I am so glad that I joined this! This is the first time I have gotten this far in a workout challenge, and I am just feeling great! I am doing the 100 ab challenge along with this. Before these challenges, the only butt workout I knew was a squat and the only ab workout was a sit up! I love the variety in these challenges! These are much more enjoyable then boring sit ups and squats. So excited to finish!!
I am. Back after the covid shut-down. Feeling the inner thigh, just under the booty, and the obliques. I'm 67 and happy to do this another time. The results have been wonderful. My tush is perky!
I think I was doing it wrong because I didn't feel it in my butt at all no matter how many times i tried to move correctly lol My inner thighs are killing me tho!
Just finished Day 8, I have been waiting for this video for five hours - luckily it was not as hard as yesterday 🙏🏻 I am enjoying this challenge way more than the 100 Ab Challenge, even though this one is just as hard!
Day 8: SMASHED!!! This one wasn’t that bad! I liked this one 😊 I see a BIG difference in my butt! It seems more lifted and full than before and honestly I just started fully working out when this challenge started so my whole body overall is having some pretty cool results!! Thank you Casey for making me strong 💪

I was so excited to do the clamshell kicks, because I love that move but it's also much easier than some of the butt moves on this challenge. It felt like a dream compared to day 7. I felt the burn for sure anyway! (Vidya is sweet)
I am behind the curve here so I am on day 12 of the 100 ab challenge and then doing the glutei one at the same times, just 5 days behind, and I am dying!! BUT I already feel stronger!!! BEAST MODE
Guys remember, technique and form over quantity. Prevents injury and ensures you are working the correct muscles. If you can only do 10 reps in a row with perfect form that's fine. Take a break and then keep going until 100. Not worth pushing through without resting only to get injured or not get the most out of the move.
Clamshell kicks? OH GOSH. I've got a cold that's bugging me but I have to do this! I can't give up just yet! Update: I don't know if it's because I've been doing this challenge for 8 days now but today was the easiest day so far! Just power through everybody, you can DEFINITELY do this and you'll feel great after, I'm sure!

Day 7 down!! I kinda feel like a see a liiiiitle difference already. I wish I measured! Maybe I’ll start measuring this week. This one was definitely easier. Didn’t need to pause at all! The soreness definitely came in, but I pushed through! Yay for the first week down!!
I came back before doing today’s video because I realized that this video was Day 8 and not 7, which means I was definitely thinking behind and not ahead! 😂 I’m one day closer than I thought!! 😂

This one was tough... on the shoulders. I started in the right position, then dropped my upper body little by little because of pain / discomfort on the shoulders. It looks like the core and upper body is getting jealous with this glute challenge and asking for some love and attention. Did anyone else get that too?
