Marco Bren i’m sorry but i’ve been seeing your comments all throughout this comments section and i just thought you needed some education :) a persons gender and their sex have no correlation whatsoever. that is BY DEFINITION. gender is how someone feels and expresses themselves. if someone born with female anatomy has a male gender identity, that makes that individual male. gender and sex are two completely different things!
For the longest time I never understood transgender but I never thought it wasn't real it just confused me until it was clarified about sexuality and gender. Now I understand sexuality is who u sleep with and gender is who you sleep as.
I think the question was more like if you don't know them so as a he/she, and in some languages you can't be vage about it. But this video was really good clearing stuff up cuz I felt completly ignorant in that subject...
Yeah, I get you. I read a book recently which had a non-binary main character and the author managed to write the entire book without using gender pronouns. It worked really well but made it super hard to review!
I know that the comment section is gonna get nasty, so imma just say this: Y’all trans people are so beautiful. Your gender is real, you’re real, and you’re so incredible, amazing, and strong. There’s so many people here for you
al hassan mola and you disagreeing doesnt make it untrue, In these kind of subjects its personal and objective Some think abstract art is beautiful others hate it, objective. If it doesnt Harm you or other people Why would you care what people like, do, say etc. Live your life and your truth
Everyone is like,“The girl in the black dress is beautiful!” Or “The girl with box braids is beautiful!” Or “The Asian guy is so handsome!” Can we just agree everyone in this video is so freaking handsome/beautiful? (Not to be rude.)
Nope. Everyone has his oxn standards of beauty ^-^ . It's impossible to find all the people in the earth physically attractibe since beauty (apparence) is subjective.
I'm glad you brought it up What is CIS? Do females born with penises really exist and what are they called? What do you call a straight guy who likes to wear pretty things?
@@deepdish2034 a cis person is someone who identify as their born sex! like, someone being born as a girl and feeling like a girl. females born with penises...i'm not sure what you mean ksjziz. there's some people who are born with a penis but feel like woman; so they are girl with penis, technically. we call them trans women. but if you meant to talk about someone born with a vagina, boobs, and a penis, i'm pretty sure it's really really rare. i read it's called hermaphrodite but i can't say more. and a boy who like to wear pretty things, well...is still a boy. you can call them feminin boy, but not every of them would especially like it. because, like, pretty things aren't only for women uwu it's just something normal. but if a guy love to wear "girl" things and a girl "boy" things, sometimes, it can be called being a travestie. again, not everyone might like it, some people just want to dress as they want and don't see any gender into their way of dressing. but yes, some do, and it's called like that. i'm sorry if that was confusing, english isn't my first langage;; hope it helped!!
Obnoxious Lion that was deep but I agree😇 it's always that the most religious people are judgemental (but I think they are just jealous cause they can't control us like they always do)😣😑
the only monster here is you, those who judge shall be judged. we are created by god stop saying he made some things wrong, he does not make mistakes so we are not mistakes.
charlie 745 Being trans ain’t a mistake honey! I can’t speak for trans people because I’m cis, but from my own bisexual perspective - being bi is not a mistake, it has made my heart bigger and that is an integral part of my faith. I hope I’m right in saying that this goes for trans people too. Being something other than cis and straight is NOT a mistake, it is a part of you and it makes your heart bigger and your mind more open. Both are tenets of Christianity.
Bryant Nelson opposing views are for football teams and music preferences. Not whether someone has the right to exist as their authentic self without being murdered for it, so long as they are harming no one else.
Stop lieing and telling people fake facts the trans people didnt switch genders cause they didnt seitch genitals they just look like oppisite gender u cant change just cause u want to and feel like it
Denise Hudgens you have a very good and positive attitude but you used some terms that tend to be considered problematic. Maybe try to avoid referring to groups of transgender people as “transgenders”, and avoid using the phrase “born in the wrong body”. Thank you, have a nice day :)
To kill them? No. Are they beautiful? Yes. Are they healthy? No. Should we accept them? Yes. Mentally they are not ok, but you don't need to hate them. Isn't so hard to live with them and accept how they are right now.
rhoze God loves all no matter what. God sent his only son to save us. If God can send his only son to save us, he has enought love for all of his children. please remember that
I do not believe in any religion, but I was raised catholic and people like you are who give me faith in the church. It's nice to hear that you understand God in the best possible lighy
You are correct, trans people are loved by god. They say "god doesn't make mistakes". That's right. Because trans people aren't mistakes. We were put here on purpose to be trans. And living our authentic and happy lives is what anyone should be allowed to do.
I’m ftm (female to male) And I’m actually dating a ftm transgender so it’s really comfortable together because we know each others struggle and almost everyone accepts us as trans and gay And he helps me come out and stay comfortable with myself as a trans male
i'm a ftm also dating a cis guy but hes actually very understand and even gives me tips on being masculine. people often ask if hes straight because i was born female, but he identifies as gay, as i identify as a male. ive dated another ftm and i can say its slightly difficult at times but knowing struggles can really help.
Xavier Parker if she/he whatever you want to call her/him identifies as a woman therfore she is a woman to my eyes and it should be the same for everybody
just letting y’all know, “transgender” is an adjective! that means that saying “transgenders”, “transgendered”, etc. isn’t gramatically correct. instead you should say “a trans/transgender person”.
From a trans perspective: it honestly doesn’t even matter. This is such a petty topic. There’s a difference between something offensive like misgendering someone on purpose and accidentally saying “transgendered”. Shoot. Even i say “transgendered”. Why does it even matter lol
There is so much hate in the comments, I'm so disappointed in our society. Why does it bother you so much about what other people do with their bodies, let them live their lives. Everyone has their right to be true to themselves.
Ely Walker god made everyone the way they are for a reason. Why would someone want to change that? You’ll always be the same person but who wouldn’t like themselves for how they were made
Lol, you're in for a surprise... If God made them who they are for a reason and they were born knowing they were trans, then your point is valid. But personally, I'm not religious and think people should be who they want/know they are.
Ely Walker I have nothing against trans people, or people who desire to be someone else. The thing I am against is the LGBT community pushing their agenda's (including transgender propaganda) onto other people.
"God made you the way you are, it's a sin to change that!" they scream, with holes in their ears, ink in their skin, dye in their hair and body parts altered with silicone. Buzzfeed, thank you for the trans representation. ❤ With the recent (or should I said "constant") upheaval of our lives, we could use a little positivity.
even though I'm not trans my best friend is and any time we tell someone they either address him as it (he's female to male by the way) or they say "oh you don't look trans" which is really annoying how people treat people like that Edit: also what I meant when I said they say he doesn't look trans they say things like " Oh your pretty good looking for a trans guy" , and things like that and he doesn't like to be addressed as it because he takes it as if he isn't a person and if you don't want address him by the proper pronoun just say they or his name instead sorry if this confused anyone
Remember that if you spot anyone in this comment section wishing harm on others, you can report their comment for harassment/bullying. Alternatively you could also report them for hate speech if they are specifically targeting trans individuals in their violent wishes. Grow up or shut up.
A note on the dating remark, my ex came out to me after 4 1/2 years and while I was 5 months pregnant. We tried to make it work because even thoughI'm straight, I loved her soul, but ultimately she decided she wanted to put all her focus on transitioning and not on me or our son. She sees our son and she is trying to be active in his life, but it's not how I invisioned or was told our lives would be. She even admitted she was almost trying to "trick" me and wasn't going to tell me after we got married, but me being pregnant sped up thw proccess. PLEASE be honest in your journey to the people you love so you don't end up in the emotionally and legal mess we're in now.
And yes, I use the proper pronouns and call her Allie or 'baba" when referring to her in front of our son because I've always been a supporter and won't change my views on that just because she was ultimately, extremely selfish.
Honestly, as trans myself (ftm pre-everything) I wish I wasn't trans even though it's such a unique experience and I probably wouldn't be the same person if I was cis, I can't cope with dysphoria, it gets really too bad at times

