They solved a few cases at once. 2 murders Katherine & the tow truck driver, drug trafficking, corrupt deputy, you never know who is watching or listening.
Sounds like a hire for murder plot to me.
Sounds like a fentanyl/fake pill scam & the husband, Miquel, is 100% involved. His number is on the back of the car window that the detective called. He was on the phone with her, a second person was known to be in the car from video’s, so who was it? The green acura was also known to be related to her husband as well. They killed the tow truck driver who towed the green car when they went back & picked it up.
@@PamelaMorris-fy5mb that’s the kind of police we don’t need. I’m Glad good officers are still out there that will investigate and charge questionable police. Personally I don’t understand why anyone would want to be a cop these days and I have mad respect for any good person that does.
But tow driver?? What he do?? This is strange.they must have been pissed the towwy took the car outta the lot, the thugs. That's weird, unless something in the car he took on them. But who doesn't know that. That's why they pulled it in backwards.. hopefully the find some kind of evidence about the tow pick up, the next day, people looking for it? Looks like something deviant. . Rip,
I definitely think the husband is involved.
The whole situation is sad and disturbing
Yes it is 😢
So why would that dirty cop be sending info to the husband? They all must be involved.
This all seems sus. First, the husband says she visiting family, but she's not. She calls, frantic...yet he doesn't call 911...now he's getting his dirty cop buddy to get info for him before he arrives at the station...yep, nothing to see here 🙄 I would think maybe they are just building a case, but there is no way of knowing if he's now gonna high tail it out of the U.S. This sounds like some cartel m.o.
The dirty cop sold out one his own for a pair of criminals, he’s up to no good.,
I wonder if he was trying to get the names of the witnesses … scary stuff!

Wow, that's crazy, God bless you, sheriff, and thank you for the great integrity, I pray this can be solved because it sounds truly bad when these criminals are loose!
He is an outstanding briefer. I can see why he is the man in charge.🎉
The car dealer should have a record of who he sold the car to, especially since they still owe money on it.
I was thinking the same thing! 🙄
The car dealership is lying. Someone got paid under the table to release the car.
Why would the husband of the murdered woman want all this information from the detective so badly that he persuaded a deputy to obtain the info illegally? Did the husband hire someone to kill his wife?
Does the husband want to know, like any good husband, who killed his wife... so that he could do what this justice system won't?
@Detour4it It's Florida. So therefore the justice system will do it's job

Dominican/Caribbean people understand exactly what is happening here. It will be crucial for law enforcement to have someone deeply familiar with the culture to investigate what is happening here. Anyone smelling Cartel involvement?
Not at all really, Cartel seems better organized than this hot mess. The green car would have been at the bottom of a lake. Not in a random parking lot.
yeah but which cartel? and this people are already out of the state for sure .Someone wanted to send a very strong message and they sent savages to deliver it.

