That's awesome! I'm glad your steak tasted so good. Fat flaring can be a real problem. I've just started work on a new 5-in stove instructional video. Mike's going to help me with it. Watching your video has me thinking we should revise the instructions for grilling with the extended grill plate and especially with the titanium extended grill plate which it looked like that was what you were using. I think we will have the instructions suggest that you put the steak on the grill then place the grill into position without locking it in. In fact I think I'm going to grind some nubs off a prototype grill and try just setting that grill in place so that it can easily be removed and replaced so that you could pick up your steak grill and all when needed to allow the fire to die back down. Send us an email and remind Roshelle of the situation and we'd be happy to send you a new extended grill plate 👍😎
Hi Steve, thanks for watching and taking the time out to look after your customers, it’s honestly amazing how you are so personal and hands on with your products. One of the big reasons why i love firebox. Mine is the stainless steel version as I was worried that I might warp the titanium if I got it too hot. Thinking about what you said, that might be a good idea to have the grill top easier to take off as that’s what I did. I took it off with the steak on and placed it on the standard which I had next to it on the floor as I seen it was getting too hot. Also as suggested, some additional instructions might help some people and certainly an instructional video would also be welcome. Let me know if I can help in any way 👍
Thanks, yes the DJI camera seems pretty good. Although I did find it a little odd using it over my phone. I think I prefer using the iPhone at the moment but will have to see how it goes 👍
Yes I’m happy with the quality from the DJI camera, will take a bit of getting used to though. The steak was delicious, hope it didn’t make you too hungry 😋
It’s a British army cold weather parka, it has an insulated inner that can be removed. I’ve had it over 25 years, it makes for a good durable coat and i don’t worry of it gets a burn or smells of smoke 👍
Looks delicious! I can't understand people who bring a nice steak into the woods, get a fire going, and then cook it in a frypan. Might as well just cook it on the stove at home.
@@johnvidal70 Ah yes I totally get that, a steak is definitely one of those things that tastes so much better cooked over wood. If I’m having a fire my steak is 100% going over the coals 👌 Thanks for watching 👍

Don't worry about warping. I've my stove 4 years or more now. It won't affect the performance
Thanks for that, good to know. I’ve straightened it now 👍
What’s the coat you wearing is is insulated ? Looks good
