What an episode. It gave us a view of the brilliant mind that Lalit Modi is. I don’t believe all the fault is on one side. I believe that everyone had vested interests, including Lalit Modi, BCCI and everyone else. But the person who got impacted the most is Modi. this episode won’t prove that Lalit Modi is fully clean, however it does give us a perspective and the other side of the story and insider info on how things happen in big organisations. Till now, what we were made to believe is that all the fault is with Lalit Modi, the perspective has now shifted, and it seems like a lot of things happened with this man as well and he has suffered quite a bit. And how politicians misuse their power, and how media is still controlled by political parties. But above all, what a brilliant mind this man is and his sense of business. More than anything else, I am impressed by this man’s intelligence, and the major part he played in making an empire and making BCCI the richest board in the world. This can neither be denied nor be changed.

After watching this podcast, my respect for Lalit Modi has grown immensely. It's heartbreaking how a visionary like him, who revolutionized world cricket, has been sidelined and vilified by self-serving politicians and a biased media. This podcast provided a much-needed platform to present his side of the story, debunking misconceptions and shedding light on his incredible contributions. Raj, hats off to you for conducting such an unbiased and genuine interview-something mainstream media fails to do. You've truly redefined the way stories should be told. I'm now a bigger fan of both Lalit Modi and your work. Thank you for enlightening us with such impactful content. 🙏🏻

Hi I am Shubham from Germany……One hell of an amazing podcast .…..I encourage you to follow the journeys of controversial yet successful personalities in our nation and create podcasts that illuminate the egoistic, biased and arrogant attitudes of our political powerhouses……… Mr Lalit Modi gave a significant gift to cricket lovers in India and around the world by bringing foreign direct investment (FDI) to the sport, ultimately making the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) the richest cricket organization in the world. His story highlights how political influence can impact one's career in India, often due to the personal egos and conflicts of a few powerful individuals in this large developing nation. It’s incredibly disappointing that the visionary who united cricket and entertainment, creating a thriving multi-million dollar organization that continues to succeed today, ultimately had to leave his homeland, India, and is facing a lifelong ban from the BCCI.
You should be more interested in what happens in Europe.... "Sayin m from germany" people like you leave India for studies / job or whatever reasons...and think they've become superior and cool.... If you are ashamed to be called an Indian, no need to peek into other countries businesses...🤡
This is by far one of the best podcasts I've watched. Unfiltered, zero bull shit and straight from the horse's mouth. Lalit is a genius and yes he's done wrong in his life but we are human and things can be resolved. He's right when he says India has a crab mentality, a sad but true statement. Great job Raj Shamani. Loved it and absolutely enjoyed watching it. Is there a book on Lalit Modi ?
Listening to Lalit Modi's story is an eye-opener! His journey of transforming the IPL into a global brand is nothing short of remarkable. It’s incredible how he brought sports, entertainment, and business together to create something so revolutionary. His vision continues to impact millions, proving the power of innovative thinking and bold leadership. A true legacy builder and a masterful entrepreneur-this conversation is a must-watch for anyone aiming to leave a mark on the world!
Lalit said it absolutely right about people in india .... they want to pull you back but it's mostly congress party... Now we see adani's case ... if they think Lalit or Adani is wrong, fight in court but wantedly they are bringing in media so that india gets hurt.... Appreciate Raj for bringing Lalit side to all ... too good
Truly Amazing! My mental journey went from look at him from someone who's trying to clear his name to someone who cleared his name! - Lalita Kumar / Lalit Modi / LalIT MoreDi
Wow, what an interview! Truly an eye-opener! This was the first time I’ve watched a full, nearly 2-hour podcast without skipping or speeding through it-it was just that gripping. It’s incredible how this conversation shed light on how subcontinental culture can sometimes stifle or undermine individuals who are doing something extraordinary. And the way politicians can play a role in destroying someone’s career is absolutely shocking. Speaking of Lalit Modi, I have to admit-he’s a visionary. He revolutionized cricket and took it to another level. What impressed me most was his fearless, unfiltered approach-he said it as it is, and I’m sure even more truths were left on the cutting room floor. Hats off to you, Raj Shamani, for bringing this side of the story to light.
Raj what an interview, till date I thought Lilit Modi is a fugitive, but your interview cleared it all. He is a genius who is not needed by us because of our corrupt system. Thanks you made us know a better side of Mr Modi.
I listened this podcast word by word not only once but twice at a Normal speed (which I generally don't do) not only to know his side of story but it taught me some biggest lessons of how to build something so grand from ground 0, what all challenges do come in your way (both politically & within your organization) & how to fight with them, how to pave a path to rise higher & a lot other lessons! Loved this podcast...!! Keep up the good work!! Thanks Raj & his team & ofc Mr. Lalit Modi. Also, with no doubt I can say that Congress is like the "termite" for our country making it hollow internally..!!

I've always said, if there is any Indian sports related person who deserves Bharat Ratna, it is Lalit Modi. He transformed Indian cricket, making BCCI a superpower of the sport to which every other cricket board has to agree to, like yesterday's PCB agreeing to hybrid model. His IPL model has inspired similar leagues in multiple sports (badminton, soccer, kabbadi, hockey...), transforming sport overall in India. So he has transformed not only Indian cricket, but overall Indian sports. Cannot think of anyone who is more deserving of a Bharat Ratna.
After hearing this podcast of Lalit Modi… Indian Government should look into the matter and try to resolve his issues. And recognise his efforts for Indian Cricket.
Great podcast. Mr. Modi sounds so fierce in this, and great questions asked by you, Raj. I wish someone who can read body language and identify if someone is speaking the truth would make a reaction video for this. It would be great to know if Mr. Modi is not corrupt as he claims.
Excellent podcast with Mr. Lalit Modi. Till date we read and heard many things about him but with this podcast we have been able to hear his side of story. Now it is up to people to join all dots and see the clear picture as where the fault lies.
I always liked this guy as he is the father of IPL. He should be brought back into India. At the same time, BCCI requires complete reorganization & should be made to pay tax.

1:55:00 this FIR which you have shown at last is clearly done to pressure modi, this type of FIR are called bogus FIR in our community I’m a lawyer by profession.
Absolutely brilliant interview, he is the pioneer of the greatest blockbuster entertainment in India. He don't know the cricket but what he created out of it was masterpiece. Thanks Raj for bringing this on table.

Hi I am Shubham from Germany……One hell of an amazing podcast .…..I encourage you to follow the journeys of controversial yet successful personalities in our nation and create podcasts that illuminate the egoistic, biased and arrogant attitudes of our political powerhouses………
Mr Lalit Modi gave a significant gift to cricket lovers in India and around the world by bringing foreign direct investment (FDI) to the sport, ultimately making the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) the richest cricket organization in the world.

Bro you knocked it out of the park. You mentioned 7 hours of content, would love to watch a part 2 of this. Keep up the good work 👏🏽👏🏽
This is just excellent. I have always looked up to Mr.Lalit Modi. But now its gone more up. Kudos to MR.Raj Shamani.

Vt a visionary unbelievable
Waiting to see Vijay Mallya and Nirav Modi in your show @rajshamani

This is huge and, it's LM part of the story... Anybody likes it or not but he is the creator of the beloved IPL and changed numerous lives.
T'was lovely listening the other side truth of Sir Lalith Modi, straight forward and kind hearted being he is❤
I've always said, if there is any Indian sports related person who deserves Bharat Ratna, it is Lalit Modi.

The brand he created is now the bread and butter of many, changed lives of so many cricketers bringing out of hardships.
