    Thank you for the episode. Would be great to mention that source of food ( ingredients) we are consuming as important as getting that variety on your plate. Issue with modern days food it's that even it considered a healthy one , but if it was produces in highly polluted soil or if its a fish/meat - poorly maintained environment. Yes , presence of people like this lady its important on social media /platforms etc. however, profound aim for getting healthier lays in quality of production of those mentioned food.