How did that tow truck driver get killed and also why was the husband’s phone number written on the back of that white SUV?
Number on back of white car was because husband was selling the car
@@WatchingfromTexas thank you!
think deeper.. SHE was driving a WHITE SUV… this is NO SECRET (you can literally google it) that they drive WHITE trucks for some reason. She was driving it so I’m speculating she is not just a victim but involved/related somehow to organized crime.
May I ask the nationality of the deceased?
@@fathercarras28 she was from the Dominican Republic
And why was the tow truck driver targeted?
He saw something
He towed a vehicle used for murders and kidnappings and most likely drug transports, that vehicle either had evidence or drugs in it when towed and the suspect had to rid of any possible witnesses.
I towed when I was younger you should see what’s been hidden in cars even after the cops would inventory the contents. Tow guy could have towed a big bag of cash or bricks
If the car didn't have a clear title how was it released from the impound?? Hmm I feel this goes very deep into the law enforcement agencies as well as "others"🤔
I worked 5 and a half years in a dealership until recently. No dealership can sell a car without the title... In this case, the vehicle was sold twice without the dealership having the title.
You're wrong, if a car is financed it goes to dmv for lien paperwork. They give a grace period for a customer to pay before redoing it back. Stays In previous owners name. That's why dealership is the only one who can legally sell open title.
You are wrong. It’s called an imperfect title or a conditional title. It happens
That’s not true.
Carfax 😂has being doing this lately
Weird. Why would there be reports & recordings given to hubby, during an investigation? So odd
So many layers. This is crazy.
This is sounding more and more like a movie. There are some extremely bad people living among us.
So the buyer of this Acura left the dealership without fully paying for the car. The dealership doesn't request a copy of the buyer's driver's license when doing a transaction? Then this same new owner gets his car out of a tow truck company. Same question the tow truck company cannot release a car to anyone that shows up. They have to have proof of ownership. More importantly these businesses don't have cameras. It seems to me that the Acura owner and others involved may have stalked the dead tow truck driver.
So all of these other players distract us from the killer. Lots of questions regarding the wife, husband now the rogue officer. But there's a murderer on the loose and we are not focusing on how no one knows him after all the other things he seems to have been involved in.
It was an auction reseller
Very different
@apeyoutube7485 the report says buy here pay here dealership. Which the owner put money down and never paid the difference.
This case is going to get more and more crazy with a lot more un answered questions !!
This world is getting more and more dangerous but I really like how this officer is handling the public. Very professional and trying to be helpful to the public and I’m usually not a huge fan of the cops !
I feel bad for the woman victim and the tow trucker driver. He was just doing his job. Unreal
No he was a crook towing cars with an expired license and he might’ve taken something from the car when he towed it that they’re still looking for
Soooooo how many dirty cops are already involved in this murder?
Them Dominicans are moving big money so there's more
One deputy arrested and charged with 5 felons on the job less than a year was busted right away by detectives investigating the homicide and car jacking
there is so much involved here, that poor girl who got carjacked and shot and burned, orange and osceola county is getting so bad
She may have been transporting drugs, the more drugs coming in the worse it'll get
Murdered tow truck driver murdered
Only one car in FL of that make/model
Rare 10mm bullets
Sherriff Deputy feeding husband info illegally on the side
The husband doesn't tell the wife to call 911
Husband doesn't check on wife for 2 hours after her call to him
The victim (wife) was only in town for 1 hour and then murdered
Nobody registered to vehicle (still in the original owner's name 3 months after the sale)
The odds of her being in Orlando for 1hr and then being carjacked are worse odds than winning the lotto
The fact the husband wanted the inside scoop on the detective before coming to Orlando to be investigated seems like he was concerned about what they might have on him. The tow truck driver being killed appears to be a sloppy anger killing out of anger the car was repossessed a few weeks earlier. Also, if the white SUV was for sale then maybe this was another sloppy killing out of anger while trying to purchase the SUV, probably not the case but it's a possible connection to the Tow truck driver's murder.
My opinion is the husband was dealing with shady people and the wife was collateral damage.
Well said!!
Get Grady Judd to come do this case so we can go ahead and get the whole group in their permanent housing at the jail
So heavily armed carjackers are running loose in FL, specifically Orange County, randomly unloading 100+ rounds at random victims, at a time when families are taking road trips to theme parks in the area?? Sounds like I need to stay home.

Go to DOLLYWOOD in TENNESSEE it's better !!!!!
If you're going to Disneyworld, I'd leave the kiddies at home, the place is crawling with child predators. We went there last year the place gives off creepy vibes.
Orange County Sheriff's office is rampant with malaise and corruption. They are super overpaid (many deputies make over 100k a year) and are underworked.
Several deputies have been arrested by other sheriff departments in the last year alone. They actively bypass emergencies in progress that are very visible and don't even bother calling it in, much less slowing down or checking if everyone is alright. I've nearly been killed on several accidents that deputies have driven past without calling it in.
We have rampant crime problems in the unincorporated parts of the county, in fact everything north of the Turnpike and everything east of I-4 that is unincorporated has an extremely high murder rate and most go unsolved.

This is all fishy 😮A deputy involved? Why was he calling the lady’s

Thanks to this officer for all the informacion.
It was the husband of a childhood friend, do you people ever listen?
The deputy was married to the husband's childhood friend. His wife and the victim's husband grew up together in the DR.
Watch the new conference, it's all explained, doesn't mean the deputy was involved in the actual crime but now has been charged with 5 felons because he was attempting to gain information from Seminole County by impersonating a detective over the phone
This case is amazing. What’s real life story will it make
In Mexico the gun laws are extremely strict with no “high caliber” weapons allowed, so small cartridge weapons are the standard, with 10 mm being the most common & this “hit” has the Cartel’s fingerprints all over these murders.
BTW, one of most disturbing things about this heinous crime is the fact that an Orange County Sheriff is making calls trying to extract information regarding this daylight carjacking turned murder! Totally sounds like the Cartels have infiltrated our local law enforcement much like they have done
throughout Mexico & now they’re committing spectacular violent crimes, in broad daylight, on the streets of Florida with ill regards for our citizens in our country! Get used to this type of behavior because this is just the beginning!
Finally.. a SPOT ON comment . This is exactly what is going on here! Thank you.. also they have people who do just SOCIAL MEDIA .. they create fake accounts and jump in on the conversation acting like they a random concerned civilian and get information that way.. they can stifle TALK about the crime and suggest ideas nothing close to the crime as a red herring to misguide the conversation.
My thoughts too unfortunately
Pirates, mafia, old west gunslingers, Good old Boys etc infiltrated our systems a long time before this.
Sadly to most people that live here and have interacted with Orange County Sheriff's Department, it is not surprising. We have a corruption and malaise problem here.
@@Bryce_Fl I believe you because I live here in Seminole County, only 2 miles from this atrocious car-jacking/double murder, in Winter Springs & what you’re saying doesn’t surprise me! Law enforcement needs to do a better job in their hiring processes!

