Of course I had to pause to read the comment, and it is 100% possible to have that reaction. I learned the hard way to plan on staying home for at least one hour after drinking the celery juice. I tell everyone I recommend it to to do the same. The first time I drank it was on the way home from the juice store, it was a very long and harrowing ten minute drive of intense “clenching”. Luckily I made it to the Loo. This gets better then goes away after a few weeks when your body adjusts.

I haven't tried just celery juice, but I did watch the documentary "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead." I bought a Brevel juicer and juiced for a month, following what he juiced in the documentary (celery involved). I ate a healthy dinner. I just juiced morning and lunch. At the end of the month, I had lost 20 pounds. I felt better than I had in years and stopped acid reflux medication. BTW, I laughed my tail off watching this video. Great job. I'll be going back and watching more of them as I am in the process of getting back into life!

    for what its worth,
I use a combination of cucumbers and celery (8-10 cucumbers + 3 heads of celery), enough to fill an entire gallon-sized jug, which I keep in my refrigerator. It cuts down on both the cost (cucumbers give a much higher yield) and the work (juicing once a week instead of every day).
Also, I've noticed that letting the final brew mellow in the refrigerator overnight before consuming cuts down on "stomach problems" to a very great extent. Be sure to give the jug a good shake before consuming, as it has a tendency to separate.
    Best of luck,

I heard about celery about a month ago, and I thought any vegetable I consume should be beneficial. I have had some skin issues so I know my body is trying to tell me to correct the issue. I absolutely love your juicer and the organic healthy celery. I unfortunately could not go that route (soon I hope), so feeling bummed I slept on it and meditated. I was then given Organic Celery Powder as a resource. I was so grateful to see that I could afford that. So that is my method. I have noticed a HUGE difference in my skin, my hair color, digestion, and sleep. I am so grateful to have watched your video. Thank you for taking us along. If you mean a meal..I can’t say it’s the healthiest choice but it’s not terrible either…I keep those zero carb tortillas on hand and throw some turkey or chicken breast on it…maybe a couple precut veggies, with a little mustard (organic is best, but in a pinch..) Or, I keep cut fruits/veggies in a container for a quick grab. Blackberries are really good and really don’t raise your glycemic levels much at all. Lemon in you water helps turn off the hunger. Avocado is a compact fruit. Cut around, remove the seed/pit, take a spoon and enjoy. Avocado has helped me a ton with my weight loss. Especially to break a fast. Dr. Mindy Pelz does a lot of fasting and food education, love her, even if you aren’t a faster. But, nuts in small amounts are good for a snack too. I’m on day 7 of a 28 day juice cleanse. I haven’t laughed so hard as that guys comment! 😂😂😂 It’s the end of day 7 and you convinced me to juice a quart of celery before bed. Hubs comes in and says…is that what that guy had? 😂 I guess if he hears a ruckus tonight he’ll know it had the same effect. 😅 I don’t think so since day 1,2,3 kinda took care of a lot of that. You convinced me to add much more celery to my cleanse. I loved your humorous experience juicing celery! Cheers!

You couldn’t pay me to eat celery let alone drink it. And yet here I am willing to watch this video and wishing it was a super long one because it’s a Laura video!!!! THE BEST!!!! Ps. Can you do a microneedling vid or have I missed it?

Im not keen on eating celery and actually tastes totally different as a juice. You don’t have the stringy texture to cope with. It takes a while to get used to and you have to slow juice it so the pulp is extracted. I’ve been doing most days for 3 years now along with lemon juice starter as per medical medium protocol and I completely reversed hypothyroidism which my dr said I would need lifetime medication for so it’s worth trying for any issues. I look for lighter coloured celery as it has a milder taste than dark green. It’s a lot to do with the quantity too so you won’t get the same benefits eating the celery. Get medical medium cleanse to heal book as there is something in there for everything. I definitely think majority of problems stem from the gut and the toxins we absorb into our bodies and this helps flush them out.

Should save all pulp and add to stews, freeze in the meantime in ice cube trays or 1/2 cup freezer bags

Great idea ! I was thinking about that while watching her Video. Seemed such a waste to not keep & use the pulp later. I was thinking, stew, or even salad's, etc.

i have pots and one of the most debilitating symptoms of it is the chronic fatigue, its made everyday things so difficult but about 4 years ago i ate alot of celery and also drank celery juice and i remember feeling so alive and vibrant and life was just really good and for someone who can struggles physically to do simple tasks and then feels completely drained afterwards enough to where i have to lay back down for awhile, this is huge because living got so much easier my body felt so good and i was able to do everything i wanted to do without the exhaustion, im going to try it again because my fatigue is really bad recently and its really difficult to do most things again, ill do an update in a few days

Pour water with a drop of dish soap in your juicer after you remove your plant juice. It helps with cleanup so much. Finish in the sink. Wow, organic celery is at least US$3- very cheap at £1.29 in the UK