I wish you nothing but love! I cant imagine how hard it has to be to transition and to feel like youre not in the right body or like something is off. All of these trans people in the video were confident and loved themselves so much, you could tell.. It was so nice to watch this video. Luck to all who go through these hardships and have to deal with haters.
Personally, I think it shouldn't matter if you tell your date you're trans. They asked you out so they saw the Man/woman they were interested in. All love to you guys!!!
Balmain Chanel Yeah, I heard it’s called passing privilege. I feel bad because I’m a transgender man who passes so easily due to lucky genetics. People called me a man before I even started trying to pass. But trans women have it so much harder, especially if they didn’t go on blockers. That and testosterone naturally deepens the voice, so my voice just became deeper, but estrogen doesn’t lessen how deep of a voice you have. Oh well.
Being a trans woman is a very lonely life if you’re not passable. A lot of confusion, rejection and depression. This is when loving yourself becomes more important.
Lysca You know what else is incredible? The fact that she got fired from a L'oreal ad campaign a few months ago for being a massive racist and Buzzfeed puts her in their video...
elhussain farouk I never said anyone should be killed or harmed in any way whatsoever! Nor did I say these people aren't just that, people. But there is something wrong mentally and today's society nurtures that issue instead of facing it. Everyone talks about the high suicide rates amongst the transgender community but no one talks about the facts. They see themselves as something they aren't, they go to huge lengths to reach that "ideal" image of themselves and yet more often than not, they still aren't happy.
Nico V please provide me with the "science" you're referring to. And please don't provide a BuzzFeed video link as reference. "transgender" is literally the text book definition of dismorphia.
I can’t fathom hating someone based solely on a choice they’ve made. Especially when that choice doesn’t effect you or literally anybody else besides themselves. I don’t get how you could try to hurt someone emotionally or even physically only because they are different than you. It’s terrifying that there are people in this world who are THAT ignorant. Y’all don’t deserve to breathe our air. Just let people live and love and mind your business it’s so easy.
The trans issue affects everybody because we pay taxes that go towards some of their “healthcare,” lockerooms/bathrooms are an issue, sports teams, and the fact that adults are making decisions for children on this that will permanently affect their health and we are supposed to protect kids. I hope you stop trying to stifle conversation in the future with ignorant comments like yours.
Here is where it hurts ppl. Did you see the story about the trans woman in maimi. Slept with a bunch of guys without telling them and then tried to expose them for sleeping with him. The problem is, trans people are Co opting another's identity. It funny how there are so man genders yet they onky choose two to represent themselves. A woman is an adult female. If you're not a female, then stop calling one's self a woman or man. That's the part that sticks in people caws.
My fiancee is trans and she gets these questions all time. And she just wants hormones not surgery, she is a proud butch lesbian. But it's good to know people want to be educated.
“Gender, typically described in terms of masculinity and femininity, is a social construction that varies across different cultures and over time. There are a number of cultures, for example, in which greater gender diversity exists and sex and gender are not always neatly divided along binary lines such as male and female or homosexual and heterosexual.” www.who.int/genomics/gender/en/index1.html
Christina Smith So basically, trans people are promoting gender stereotypes by acting like you can’t look or act a certain way to be a man or a woman. Just like that trans lady claimed that she has “always been drawn to feminine things” as if a man can’t be drawn to that too
That Thing You See At The Corner Of Your Eye I’m pretty sure she was remembering how even at age 5 she liked playing with “girls toys” and was told by her parents that G.I. Joes were more appropriate for boys. So I don’t see where you are getting that trans people promote gender stereotypes.
I'm trans but can clearly see that it looks like trans people only promote gender stereotypes when you take that definition of gender into account. If gender is just a social construct and described in terms of masculinity and femininity, then it implies that trans people are just cross-dressers who made a conscious choice to do so. But I know that's not the case at all cause that's not my reality. In order for transness to not be a choice and natural (like most trans people experience it however others might word it differently, but that it's just who they are seems common enough), then gender cannot be something that's been constructed by society. Because trans people's experiences of being another gender is not constructed by society. If that was the case, they'd be able to "unlearn" being trans, which obsviously they're not and shouldn't be.
