Oh, I see Ido Portal at 8:54. I wonder if Nil was a student of his. These tutorials are a great way to introduce these lesser-known movements to a wider audience. The complexity of spatial awareness can be more challenging than the strength.
@@mattmazzola yep. Used ido as reference as through him I got to know about QDRs many years back. And no, never studied with him! I worked a lot with Tom Weksler who was a capoeira student of ido over 15 years ago. Thanks about the words!
@@NilTeisnerThat’s awesome! The fully in depth beginner program you are planning for next year will be like an updated, more comprehensive version of your actual beginner program or how would you point out the main differences? I really like your teaching style, and for me it is very inspiring to find my way to modify your RUclips sequences according to my movement abilities, and limitations, like postnatal belly midline split and hypermobil joints, neck arthrosis. Feldenkrais method helped me a lot, and my physiotherapy and dance background, but I have to say: I really notice how excited my body gets to do more dinamic, acrobatic challenges to feel again the power in my cells, be more playful and alive. So I am just wondering what would be the best investment, waiting for the wall variations full depth beginner or the offer on sale now?
@@beaforizs7123 Hey! So yeah, the new program will be much more in dept and esepcially updated - the last beginner program is 4 years old so lots of things have evolved :) Might take a full year to release though.. So if you wish to start practice, now, go for the one that is there now - still a very good program! :)
Awesome flows, I really enjoyed the video, thank you so much for the tutorial. 💎
@@longingforjannah good to hear!! :)

love this concept and this video!
Great you like it Thomas!
Went through it all at the wall. Very nice . I lost balance in the neck roll. The qdr is so hard on the floor, but good to practice on the wall
good to read!!
the neck roll is really a challenge! big step helps!
Are there wall variations in your online programs?
great question but no, not until now! next year i'll create a new, fully in depth beginner program where wall integrations will be part of it :)
