I'm 62 never got to Woodstock lived overseas most of my life till I was 21 then on my own while my parent were still stationed over in New Delhi. I loved being a hippy. Still am at heart also have a tiny bit of northern American Indian in me that is stirring. I love bracelets and absolutely loved your boohoo bracelets made so easily. Thank you kim

@@olgaorosco2866 yes she did, several years ago. Even though she is gone, she will not be forgotten. I keep her videos so I can go back and watch them when I need inspiration. I never get tired of watching them.

I made these years ago for my craft show, but didn't sell. I will put a clear coat on them, and use them as a hoop to attach my hanging beads for a sun catcher. Loved watching her crafts, and have made so many things. I didn't know she passed away, so sorry, she was so talented, and had great ideas, that are fun.

Ahhh, Woodstock! Grew up in upstate NY. Went to the festival that summer before college. We all thought it was another local concert. Imagine our shock at how many people there were and when they told us we couldn't leave. Never wore bracelets like this but we wore braided leather. Fun project.
Why wouldn't they let you leave? I never heard about that before - and I absolutely do not mean I don't believe you; I mean since I hadn't heard about that, I find it very interesting & am curious to learn more about the situation!
I really like this idea. I think this would be a great way to up cycle old bangles. I am going to use sterling silver wire and natural gemstones

I love this idea, I started making one while watching Secret's video. I got the first layer of eyelash trim on and was trying to figure out my next layer and then moved on to something else....I'm bad about that. Anyway, you've inspired me to finish the one I started. All of yours are very pretty. I love the way the tie die shirt came out and that silk fabric, love the colors in it.

Love these! Despite living in England, I do live in a majority Asian (Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi) neighbourhood (we live in a city) ... It's so cool, because we are surrounded by Sari shops and Asian Jewellery shops. Our local market sells beautiful fabrics and ribbons, all with loud Asian music playing and lots of Muslim women dressed in various ways... I love it.
This sort of jewellery (Brit spelling) is so pretty and I find I can wear things like this here (and full-length, flowing skirts etc.) without looking too "unusual". Hahaha! I have subbed, btw (of course). xx

Love the bracelets, just got a little “sea sick” when you moved them around so fast, I would have loved to see them a bit slower and a few “still shots” to see some more detail of the individual elements......Also love the triple thick idea for some.... Thank you for sharing!!!

These are stunning! I really liked seeing all the different material you worked with. I think it is gorgeous when you wear them all together. The brown ribbon bracelet towards the end is just perfect for the fall season! The last one with all the colors of ribbons and the necklace you used to decorate it with feels very renaissance festival! I love how unique each and every one of them are. Happy Friday! Leslie

I have to say I loved them ALL! Your last one with the ribbon I liked that one a lot too. The colors really made it but I also loved how you added the charms. Thank you for bringing back those good memories. Those were good times for me and love the hippi and flower child LOL..... We were very colorful and lots of beads and of course cant leave out the best part for me head bands. LOL I could see you making a head band like this but just wrapping the fabric. You would look so pretty with your beautiful hair.

I loved all of your bracelet designs. I'm going to try cutting up neck ties that I have collected over the years and see how that turns out. I once wanted to make purses from the ties but I never did. 😊. Thank you for sharing your wonderful tutorial...

Hi Cali! I just watched this video last night and I was hooked! Unfortunately i am not a seamstress so I had no pieces of fabric available. I went to Hobby Lobby and they had this fabric yarn in the yarn section that is fabulous. Not only does it work perfect but, it is already cut and some of the proceeds go to providing sustainable income, hope and freedom to those rescued from or at great risk of human trafficking. Having fun and helping out. Thank you for your art!
