Maleficent Mistress of Evil is phenomenal. Angelina Jolie showed what she could to further impress everyone that she can emulate the character of Maleficent naturally. Elle Fanning is an excellent actress apart from Jolie. Together their performances are groundbreaking in this film.

@@celianunn2070 oh I think Mal would def talk to Aurora about that but it doesn't mean A couldn't get pregnant. Also we are unsure of the birth control options, if any, they used. But 1. They could have not waited until marriage, which is unlikely but still a possibility. 2. They could have conceived that night and Mal knew it because she knows a lot and literally has magic 3. Mal could have left AFTER the wedding the next day so I mean.. the devil's tango could have made a tiny tot 4. Maybe Mal made A's uterus super juicy for babies and was hinting at tiny tots I'm not saying I 100% think A DID get preggers before Mal said that, but I believe it was implied to have happened or to be soon happening since A grabbed her stomach and looked at Phillip knowingly. I love how Billy knew immediately that Maleficent isn't the bad guy. Just people. And then still gave props to the Queen for being a badass because she really is lol I love this movie and the reaction made me laugh.
This was my cocker spaniel Bentley's favourite movie. He passed away January 2021. It was one of the few movies that got him excited. Usually he was really calm and just laid on the couch during movies, but this one made him run up to the TV and wag his tail.
Such a great sequel and follow up from the first one.🙌🏾 And they still found a way for us to root for Maleficent and still be on her side. I also thought it was cool that we got to see more fairies like her..🙃

The reason you rarely see eating in movies and TV shows is because the table and food placement has to stay the same through numerous shoots. Imagine being an actor and having to eat multiple bites after 20 or more of the same shots from different angles. You would be full of food and each bite would have to be of the same portion each time to make sense with edits later.
Billy, the ' I'll see you at the christening' part was a joke because Maleficent showed up at Aurora's christening in the first movie when she did the original curse. And the changing colours of the dress was a callback to the changing dress colour in the Sleeping Beauty animated movie (it's a pretty old Disney movie) where the fairy godmothers were changing her dress from pink to blue to pink to blue etc during the final dance/final scene in the movie.
Damn you must've REALLY liked the first one to watch the sequel this fast! Ion blame you tho, the Maleficent movies are really good and the second one they put one of the few people who could go toe to toe with Angelina Jolie: Michelle Pfeiffer. I kinda wanna watch the movie again now lol

You should watch Snow White and the Huntsman. It’s similar but better (IMO). It has more and better action scenes & Charlize Theron made being evil look good! 😍 #bingers
Jousting was done for sport and entertainment. It's when two men in armor, on the opposite sides of the long beam of wood, each holding a very long wooden lance, charge at each other on horseback. The object was to break the other man's lance. They were actually made in order to be splintered when hit. It was rather dangerous, though, even if it was supposed to be for fun.
When I watched the first one I felt her character was so lonely, her parents gone, no other fae like her. So to have saw more like her in the second was such a joy in my heart, I wish writing and directing could be done this well *every time* to character story!
🤣 I agree that Phillip’s Mom was absolutely gangster! Also, the giant bird thing at the end was supposed to be a Phoenix which is why Maleficent was resurrected. Great movie review and commentary!

The reason she said "See you at the Christening" was because NOT being invited/ allowed to Aurora's Christening is what started her spree.
I thought there was a confirmed theory that it WAS because Aurora was currently/shortly going to be pregante