Christina Smith They are reinforcing outdated stereotypes. For existence transwomen tend to be hyperfeminine stepford wife types who play with their hair a lot and obsessed with vanity and beauty. Since they were kids they were told that make up and dolls were "girls" things so they assumed they were women which led them down a path hate their body and eventually to transition. More and more kids are transitioning these days because of media propaganda and we're actually seeing a phenomenon where there are no more butch lesbians and femme gay men. Older butch lesbians are kind of not happy about it because they are a bit of a dying breed. If we remove the labels girls things and boys things then maybe people won't be as obsessed about gender and just learn to love the body mother nature gave them. I think that's the way society should go.
I may never understand the entire thing of being trans, as I was born male and am happy as a male and feel content. However, I will ALWAYS support trans people, I will always respect them-because they're human beings who have found themselves. If my money is going to trans surgeries I have absolutely no issue with that. I want happiness in the world, I want people to love not only others, but themselves.
Elie K. You’re right because everyone and everything is beautiful no matter what you tell yourself YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL! And there will always be people who will accept you in your life even if you don’t feel like it.
I've had an experience in university of being the only cis person at a table, and I tell you, it was an amazing learning experience! They were super kind and loving, and eventually became some of my best friends.
I never understood why people have a problem with dating a transgender person. Maybe it's because I'm pansexual and I really don't care about genders, but aren't it the feelings that count in the end? To hear what these people had to go through hurts so much. I only wish them the best! Greetings from Switzerland
Linda Selina Because no matter how YOU identify, it doesent matter to me. I want to be with a woman not a man. How dare people force their views on others while accusing everyone else of the same?
To some people sex is very important and if a trans person hasn’t had bottom surgery then the sex is different from how it usually is. Though as a 100% gay guy I’ve dated trans guys in the past and it hasn’t been any different than dating a cis guy.
Aisty they don't date someone who doesn't have genitals they're attracted to. i wouldn't date a trans woman who still had male parts because i'm not attracted to penises. i also wouldn't date a trans guy because i'm not attracted to men. i'm a trans guy fyi
The speakers in the video bring up a good point. If society was more accepting, gender norms weren't so strict, or that "blending in" wasn't such an need to feel comfortable in day-to-day life...would so many trans people require/want surgeries? If you allow kids to be themselves -- without saying "this is a boys colour, or girls piece of clothing" ...Just allow play to be play, and clothes to be clothes...style, manner, actions, etc...to not be define as gendered thing. Would more Trans, and CIS people, accept their bodies, love their bodies..without feeling a need to change it? Its the same as plastic surgery...if we didn't have this beauty standard...a lot less people would care or see the benefit of it vs. the pain and cost.
Mokulen There's a difference between gender non-conforming and trans. Although trans people could be somewhat less overwhelmed in a society more open to blended presentation, sex characteristics (voice, chest, hips, etc) can be a harsh line between other and self and would still be a source for dysphoria. Gnc people would blend in with the crowd in such a society, but trans people would still struggle.
OP is absolutely right. It wouldn't really help people with *body* dysphoria very much, but it would help a lot with *social* dysphoria, and it would drastically improve the safety and happiness of *all* trans people in their daily lives. Like, if everyone accepted me as a boy/man from day one, I would still get on T to grow a beard, and get top surgery. But so many of my other problems would be easier, like applying for jobs, using the restroom, worrying about my trans friends being attacked, dealing with misgendering, etc... And some of my body+social combination dysphoria would be better, like anxiety about my height and hip size.
Xavier Parker: I have a Masters In Psychology. You're incorrect about trans people having a mental illness. They no more have a mental illness than other intersexed conditions or for that fact, women had "hysteria" pre women's sufferage. The reason it's in the DSM at all is because Society creates a problem that makes it difficult to be part of society. Unless you're a trained psychologist, you may want to refrain from diagnosing mental illness in others.
All these ladies and gents are looking fine and confident and it just makes me happy that they are able to express who they are and how much they had to go through and how happy they are. 💛