@@fulanichild3138The kidnapping occurred in Seminole County, so the primary victim and decedent is the female. She is “the decedent”.
In Orange county, the tow truck driver would be the primary decedent, assuming he was killed in that county.
Its just a matter of the “person type” in a report, to make it easier to convey information to the public.
Edit: For clarity, since the tow truck driver was likely killed outside of Seminole County, he is not part of the original crime that occurred in Winter Springs. So for reporting purposes (to include public disclosures), the only decedent in this case (case number) is the female.

Come on reporters! Ask the pertinent questions!!
I'm confused... First, dealerships shouldn't be allowed to buy or sell a vehicle without actually having the title ready (looking at you buy here pay here's and *cough**carvana**cough *). How do they not already have a person/owner associated with the green Acura? Yall just gonna let someone take a car off your lot without even a name? Was it bought with cash and yall were like 'meh, fug it.. '??
If anyone works at a tow place, educate me. Yall just release a car to any ol body? Sheriff mentioned they paid someone clean to go get the car from the pound. Last time I had my car towed I had to show ID/proof the car was mine. And if the Acura wasn't registered, who the hell are you giving the car to without proof of title? No lead or backstory on the murder of the tow truck driver?? Was he trying to tow the green Acura again and they shot him?? And how is the husband not even a person of suspicion when he has personal info on the lead detective?? This case gets crazier.
If you get the title you usually can get a proof of sale and a lot of people don’t date either so they can avoid having to register it within 30 days
Or you can make a fake proof of sale with the title
@@apeyoutube7485 But... nobody had the title. He said the buy here pay here was still waiting on the transfer of title from the auction. So they did a proof of sale without the title.. and whoever bought the car didn't complete registration? Is that legal?

I'm just saying there should be paper trail on who bought the car. So how do they not know who it is already 🧐
@Monica, Escobar You are very much correct it is not a crime to get information . I would have done the same if in a situation such as that evil if I knew of someone working in the inside and ask for any updates now that I think of it . The only thing I would have done differently was never hang up the call with his wife
Great job officers. Make an example out these criminals. The husband is hiding information & playing detective, he’s up to no good. This sounds like a drug deal gone bad. Girls open your eyes, a real man handles his dirty business on his own without involving his family.

Cartels eh? Lets be real.
@Drago2600. Every cartel has to start somewhere. Usually when Law Enforcement is involved with the bad guys. Wasn't the first arrest a deputy sheriff?
Oh they blame black and Hispanic people for everything. And people always believe the lies. They'll even arrest minorities and harass neighborhoods because of the lies. They don't tell you that tho. They don't tell you there are sick crimes being committed in a regular basis by all races. They only show the minorities. They'll say the deputy had mental health issues. They use that excuse for all Caucasian shooters. Like only they've had bad childhoods. Bad lives.
Must investigate deep into her husband God help all investigations to get the answers
Law enforcement is waiting for the dna & fingerprint results to come in.
Several Orange County Deputies have been arrested in the last year. Corruption is a rampant problem in the department, and very rarely do you see deputies responding to calls or on patrol. Most of the time you see them on their phones or laptops at security details. They are overpaid and underworked and our Sheriff is the worst of them all, he would rather stump for gun control on the national news, attend countless fundraisers and defend criminals and soft on crime policies, instead of doing his job.
I've nearly been killed on multiple accident scenes because deputies, on duty and not responding to calls, decide they don't want to stop or call it in, instead just driving right on by, and vehicles traveling upwards of 80mph do or nearly do collide with the already present accident. Often times there were injuries present on scene and the deputies won't even slow down or check to see if everyone is alright.
How can this happen with a car.? What kind of car business is going on there.? No, owner or nothing. A killer can do a crime in a car and no one knows who owns the car.
Illegally parked?
Seems like backing in to your own personal parking spot would be protected by our God given freedom!
Backing in your parking spot is illegal...if so how did we allow this to happen? This is Bullshit in it's purest form!
Many people backup in their parking spot, for various reasons. I'm one of them. I drive a 3/4 ton custom Van, it been a habit of mine for decades!
Plus what if you needed to unload your personal belongings, and backing in would save you countless footwork?
This is wrong in so many ways!
This was 1000% a hit no way in hell this was a car jack
Why wouldn’t the husband call the cops ??????
Who ever paid to get the car out of the pound is involved
Tow truck driver killed throws a wrench in the theory the husband had his wife murdered. The same car connected to the kidnapping and tow murder was towed 3 weeks before. The driver that towed that car was killed 1 day before the kidnapping, why? I think the car got towed, some merchandise (guns, drugs, money etc.) was missing from the car and they sought him out to kill him. The tow truck driver knows Miguel, told him he scored something. Miguel sent his wife up to Orlando to pick it up and bam they got her and got their stuff back. How did they know what car she was in and where she was? Maybe the tow truck driver told them in fear for his life but he was killed anyway.
This shit is crazy!

Follow the money .., unfortunately like in NY Dominicans are doing more than opening salons and barbershops
