The zero config would be the best way to roll this out, however you need to create a template for each phone as you don't want the extension to map itself to a BLF. So at the end of the day, what's the point. Being able to setup 1 template would be great but you can't. Eg. if you have ext 2000 and you setup the template with ext 2000, 2001,2002 etc and then assign to a phone it will map itself! We need a smart template that will not map it's own extension to the BLF.

You can set BLFs on your phones even simplier - just create eventlist, set eventlist URI on your phone and turn on BLF auto provision feature. On GXP2140 you can also set to where these BLFs will be auto-provisioned - to extension board or MPK.

Hi Nathan. What do you suggest for BLFs or Evenlist BLFs that only works intermittently? Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. We're one of your distributors' partners in Australia by the way. Thanks!