Bryant Nelson Ma'am, what you're saying can be considered rude and hurtful to some but if you don't want to be kind to people that's your choice. Have a lovely day lady!
Bryant Nelson And the reason you've always accepted that you are a male is the fact that you were assigned the right sex. Some people aren't and they may have a hormone imbalance from the time they were in the womb. Meaning that they have female hormones but in male body or vice versa. Maybe don't hate on people and be rude to them because they weren't born in the correct body. Maybe ma'am, you can try being nice to people. Thanks for taking the time to have this discussion lady and I hoped you managed to get some new information through your closed minded, thick skull. Again have a wonderful day ma'am.

her saying "I love being trans" just straight out really made me happy. There are many many times where i feel sad and discouraged because I'm trans because I just feel.... Well, I feel like there are many things I miss out on by being trans. But theyre all right because I can completely agree that it is a blessing to be able to have a greater understanding and empathy for people. Not that theres a definitive correlation for everyone, but I can say for MYSELF that being trans (along with other characteristics of myself) has allowed me to be more mindful of others and of course have a very open perspective of gender. Peace and love! ♡
0:27 ooo I love the hair! It's so pretty and cool! 😂 I'm just gonna say something.... Why don't people except trans people or whatever? They're just like anyone else? I just don't understand. I don't think they're 'Different' or 'weird'.
i think the main thing with that last question is that they love being trans probably now more than before their transition because they all pass reasonably well from what i can tell. however myself, and others pre/non-transitioning who don't pass hardly at all don't particularly enjoy being trans due to the blatant and constant disrespect we get based on sight and sound alone. either way though, these people are brave and i love them.
While trying to date as a trans I feel it’s their responsibility to let them know that they are. They need to let each other know, you don’t want either of you to be uncomfortable.
I'm all for trans rights, but you have a certain responsibility to let people know who may be attracted to you, or you be attracted to them. That person may not be comfortable with that and you need to respect that and not play the victim all the time.
rockroad17 exactly. Like if I love someone but i think they are a woman but it turns out that they are a man. Then I will not think the same after because I may feel weird about it
ThePhenomenalBro But if they tell you they’re a woman, then they’re a woman. They’re not “actually a man”. People get killed for telling future dates that they’re trans, so maybe get over yourself and realize that they don’t owe you an explanation about their gender
I wish I could talk to a trans person about self-love in real life. You’re so wise guys and I look up to you so much! Daily reminder, that you can love yourself just as you are - and that it’s necessary. Really, role models when it comes to the journey of self-love 💖 appreciate you folks
As a trans woman...... I cant say I love the label or the actuality of it all but Im proud to be able to be the real me and share my story with others and educate others on something they may know nothing about which has happened now quite a few times 😀
I'm a-sexual, but I only really discovered what that was in the last 5 years. Growing into an adult and not being hetero-normative kind of _makes_ you do a lot of soul searching. Like, I spent at least 5 years wondering if I was a Lesbian, I seriously didn't know. I didn't have a definition for what I was so I kept asking myself if I fit into what definitions I did know. I finally decided to accept that I just wasn't sexually interested in men or women shortly before I found out what "a-sexual" was. When I heard about it I was like, "Yeah, that's me." Listening to these people talk about their journey just made me remember what it's like to just know that you're "not normal" and not being able to define your normal. I applaud these people, at least I didn't have to make a physical change to be who I am.
I didn't think watching this video would give me so much happiness but it did and I'm not complaining. Honestly I was just curious to what the questions were but now I finished the video with the biggest smile on my face. These people are so comfortable with themselves and so open it's quite refreshing! I love their energy and how they carry themselves. Also they all looked AH-MAZING!!
LOVE this : "i've always been about beauty doesn't have a sex for me so at the end of the day, it's like what i'm gonna remember is whether or not you are a nice person"
My Spammel they should receive the hormones that they were born with it's cruel to be pumping different hormones when they haven't even experience their own naturally I'm firm that they should wait until their 18.
GhostxLee so you're telling me that because you want to change your gender and you can't wait until you're 18 when you have the freedom to do whatever you want. You're threatening to take your own life? I don't take suicide lightly at all, however it feels more like you're stomping your feet to get your way. I know that sounds bad. BUT it really does feel extreme. It feels like being trans is more mentality unstable as a young teen than as an adult. And you making a statement like that also feels like you want me to see it as if you have no other choice but to do it now. Again I'm firm that 18 is better studies have proven that. You do want you want but these are still my views.
GhostxLee I have no issue with people who want to be trans in fact more power to you but as growth of both physical and mental health goes it's important for teens to go through things naturally. In fact it would make transitioning easier
Wish my cousin could have the same mindset as these beautiful ladies and gentlemen. They’re so worried that since they haven’t been transitioning since day 1 that they’ll never look natural. Trying my best to keep them optimistic, but it’s so hard when I can’t empathize well with them. These videos always make me so happy and hopeful for my cousin, for the world, and for myself, in understanding trans people more and more.

