Just started to exercise Been doing the 20 min full body workout per day, was rough but eventually the workout started getting easy enough where I felt like I could do more, add this to my playlist and the 2nd last half of workouts are hard to get the form but like the 20 min workout I think I will get it eventually!
My friends told me they don’t workout because they’ll just lose there progress if they stop, but like duh working out is a lifetime thing!
Also I just bought a pair of light dungbells!

That straight leg lift from almost to the floor to straight up can put a real strain on the lower back. If you have issues in that part of your body, it's not recommended. Otherwise some good options here.
