- Hundreds of protesters have taken to the streets of Melbourne clashing with police over the states sixth lockdown.
The protesters rallied in Melbourne's CBD chanting "free Victoria" - calling for the Premier to be sacked.
Good on them. I support them.

We decided we didn’t want to commit genocide against the elderly. Large parts of our country have had zero or close to zero infections in the community for months at a time. Our economy is strong via conventional measures. Unemployment is very low. Exports are booming. CPI is not spiralling out of control. Those under lockdown are being financially supported by our conservative government and the tax payer. We are all sick of this pandemic and we want life to go back to normal, but due to an ineffective vaccination rollout by the federal government, much of our population is still unprotected against COVID-19 and associated mutations. Which FYI appear to spread more rapidly and in younger populations thus inflicting more damage on the minority of those who are infected and experience a severe cytokine storm reaction causing damage to major organs, brain, heart and lungs. But don’t let facts get in the way. Keep watching your fake news online and on msm if it provides the dopamine and adrenaline mediated outlet that your anger is craving.