Can we just agree everyone in this video is so freaking handsome/beautiful?
(Not to be rude.)
Nope. Everyone has his oxn standards of beauty ^-^ . It's impossible to find all the people in the earth physically attractibe since beauty (apparence) is subjective.
everyone is handsome/beautiful. it's just we live in such a judgemental society.
Wait how are you being rude? And as a bisexual, I agree!!
I'm cis, but I believe that hating trans people isn't right.
We Stan an ally 👌👌
thank you
Thank you. You’re a good person.
I'm glad you brought it up
What is CIS?
I'm trans and Christian! I just decide not to go to church because of the judgmental looks and expectations.
Obnoxious Lion that was deep but I agree😇 it's always that the most religious people are judgemental (but I think they are just jealous cause they can't control us like they always do)😣😑

charlie 745 Being trans ain’t a mistake honey!
They’re all so beautiful 😭 I just wanna give them all a big hug

Denise Hudgens you have a very good and positive attitude but you used some terms that tend to be considered problematic. Maybe try to avoid referring to groups of transgender people as “transgenders”, and avoid using the phrase “born in the wrong body”. Thank you, have a nice day :)
To kill them? No. Are they beautiful? Yes. Are they healthy? No. Should we accept them? Yes. Mentally they are not ok, but you don't need to hate them. Isn't so hard to live with them and accept how they are right now.

