Not being funny or anything, been trying other abs workouts for 6 packs and my abs still looked the same. I did this vid for one day only, my six packs showed!! This video is the real deal guys 🔥
Your abs only show when you lower your body fat, so you probably see them now because you've been in a calorie deficit. Congrats!

Love the intensity of this workout, Dan. It's phenomenal! The oblique crunch kick is great! Never seen that one before. My abs are still burning from those, the negative crunches, and the whole workout.

I have seen lot of workouts but this is a masterpiece.I don't do it cause its small but cause its intense.I can do lot of other workouts with more minutes but this is killing my abs.
