I would recommend to practice all variations every once in a while if you share a similar practice. Between 5 and 8 repetitions, 2 to 4 sets. For the exploration simply move to a song that you like and push until you feel the burn - this is conditioning in the end..

Thanks a lot for this video. I really enjoyed the clarity and the progressions. I am teaching dance (release technique/"solo CI") to beginners/intermediate and I am developing a class for taking the different ways of shaking/rippling/moving the spine into dance and improvisation. This video was very inspiring :)

Yeah hopefully see you around when workshops and movement festivals open up again. So far the “Formless Arts / play fight camp” that will be in Italy this summer is booked in! So I’m happy for the few things that start to awaken. Where are you based?

Instead of picking 1-2 exercises. Is it possible to go through all for 1-2min each ? I really need to soften up my back and coordination after years of back injuries.. it has stiffen up
