    DINGLE...DINGLE..
This is MUST watch for me. Always informative and priceless commentary!!!
SHEEEESH, the puppy dog in the doorway, wagging his/her tail ( watching the "meat packing" process intently) is like having a banana split with two cherries 🍒. Love it!

I gotta tell ya... The vlog is REALLY well done and beautifully "orchestrated". But, the addition of that pooch (wagging it's cute little tail) in the door way, is just plain PRICELESS. The biggest bonus of all is that you don't skip a beat. You just casually explain that there is a "common" fence between you and your neighbor and the pup is free to roam between the two of you. Absolutely candid, spontaneous ,and , well, extra, extra special.
P.S. Maybe poochie deserves a little hank of

I do a lot of sous vide, so having a vacuum sealer is a must for me and it doubles for this, I portion meat into vacuum sealed bags!

Wow, nice, and I learned a few things. The bag idea is great and no freezer paper wrapping time. Thanks. Now to buy the bags, I just ordered my dryer today, and the generator to run it is due Tuesday the 12th. I will be starting my journey by the end of the month.
I have a 47qt freezer and a 35qt refrigerator and your way of freezing is a great help to me. But I wouldn't have to buy that much at once.

@@1man_caravan I just put them on my amazon subscription for April but I may order them early for this month. Thanks, you have great info.
I had 2 lead acid deep cycle batteries, upgraded to 3 lifepo4, so I now am working to install an independent battery system in my truck canopy along with my homebuilt trailer.