You are correct, trans people are loved by god. They say "god doesn't make mistakes". That's right. Because trans people aren't mistakes. We were put here on purpose to be trans. And living our authentic and happy lives is what anyone should be allowed to do.

Jenn Cardona Yes, but it’s pretty disrespectful

There is so much hate in the comments, I'm so disappointed in our society. Why does it bother you so much about what other people do with their bodies, let them live their lives. Everyone has their right to be true to themselves.
Ely Walker god made everyone the way they are for a reason. Why would someone want to change that? You’ll always be the same person but who wouldn’t like themselves for how they were made
Lol, you're in for a surprise... If God made them who they are for a reason and they were born knowing they were trans, then your point is valid.
But personally, I'm not religious and think people should be who they want/know they are.

even though I'm not trans my best friend is and any time we tell someone they either address him as it (he's female to male by the way) or they say "oh you don't look trans" which is really annoying how people treat people like that
Edit: also what I meant when I said they say he doesn't look trans they say things like " Oh your pretty good looking for a trans guy" , and things like that and he doesn't like to be addressed as it because he takes it as if he isn't a person and if you don't want address him by the proper pronoun just say they or his name instead sorry if this confused anyone

Yeah, I heard it’s called passing privilege. Oh well.
They just date themselves
don’t feel sad. they make it hard for themselves.

Nico V u sarcastically think that i am talking about aliens right, now i am fuckin happy to talk to u Mr alien 😂
Or it's a mental disorder. Ever heard of body dismorphia?
Nico V You sure about that?
elhussain farouk I never said anyone should be killed or harmed in any way whatsoever!
It's not a choice, just like sexual orientation isn't a choice.
A. It sounds like you hate some people cuz you don’t think they deserve to breathe B. Hatred is normal and good because there’s evil in this world
The trans issue affects everybody because we pay taxes that go towards some of their “healthcare,” lockerooms/bathrooms are an issue, sports teams, and the fact that adults are making decisions for children on this that will permanently affect their health and we are supposed to protect kids.

There are a number of cultures, for example, in which greater gender diversity exists and sex and gender are not always neatly divided along binary lines such as male and female or homosexual and heterosexual.”
www.who.int/genomics/gender/en/index1.html
Christina Smith
So basically, trans people are promoting gender stereotypes by acting like you can’t look or act a certain way to be a man or a woman.
They're all gorgeous 😘😘

The only reason I can think of is preferring certain genitals and not wanting to date a trans person who hasn’t transitioned yet
To some people sex is very important and if a trans person hasn’t had bottom surgery then the sex is different from how it usually is. Though as a 100% gay guy I’ve dated trans guys in the past and it hasn’t been any different than dating a cis guy.
I probably wouldn't date a trans person and I am trans
Aisty they don't date someone who doesn't have genitals they're attracted to. i wouldn't date a trans woman who still had male parts because i'm not attracted to penises. i also wouldn't date a trans guy because i'm not attracted to men.
i'm a trans guy fyi
The people in the comments are so annoying. Trans people are real people
The speakers in the video bring up a good point.
Yes, the amount of people who need surgery or want it would be the exact same.

Bryant Nelson Oops, sorry ma'am
Bryant Nelson And the reason you've always accepted that you are a male is the fact that you were assigned the right sex. Some people aren't and they may have a hormone imbalance from the time they were in the womb. Meaning that they have female hormones but in male body or vice versa. Maybe don't hate on people and be rude to them because they weren't born in the correct body. Maybe ma'am, you can try being nice to people. Thanks for taking the time to have this discussion lady and I hoped you managed to get some new information through your closed minded, thick skull. Again have a wonderful day ma'am.

