all well
@samanthalatimer1 well I can say for the ones not watching is this: they sure don't know what they are missing out on and how sad that is for them. Sure there a couple of the videos that I can't do, yet. The thing is I enjoy watching each and every one of your videos. I enjoy watching you work your magic with wire, beads and everything else. I also enjoy listening to talk. I always feel like you're having a conversation with me over a cup of coffee or tea and I find myself answering you. Silly I know, but you make me feel that comfortable and you make me laugh with you. You are one in a million and I hope you never get tired of making videos for us all.
@@jeanettatownsend6807 oh Jeanetta that’s such a lovely comment, thank you ever so much. It’s so nice to hear that you enjoy the videos… and I too feel like we’re all sitting g down around a table and having a cup of tea and a chat 🥰
OM Gosh Samantha!!!. I adore these bangles ‼️ all I need to get is some wonderful ribbon. You are so creative and these bangles are the bomb, I can see me wearing them with all my clothes, especially geans, perfect for summer. Can’t wait to see what else you create!!. ♥️
I've been wanting to do something like this for a while, I bought the sari silk years ago, now is the time! I thought the cable ties idea was brilliant, thanks so much for the fun tutorial ❤
I did Italy 2019 on a cruise ship, and it was wonderful. Pompeii was so interesting. I thought it was easy for Europeans to visit other European countries. But Italy was a great adventure.
What an interesting idea, Sam! I have packages of Sari silk that is perfect for these. And I will be able to make them large enough for my chunky hand! ❤️
I love these bangles.. I make them with zip ties as well. I zip mine together I stead of tapping them. The materials wrapped around it are thick enough that u can't really find the zipped part. & yes everyone freaks out when I tell them they are made from zip ties. Great video & I love watching yr videos. I've made lots of jewelry from yr tutorials. Thanks for sharing !
I just made an order with Yarn yarn. I'm so excited and thank you so much for telling use wear to get these beautiful colors! ❤ Your bangles are fabulous ❤
I have never seen this before thank you i will Definitely try this and i will checkbout that website where you got the Materials for this thank you it is so cool
I am so amazed and in love with these bangles. They are just adorable❤❤ I am going to go buy some zipties and get started! Cant wait😊 Thank you so much for sharing all of your beautiful projects❤ God bless
If you don't have zip ties - buckram stiffening cut into a strip, folded in half so its double thickness... works well and means you can stitch down the ends of ribbons etc, so glue free, plastic free :D
@@samanthalatimer1 It's not quite as springy as the cable tie, and when you wrap the wire round you have to be a bit more careful you don't squash it (though i guess that depends on the firmness and density of the fabric wrap too)... but good alternative - thanks for the excellent tutorial! Love a tutorial that helps use up scraps!
Don’t know how I missed this one, but I’ll be digging out some sari silk from the craft cupboard. I had one question about the sari silk cord you made for the mandala pendant - did it have a core or did you just twist and then wrap the wire around?
Ciao. Sì, puoi assolutamente! Puoi utilizzare tutti i tipi di tessuti e materiali per realizzarli, e l'idea è che puoi utilizzare tutto ciò che puoi trovare nella tua casa.

Ah that’s wonderful! Thank you for watching. I do use the zip when using more flimsy ties but these guys were SOOOO think and bulky lol 😂
I just made an order with Yarn yarn. I'm so excited and thank you so much for telling use wear to get these beautiful colors! ❤
Your bangles are fabulous ❤
You’ll not be disappointed. I love their yarns 🥰
Beautiful! I just ordered those silicone molds and will be ordering from the Etsy shop you linked too.
You won’t be disappointed with your purchases! And the silicone mould hack is just genius 🥰
What a great idea. Never would have thought to use zip ties.
I love to upcycle! 😍
So so gorgeous. I can’t wait to give these a go. Love them.

Thank you 🙏 and you’re so welcome 😉
Oh, and thanks for the tip on the fabric tac, just bought one
It’s great for all sorts of things
Thanks I wouldn't have known where to start!
I love this! I have limited space and don't have room for new ideas. Then again, I really do love this. Maybe a small box?
You can fit everything you need for these into a shoe box 🥰 But please don’t let me be to blame for a few shoe boxes 😬🥰😂

I love your bracelet, it’s beautiful. Thank you so much Samantha for sharing this. I look forward to seeing the earrings x❤
Thank you so much, Lesley 🥰
Hey Sam, these bracelets are just lovely! You did such a good job! 😊
Hi Linda 🤗 Thank you! Something a little different and colourful 🌺
What a fantastic idea! Thank you for this Tutorial 😃🌼
You’re very welcome ☺️
Fabulous! I wonder if you could use slices of large plastic bottles as the underlying armature? Would it be too flexible?
I think one would be too flexible, but if you layered maybe three slices on top one another, that would work 😍
Just found your channel-love your ideas!
Thank you so much! ☺️ Lovely to have you here

Ah it actually comes like that, ready wrapped. ☺️
Ciao . Ci ritorno su. Chiedo scusa. Sono stupendi . Domanda: posso utilizzare dei pezzi di tessuto tagliato dagli abiti smessi? Grazie di cuore

@@samanthalatimer1 Grazie mille. Sei gentilissima e disponibile
Pretty, but fiber isnt my thing. Luckily you have a lot of pretties that i can keep practicing on.
Thank you! It’s good to know what you guys are interested in seeing from me, so thanks for your opinion ☺️
