Particularly during the ever-emotionally charged holiday season, social media can be both a place of inspiration, comfort and support, but also a place where we can run into imposter syndrome, comparison, isolation, and a whole lot of emotional triggers.
We’ll talk about how social media can both support and negatively effect our grieving process. My goal is to offer you practical tips on setting boundaries, curating your feed, engaging intentionally, and knowing when to leverage social media as a tool for healing versus hinderance.
