Day 8! Ok listen (well read) don’t get down or discouraged if you can’t keep up or one exercise is kicking your butt more than another. Just keep going! I have a history of starting but never finishing so I went into this like Oh Lord please help me not quit! But God! I use scripture for my affirmations. So today was I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me! I kept saying it through my ugly burpees and burning sumo squats that made me look like a hot mess!! 🤣 But I kept going, kept moving. Not because I want to be a certain size but I need to prove I’m NOT a quitter when it comes to me. So just keep going and say by God’s grace and mercy I Can Do This!
Amen to that, I had to learn to alternate my mindset and tell myself that Just because you have this as part of your exercise, If you can’t do it do something else. Jumping Jacks, Jump Squats and build up to Burpees. The main thing is don’t Quit, Keep Moving. I have a Knee issue and I have to listen to my body so I won’t damage it, and that I what I am doing. However, I do thank God for this channel that I have stumbled across because I have been with Mr Mrs Muscle since July and I have lost 8 pounds and about 4 inches. I’m so proud of myself cause these are quick, intense and I notice that i am a different person and much more happier. Thank you Lord for them and I pray for continued Success for Them. Ps, and Thank You “Broken Yet Healed” for your affirmation of positive words. Positivity goes along way in Life. God Bless You. Angel

This one got me emotional once I finished. I really hate doing cardio but I challenged myself to do this 30 day challenge and I'm pushing myself out of my comfort zone. Even if I have to modify or do a different move, I am proud of myself for getting this far. I can do this!! Thank you for all you do 🙏

Yes, me too. I missed about 4 workouts, so on Sunday’s that is my Makeup day and I get them all done in one sitting. I’m still excited about the Challenge and Grateful that I’ve kept it up so far.
I started doing the butt and stomach workouts you have, along with this one and let me tell you, wooooo. I am strong. I can literally feel the muscles in my legs after each workout. Everything is starting to be more firm. I don’t weigh a lot, im like 122 5’4” but im 31 so all my weigh was flab and I want to tone it up to get my butt back from when I was a teenager lol. But im still going and haven’t quit yet.
Day 8 I can do this and do this to the end. Need to work on my arm strength, what wasn't knee friendly I used the modified version where possible. I finished this and I'm ready for day 9. Thank you Mrs Muscle

thank you very much for your great effort in this challenge, I used to exercise regularly, but after suffering from hypothyroidism, I gained 25 kilos very quickly and shockingly, and I became frustrated and when I started exercising, I stopped immediately because of stress and my rapid heartbeat and also I do not get any result As impressive as the result that I got only from following the first week of the challenge that I set and I say it now with pride, yes I did this and actually changed my body shape and everyone noticed and I will complete the rest of the challenge and subscribe to your paid program, yes I stopped for two days after the week The first was because I had a cold but I came today and completed the first day of the second week and I say it with pride yes I can do it, I love you so much and thank you 💜
the 10 second hold at the end of the 25 glute bridges at the end of the workout???! brutal. there is nothing in this exercise world I seem to hate more than military planks and burpees, but I have to remind myself that it's okay. I don't have to do them perfectly or complete all the reps. I'm moving my body which is more than I could say about myself this time last year.

I've been recovering since 08/28 and now resuming, I will do lower on Monday, cardio and abs Tuesday and Thursday and full body, Wednesday and Friday, Saturday stretching and abs💪🏾🇧🇷😘

This one killed me! I completed the 1 set of Burpees. But has to do the 2nd last, after the glute bridge Had to push through on the alternate lunge right after the Sumo Squats. Killer!, but I did it
