Based on just seeing this planner and not trying to use it - I 100% agree with your assessments! I don't do well with horizontal and need more weekend space for sure
I get some people only use planners for work so I get it for that. But I'd rather have the extra space. Even my work planners always have separate weekend days and I'll use that space for extra notes and reminders.
According to the Amazon listing, it is 110 gsm. It's definitely thicker than like copy paper but not as thick as more expensive planners/notebooks. The paper is fairly smooth and doesn't feel like it has any coating. I'm not a fountain pen expert but I think if you used a fine to medium nib it may work. I guess I need to use my fountain pens more! 😆 they just don't seem to work well with Erin Condren or Archer & Olive so I forget. Or maybe it's user error.
@@Runsonespresso I think lots of those planners are geared toward gel or felt tip, maybe? That seems to be the case for all the ones I have used Even my Dragontree planner isn't GREAT with fountain pens, but I make it work. LOL.
I would say yes, most planners in the US are more for ball point or gel. Ones with thicker pages can handle felt tip. You need a hobonichi! Those are made for fountain pens!
I love these ADHD videos... personally I am a planner pad girlie but I'm looking for a companion planner for more personal and goal setting/ review type things. Would maybe be a good video idea for the new year.. finding an ADHD goal planner :)
Thank you so much for watching! I'm glad you enjoy the videos. And thank you for the suggestion. I'm starting to think about January videos so maybe I will see what I can come up with. I'll be using a bullet journal for goals so maybe I can show how I set it up or something. 🤔

Are the pages thick enough for fountain pens?
