Just returned my Limitless 6.0. Can't do the cutout.
Why would you get in the first place if you knew it had cut outs?
@@ThatGuy10112 Well given that it was a brand new design and I LOVED my 5.0 on my 15 Pro, I was willing to give it a try.
I know right? Have been using their cases since iPhone 11. Not anymore.
@@akhossainwell the if they did a Apple sapphire glass thing on their cases, it would be another point of failure and would raise the costs even more. If I was mous, I’d give )ou the choice if you want the cutout or the sapphire crystal.

Tees cutout on his cases aren't even far off, I'm using the mouse case and it's not bad, it's just not strong magnets which I need. And the cut out helps me personally to know if my phone is upside down or not
Mark my words: in few months we’ll get the Limitless 6.1 with the proper capacitive button and without the cutout.

Maybe the did that because they have the rounded edges so it’s unnecessary (it won’t hit that point)? I don’t know, maybe ask their customer support? I’d be curious to find out.

Yeh I agree mous cases just keep going up a bit every year the case is $100 where I live that is getting very pricey

Yeah the cutout does it for sure.
I’m returning my Limitless 6.0. Mous hid the fact they removed the TPE protection from the sides inside the case. The camera cutout is lazy and a bit painful while resting on your finger in portrait orientation. There’s way too much branding on the cases now. Finally, the grip is only on the one side now, basically negating the entire function of its design. On a positive note, it’s nice to see the case get thinner…for now.
Not innovative and just a plain lazy effort. Pass..........

I think the comments regarding double branding, weak MagSafe and the ginormous cutout are valid. They have dropped the ball big style. What were they thinking!

I have a tip for all you guys having the case. I removed the branding on my iPhone 14 Pro case by scraping it off using a knife. It works pretty well since the white clor material is not that sticky. You still have the hollow but it its not that obvious
Not going to get this to my collection because of the cutout. You drop that on uneven surface and damn your button messed up and stratched/dinged up

I’ve bought a mous case every year for past 4 years but this year I won’t get one unless they remove the cutout. I can deal with a hole for the button like a lot have done but that cutout is horrible
watched this video to support your channel but these cases aren't an option for me. the camera control cutout is excessive and I won't be using any case that doesn't have a button for camera control. apple silicone or spigen only for now sadly.
It’s good to have comments like this so hopefully Mous will step in and read them.
This is why I have a Supcase UB Mag case. At least there is no annoying cut because the camera control button is built into the case.
Capacitive button and subtract a logo and this is an instant purchase. Until then, stuck with Apple silicone.
The need a bright color like Apple's Ultramarine. I like a bright color so I can spot my phone quickly.
All of the case brands will probably perfect the camera button for their cases for next year just like how apple did it this year. I am someone that is very picky with my case so waiting one more year for these brands to perfect it sounds like a smart idea. Its pretty much preference in the end though.
I love mous cases but I have an issue with that cut out, the double branding and thee coming up short on the airshock material, but that Caudabe case?, I’m sold ✅. I think I found my next case for my iPhone upgrade 👍🏽 Thank you Thank you Thank you 👍🏽💯

Been a mous case only iphone user for years. This travesty of a carve out has me searching for a good alternative and I can't be stuck with a Spigen case as my only good case with camera control protection.
Double branding doesn’t bother me. It’s whatever 🤷🏽♀️. The cutout is the only thing stopping me from buying it.
I get it’s all personal preference for sure. I just don’t understand it really.

That cut out is terrible. Sad because it’s a good case but that cut out is a no no no and a total fail !!! Maybe next year they’ll get it right
I ordered the limitless 6.0 off the Mous website very satisfied with the build quality but the buttons on mine aren’t really clicky at all they’re very stiff and for the price of these cases I’m looking into using their warranty or just plain returning it
Must have a dud because I have two limitless cases and the buttons on both are very clicky.
The massive cutout is better than the small cutouts for anyone who actually wants to use camera control because it allows easier access to it. But a capacitive cover like on the Apple cases is definitely the way to go

Quality has steeply gone down hill. I’ve been using them since the Limitless 1.0.

My number 1 issue with Mous is the sides being curved, it makes it feel like I’m holding an Android phone like a Galaxy no offence to those phones as it’s personal preference but I want my case to still hold that boxy feel off the Iphone and not that the sides feel like curvy.
I’ve been a Mous fan for over 6 years and I have always loved the limitless cases. This year though…. I bought it and to be honest I didn’t care about the double branding but that cutout man! It left me no choice but to return it. It’s so sad that Mous went this route as I can’t see myself using any other brand. I’m stuck in a limbo on which case to get this time around. Mous you let us faithful customers down!

