      @@kimkemitv29 ..ischemic stroke here 2 yrs & 7 months....my new adventure in life very chalenging.... new life style ..my motivation , 1st love yourself , fight back stay strong💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼Power on.. don't give up , i know there is no time table , keep on doing your homework , 2x aday in d' long run you will notice light @ d' end of d' tunnel ..stroke is curable .. go with d' flow...crouded hapi friendly ppl. music is life.. stretching , exercise.. drink a lot of water ...you will notice slowly but surely may improvement , pag asa 😊 thank you for visiting Kimkemi tv... same time same channel..remember be possitive stay awaesome & make it happen..bye bye

    Ako ay 1 year nang stroke share ko lang umiinom ako ng tinolang powder cacao. No sugar, After two weeks mararamdaman mo ang mga baradong ugat. Exercise after uminom.

      Sorry po for late response. Start po tayo sa tongue movements, encourage ntin si patient na ngumuya sa weaker side.. Practice dn po mag sip sa straw, blow ng candle pwede dn and always talk po. Khit bulol, sge lang. Masasanay dn importante is practice and consistency.

    Ask ko lang po..nakakalakad na po ng maayos ayos ung benta ng partner ko pero after 2days po di na naman sya makakalakad kasi masakit daw po😢

      Pag nag uumpisa na po maglakad, wag po bibiglain. Same lng po yan pag nanibago sa pag exercise, the ff day me muscle pain. Mwawala dn po yan.

    Hello po madam kimkemi tv! May ibang process ba para makalakad ng tuwid? Ischemic stroke po sakin bale po nakakalakad naman po ako pero dahil manhid parin left part ko hindi po pantay ang lakad ko. Sana mapansin mo maam Salamat sa mga Ptheratips niyo God bless! 🙏🏻☝🏻

      Para po makalakad kayo ng matuwid, dapat po palakasin ung weak side. Focus po kayo sa left part ng katawan. Exercise more and push harder. Try to massage also the area na me numbness, it can help.

      @@lhiemayferez5463 maam practise po more bubble gum, ewan ko po ahh yun giagawa ko .dati . now diretso na ako magsalita maam^^ saka every morning minmasahe ko po ehh hinahatak ko sya pero matagal din it takes 6 months para mawala utal ko.. sa ibang parts nmn exercise lang 5 months nka push up na ako.. maam pwede po favor pa subscribe po .ako ng channel ko journey po sa stroke recovery ko ^^ "ghecozci TV"

    na stroke po yung mama ko this november 9 lang po nakakaramdam pa naman po siya sa left side nya pero hindi po niya naigagalaw talaga
    gumagalaw lang po tuwing humihikab siya naitataas yung left arm tsaka gumagalaw din konte yung left foot. pero yun lang po

      Pag bago palang po, ganyan talaga. Tulungan niu po muna ung mama ninyo. Assist niu pp sia sa movements pra nd lng manigas and pag ginalaw atleast maganda pdin ung blood circulation. Kun able nman po si mama ninyo, pd makatulong ung stronger part ng body nia to assist her other hand. Mron taung gnawang exercise po. Try niu po review. Tiyaga lang po. Mas maaga na na exercise, mas mabilis ang recovery

    hi po maam .. stroke patient po ako yung left arm ko po di ko maitaas mag 1 yr na po . na rehab po ako 5 session lng po pina stop po nila ako sabi nila magpa cardio muna dw po ako. maam ask ko lang po may pag asa pa po ba na ma raise ko ang left arm ko . na stressed na po kase ako. and ask ko lng din po possible po ba na mag risk ang lumbar scoliosis ko dahil sa stroke . thanks in advance po sa pag tugon..       Maam sa therapy ninyo, i suggest continue niu po kasi exercise lang po talaga mkakapagpalakas sa arm ninyo. Pag clear po kayo sa cardiologist ninyo to do exercises, pa therapy po kayo ulit. Ung sa scoliosis namn po, proper positioning sitting/sleeping. Nagdedevelop po talaga ng scolio in the long run pag nd straight ung katawan sa upuan or sa pagtulog.
