The Vidda Pro non-ventilated also have one more belt loop around the waist compared to the ventilated. I have both pants but definatly prefer the non-ventilated. Better comfort and the pockts are better placed in my opinion. I 186cm tall/ 80 kg and size 50 Long is a perfect fit. I also have the Vidda Pro Lite. Same pants as the Pro non-ventilated but in a much lighter and more breathable G-1000 fabric. Excellent in warmer conditions.

Very helpful video and as previously mentioned far more informative than the Fjallraven site itself. Thanks.

I have all 3 models. But barents pro are slightly baggy compared to both vidda's. Its about 1" differ in diameter

Barents pro and Vidda pro.. Down the knees, Barents Pro is adjusted.. If they are similar, do they have the same length up the knees?

They have different lengths up to the knees as the Barents Pro have a raw leg length, so they are longer to allow for hemming.

Hmm, you don’t buy the Barents just because you got extra long legs. You buy them because a) you’re going to tailor your pants anyway to your very specific length (which is neither Fjallravens L/R/S) or b) you don’t want their adjustment system and boot hook which not everyone is a fan of.

Exactly right. I had my Barents Pro tailored for my 33" required inseam, which is an inbetween length as far as Fjällräven leg lengths go. The adjustable strap gizmos on the fixed length trousers are a faff, useless anyway, and preclude the use of a close-fitting gaiter.
