    🤔 Have you ever been pressured to eat something that you had already resolved to avoid? Here's my story.
    Diet peer pressure is real, and we have to our guard up when associating with people who don't value our health as we do ourselves.
    Here are some ways to stand up to diet peer pressure and stick to your health goals:
    ▶️ Just say no: Only you know how serious you are about eliminating your symptoms and losing the weight, and a large part of it comes from the foods you know you should stay away from.
    ▶️ Have a healthy go-to treat: You can either have it on you or have it ready for you at home when you are finally able to break free from the diet pressure. This way you can satisfy that urge to indulge while still staying within the parameters of your diet that you have set for yourself.
    ▶️️ Find a group of people you can go to who will encourage you with POSITIVE peer pressure. And on that note ⤵️