Not that theres a definitive correlation for everyone, but I can say for MYSELF that being trans (along with other characteristics of myself) has allowed me to be more mindful of others and of course have a very open perspective of gender.
Peace and love! ♡
i like how they weren't rude
but cis gay people are usually more aggressive in these videos
Wonderful 😏
So happy that you found your true selves ✌
You're right, it'd have been better if i said "true selves"
Thank you for the info, i'll edit
So a man's true self is a woman and vice versa? Idiot.
SillyTube, If that's what you understand from what I said, I'm not the idiot here.
This is cool
Maddie L ok.
0:27 ooo I love the hair! It's so pretty and cool! 😂
I'm just gonna say something....
Buzzfeed needs to work on crediting the people starring in the videos
While trying to date as a trans I feel it’s their responsibility to let them know that they are. They need to let each other know, you don’t want either of you to be uncomfortable.
rockroad17 Well sometimes coming out to someone who thinks we’re cis, as being trans can get us killed. So why don’t you leave that up to us, yeah?
I'm all for trans rights, but you have a certain responsibility to let people know who may be attracted to you, or you be attracted to them. That person may not be comfortable with that and you need to respect that and not play the victim all the time.
rockroad17 exactly. Like if I love someone but i think they are a woman but it turns out that they are a man. Then I will not think the same after because I may feel weird about it
Yeah and I think that trans people have an obligation to let the other person know. They always can't be the victim.
If I saw any of these people on the street I would never think they were trans like slayyy
When I saw the miniature of the video I thought that there were interviewers sitting with one trans person lol
I'll probably drool over the guy with tattoos😍😍
As a trans woman...... I cant say I love the label or the actuality of it all but Im proud to be able to be the real me and share my story with others and educate others on something they may know nothing about which has happened now quite a few times 😀
My trans guy self has never felt more understood....
Omg such a cool idea 💕
I am a cis teenager (girl) I learned a lot THANK YOU.
14 dislikes in like 3 minutes
Unicorn Sparkle dammit!
Okay but like seriously why is everyone in this video a gorgeous human being??
I'm a-sexual, but I only really discovered what that was in the last 5 years.
Growing into an adult and not being hetero-normative kind of _makes_ you do a lot of soul searching. Like, I spent at least 5 years wondering if I was a Lesbian, I seriously didn't know. I didn't have a definition for what I was so I kept asking myself if I fit into what definitions I did know. I finally decided to accept that I just wasn't sexually interested in men or women shortly before I found out what "a-sexual" was. When I heard about it I was like, "Yeah, that's me."
Listening to these people talk about their journey just made me remember what it's like to just know that you're "not normal" and not being able to define your normal. I applaud these people, at least I didn't have to make a physical change to be who I am.
i truly hope that more people educate themeselves on the matter of Trans people, and if you don't know enough please make sure you do.
So good and so inspirational
Charley Fiveash apparently your definition of inspiration is mental illness.
@Mr Clean
So true! And it gives me hope to see people like you and the legend above your comment. I appreciate that 🤙🏼
the transmen are very handsome and the transwomen women are stunning :)
"you would address a trans person just like you would address any other person" totally agree
Just a question; is it scary to be trans sometimes?
definitely
Very
yuuuup
Fanti Fant It's really frightening at times. I'm afraid of coming out and being open because of all the hate and people being killed.
Yes.
The black girl in the black shirt is SOOO beautiful!! She looks like one of my family members lol, we related sis? Jk 😂
I’m 11 and know that I am
LOVE this : "i've always been about beauty doesn't have a sex for me so at the end of the day, it's like what i'm gonna remember is whether or not you are a nice person"
I think it's perfectly fine to do that when you're over the age of 18. Any younger could bring on regret.
WYNOLLO TV there is plenty of thinking that goes into getting hormones, so yes, hormones you should wait for, but why 18? More like 14
My Spammel they should receive the hormones that they were born with it's cruel to be pumping different hormones when they haven't even experience their own naturally I'm firm that they should wait until their 18.
I'm 14, starting hormone therapy in a few days. If I weren't able to start transitioning I would end up VERY suicidal.
It is such an amazing video . We all get to learn so much from this . We all should be happy and proud with who we are .
"Us transgender women have a strength, unlike any other." Ya don't say???
These aren’t the most googled questions, they’re just the ones buzzfeed typed in
Wish my cousin could have the same mindset as these beautiful ladies and gentlemen.
The biggest surprise is that that guy is over 35!!!
