Pants fit weird in the waist but our great. Just got the Kebs in 36 waist and they fit perfectly. The 36 vidda are a little too loose so went with the 34s but on the tighter side. Need to lose a little weight haha. I’m usually a 32 or 33 so i highly recommend going up a waist size on these. They run tight especially if you workout

Real people can have different points of view and can find flaws in EVERYTHING saying these pants have no shortcomings can not be true if the same company is selling a pair that costs an additional $100. Do these have to be re-proofed from time to time? If so, how is that done?
Yes, you'll want to re-wax, using Fjallraven wax, them pending on your usage. We recommend at least once a season.
