A few notes. Holding down the TC button turns off stability control and traction control which may be dangerous. To disable traction control, all thats necessary is a single push of the button, if the car chimes, look at the MFD in the gauge cluster to ensure stability control is still active. This is true for genesis coupes but may not be for other vehicles. Second, some vehicles may start spinning the tires as a result of holding the brake and the accelerator, for the genesis coupe 3.8 3000 rpms with the brake engaged will result in the rear tires slipping before launch which is not optimal. don't gas it to redline. rev the engine between 1-3 rpm. you don't need high rev limit for a good launch, you just need good control and don't blow the motor
In some BMWs if you press it it's only halfway off, it'll let you slip a little bit but still kick in. If you hold it that's when it turns off completely.
I would do this in my 2014 subi wagon with the cvt , if you did the cvt fluid change and kept up on maintanence that car took a beating in my highschool days

Get a quality aftermarket torque converter not only will it improve torque and horsepower they’ll also be more durable for launches

No that’s fine the breaks have a tiny amount of play so if it sits forward when doing so that is ok
“Sport mode” man know your facts, it’s S for “Standard” referring to a partial manual trans feel without the need of using the clutch
I can’t do this in my Jeep it just breaks loose in the rear.
The stinger does this as an actual feature
Is it possible for an awd infiniti
Glad it was actually sport I thought you out it into standard lmao
But how do i properly launch as fast as I can without spinning my tires? That's the problem I'm having
why don’t you just hit the gas? Why do you have to rev the car a little bit? I’m new to cars.
The rev makes it start at like 1 or 2k rpm instead of at 0
You don’t need to hold the traction control button just press it lol
