    1. Yogendra Parvatasana (Mountain Pose):

    2. Yogendra Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend):
     Engage in a deep posterior stretch that compresses the abdomen, reduces fat deposits, and stretches the muscles of your ankles, legs, and shoulders. Regular practice prevents spinal problems and enhances spinal fitness.
    3. Yogendra Ushtrasana (Camel Pose):

    4. Yogendra Trikonasana II (Triangle Pose II):

    Thanks doc. Every morning l wake up early n l start my Yoga practise. I had breast cancer n l have not finished the teraphy yet. So yoga helps me to keep my mind, body n cells to be healthy. In yoga n ayurveda l trust. 🎶🥳🌈🙏🏻🌟🕉️

      I am a 4 years grade III Breast cancer survivor. I learnt yoga as the way of life at the yoga institute. The philosophy helped me a lot along with asana, pranayama & meditation during my therapy. Please continue doing it and have faith. Faith can move mountains! Goodluck❤