Just ordered the 16 Pro Max 256 GB in white titanium yesterday. Don't need to worry about the camera cutout cause you already know I bought the Arc Pulse in silver to protect my phone. Only "case" I'm ever using again!
I just returned our two cases. I used to trust that Mous would protect our phones, but that cut out is crazy and such a weak point!
Just bought a Supcase and it has a working camera control cover and it’s almost a third of the price.
Cases for the 1Phone 16 Pro and Pro Max are horrible. After using Mous cases for years, the Limitless 6 is the worst decision ever. How in the world did it make it past their design and quality folks. Case will not even remain on the phone? The case design leaves part of the metal frame exposed to damage. Case design also fits extremely poorly compared to previous years models. Case will not stay on phone! Quite sure that Mous is going to lose quite a bit of market share and have numerous cases returned this year due to their horrible fit on the phone design or should I say ability to stay on the phone design failure this year.
When I ordered the Limitless 6.0 for my 16 pro, I was skeptical about the comfort and look of the massive cutout. However, now that I have used the case with the phone, I have no issues with the cutout. I can hardly feel it with any grip, and it improves the experience of actually using the camera control button compared to a smaller cutout.
My god what were they thinking with that big of a cutout for the camera button. That’s just pure laziness, plain and simple
For the prices they are charging, I find it ridiculous they just have a cut out. Mous is supposed to be one of the most premium cases there is. Also, it’s still the only phone case I’ve ever broken a phone in. Less than a 2ft drop and on the very first drop too. Even my Thinborne case hasn’t left me with a broken phone but the limitless did.
Hate to give anymore money to Apple after upgrading when I really didn’t need to but I am going with the Apple Silicon case until everyone figures how to properly account for the camera button.
I tried a Spigen case with the cutout, and didn't like it. Now liking the Apple Silicone case. Seems nicer than the prior years' versions of the Silicone case. I have a Spigen with the touch sensitive button coming that I might like too.
I didn’t buy last year because of one reason only which was the weak magnets. This year I won’t buy it because of 2 reasons, the weak magnets and that cut out for camera control. Didn’t see a company trying hard to add to the reasons not to buy their products.
The cutout also makes the rest of the phone more susceptible to damage. If you drop the device and it hits that open part, it could deal alot of shock damage to the device and/or serious screen damage.
Also of note, for anyone else who ordered and is not a fan, when I set up my return Mous actually gave me the option to get only a 50% refund and KEEP the case.
Mous is over-marketed and over priced. Yes they are good quality but not $60+ good.
Let’s put nomad on notice too. Every one of these high end cases had better change to the capacitive button like apple did. It’s the only acceptable way for the price.

Not only did they raise the cost for all their cases but they removed a lot of the case. So you get less case for more money. Plus all their cases are smooth and extremely slippery. Feels like a wet bar of soap. The point of a case is to be grippy to help prevent drops not to increase drops lol hard pass
For me on all Mous case the MagSafe magnets are not strong enough and it’s a deal breaker. I will check for something else, again.

Also if people don’t do videos on it and voice our opinions in the comment section, then brands think it will be fine and no improvements would be made.
@@TechnicallyTeeI agree Tee the more I see the cut out I think it would be something that I could get use to. I guess people should try the case and see how it feels for them. Maybe we shouldn’t judge the case until we have it in our own hands.
Hey Tee i got the black speckled version with an esr geo wallet and i cannot shake the wallet off. Not sure if its the esr wallet or the speckled version case thats holding it so strongly.

I don't think the decision was rushed. other cases from mous this year don't have this bite in them, they just have perfectly sized cutout. weird decision by them.
What is with all these case manufacturers charging 60+$ for cases with 0 port protection? Bro my phone lives in my pocket, if your case don’t got port protection 🚮 supcase and poetic both have iPhone 16 pro max cases with port protection and both are under 30$ for 60+ you got no excuse
It’s all a personal preference. Port protection is only needed I feel for some situations and not all.
The brands had no other choice but a cutout considering the fact that the camera control also is a capacitive touch sensor

Ringke onyx has the best ski ramp hands down
They still do the garbage taper edge. That keeps chipping my screen protectors along the edge. Just put an even lip around, close up the camera button and just be done with it.
Do you drop your phone a lot since it’s always chipping on the edge??

I have a ESR case for $10 with the same cutout. Mous wants 7x with an identical cutout. For that price it should have a capacitive-capable button. They should be ashamed.

I agree with the double branding we don’t need it, and I can even try to take the large cutout, but the MagSafe is way too weak. I have cases that cost literally 1/4 of the limitless 6.0 and they hold 5 times better with their MagSafe magnets. Really sucks I used to be a huge fan of Mous but on this one they dropped the ball.
I used to rock a walnut Mous case for awhile. I wish they’d come back with Marble. Those were cool cases too. Probably won’t get one for the 16 PM though.

Returned my 6.0 because of the cutout. Terribly large cutout, cutout sits where the pad of my thumb naturally rest on side of case, and grip is only on one side so not as useful as before. Lots of flaws for my most expensive phone case choice.
I will be waiting your Spigen case review with the cases that have the button. Seems like I will be purchasing my first spigen case after avoiding them for 2 years or so just because of the button vs the cutouts. Now that the phone is out, case companies have no excuse to not to release 1 case with a button.
I wish mous had a brown leather case. I have had the black leather for two years. I want something different. I don’t like the size of the cutout, but if they had a brown leather I would get it anyway. Well, maybe I’ll get it for the 18.

This year of cases all around is just gonna be bad. I honestly hate now that Apple lit a dam button there and it’s not just a button brocade if it was then it could be easily covered. Finding a case without a cut out will be challenging
We don’t need any of their branding actually we’re already buying their product if we buy it. I don’t need to advertise for a case manufacturer anymore than having their case on my much more expensive phone

I hated mous cases for years and tried the 5.0 on my 15 pro max and it’s been my favorite case so far in the blue and green colorway
