      What I find odd is that no one seems to be talking about th back door of Katherine’s vehicle opening before the guy with the gun gets in. Seems like obviously there is already someone else already in her back seat at that point. 🤔

    I think it's POSSIBLE that the tow-truck driver was killed because he could identify who picked up the car, or because he saw something identifiable in the car, and not because he filched something from the car. Thank you for excellent summary of case so far, Gray.

    She could have just driven away, but she didn't, even with a man walking up with a gun. Seems like she really didn't want to alert police to her presence. So, yeah, a lot of drugs seem likely.
    Maybe Miguel told her it was the buyer and they would be armed.

    One thing I noticed on the detectives video during the carjacking after the edit. The gunman has the front door open and someone opens the back door of the white SUV. I don’t see the gun anymore, he closes the front door and goes in the SUV in the backseat. Who opened the back door?

    Excellent video, Gray. It clarifies a really confusing, murky underworld happenstance or several happenings actually, all linked to the same people, including Katherine's husband, Miguel. It screams drugs and money and could even be cartel related, as they're pretty keen on executing anyone who even seemingly gets close to knowing something they don't want anyone to know. Its like a full blown action movie, dealing with organised crime and the usual suspects within that, but im not hazarding a guess at the intrucate details, as it's not in my realm of usual interest (in movies). As this is real life though, I'm interested in understanding all the players and machinations here. There's obviously a lot at stake and Miguel is right in the thick of it. As you said from the beginning, the fact that neither he or Katherine called 911 when neing bumped and car jacked, speaks volumes. Knowledge and/or illicit goods were in Katherine and Miguel's car. But then you've got the random tow truck driver being taken out after contact with that one off green car model I've forgotten the name of (regardless) being given back to Miguel, complete with details of the detective who just called the number on Miguel and the late Katherine's car. I'm in over my head already, Gray but Miguel has the intelligence, as he's lied anout where his wife was heading and why, he didn't get her immediate help, he's been guven information about a detective who just tried the number on their previously for sale car: i mean, he's in it up to his eyeballs but there's people above him too, very likely. Basically, they've fucked up now, so law enforcement agencies are going to be all over this until they unravel all the sordid details. Im interested to know more as it comes to light. Thanks for making sense of it, Gray. My brain doesn't compute this sort of storyline well.

    I keep watching, the video clip from the driver behind. You say the man with the gun got in the front seat, but what I see is that he opens the front door, you see the rear door open slightly, then it appears he gets in the back door, to me. Is he behind her with the gun? She would had opportunity to floor it, when he was knocking at the door. So odd that she did not. Thank you for the in depth account. Look forward to other updates. Also it is “Bawggie” Creek, the area is a creek with a “bog” 😊

  • @olgapking9172
    @olgapking9172 7 месяцев назад +1

    Why would she stop at a light in front of a car that's bumping her, especially in Florida where the Red lights Last Forever, unbelievable. The engineering department needs their heads examined. Under Any and All circumstances and since your life is in danger, keep going annd do Not stop. Don't ever let anyone get in either. This woman was probably very new at whatever husband had her trying to do. I would have called 911, but who was sitting behind her opening the door? Im sure husband and whoever was tracking her vehicle, and she may have stopped to pick someone up who hid behind her driver's seat.

    I am surprised that people can call into a friend for Detailed information on a detective working law investigation. It sure makes it easy for the criminals these days, they just call a buddy for the deets. He should be fired. This case goes a lot deeper that it looks on the surface.
