Cruise Control is game changing, if u kno u kno. And don’t forget that gas gauge also. People say oh u don’t need one, why not. What car doesn’t have a gas gauge.

You mentioned adding a heated gear harness for riding in colder weather. I've got a '24 S1KRR with the M package as well and there's an SAE connector on the left side, just below the seat. It's attached to the frame.

For me it was the ergo. My wrist hurt a lot and this bike might be the only real sport bike that is comfortable for me. Took it to the track for two days without issue. I ride it to work as much as I can and it hasn’t been a problem.

I love the bike bro. I was between this and the 2024 ZX10R. I chose the ZX10R but it could have gone either way really. I wanted black on black so that was that. The cruise control is a must. If I ever buy another bike it must have cruise. I am spoiled now lol. Great video man!!!!

Great Video, I have been a Panigale rider most of my ridding life, both V2 and V4 but 1 year ago I got my first S1000RR. I love it. I think that the S1K at its core DNA is a touring Bike. That makes it better than any Panigale for long rides and at slow speeds. Panigales feel like race/track bikes Horrible for long rides n slow speeds very aggressive ergonomics.
I have both S1000RR n Panigale and depending how long is my ride n where I am going I chose one over the other. For every day and commuting hands down S1000RR

Ducati is an amazing brand. The only thing that prevents me from owning one. Is the engine heat. Especially if your riding in extreme hot weather, with gear one. That engine heat would make it, alot worse. People say the V4 is an awesome bike. But it would cook your legs, sitting in traffic.

Ducati has heated grips but you have to pay extra. Even the multimedia system and navigation software are also accessories but in bmw it is standard 😊. Even I am waiting for Ducati to add cruise control in the bike. I am not into supersports due to the riding position (I once tried zx10r and it is very committed) so I thought of naked bikes . Currently have a street triple rs but I want to upgrade to either s1000r sport or street fighter v4 .

People who say this are Ducati FANBOI's. If you are not riding on the track....there is simply no comparison riding on the road vs a Ducati. Ducatis run HORRIBLY around town. THey are super HOT. They are ultra finniky anything below 5000 rpm, they run ROUGH at that rpm and below. THey have ZERO creature comforts...no gas gauge, no cruise, do I need heated grips, no, but they. are nice. They get HORRIBLE gas mileage....my streetfighter gets 120 miles at MOST to a tank of gas STOCK...the light comes on at 90 miles...if I get a tune its gonna come on at 70 MILES! The Ducati is HORRIBLE to work on...there is no other bike near as bad to work on compared to the Ducati. I own both an M1000RR and a Ducati SF SP (and have owned a Panigale in the past)....there is simply no comparison as to which is better for a street rider!! As far as performance...sure a Ducati is a few 10ths quicker than the BMW....however the difference in levels of performance are so small that on the street its COMPLETELY negligible...both are 200hp bikes capable of INSANE speeds on the street....are you kidding me that I should sacrifice all the above because the Duc may eek out a bit of performance on a dyno??? People who own a Panigale....tell me how much better it is after we have ridden for 2 hours and spend 30-45 minutes in bumper to bumper traffic....we can talk about it right after you ice down your wrists and peel your roasted nay nays off the tank....and htis is coming from someone who CURRENTLY OWNS BOTH>....I would take the Beemer over my Streetfighter as well as a Panigale....its not even close... Now if you are wanting to own the one that will catch you the most looks at Bike Night or Starbucks...sure Ducati all day! Dont get me wrong...I LOVE MY DUCATI...but I also own other motorcycles. WOuld I want it as my only bike, NO WAY. THey are great to ride, are a totally unique experience, but as a daily....no way I wold chose any of them over my Beemer.

Aprilia no better - temp gauge keeps climbing even when the fans come on until temp gauge flashes - manual advises to shut it off - imagine being stuck in traffic. So glad I unloaded my 2023 aprilia, and happy with my 2024 s1000rr

I love my 2021 S1000RR m package. The dealer is nagging me to upgrade to the new m package model but I don't think the new bike is as good value as my 2021 - 10,000 trouble free kms up on it now. Back in 2021 you got everything as standard on the m package but now a lot of the goodies are options - the biggest of which is the carbon wheels. I found it hard to decide between it and a Panigale V2. V4's are an astronomical price here in Ireland but I did eventually get a new Panigale V2 Bayliss in 2022 in addition to my BMW. I have other bikes too which means I nearly have a bike to suit all occasions and moods.

The fact is all about preference. The bike doesn't make the rider. It's the rider that makes the bike. Every bike has their specialty feature, and if we could afford to have multiple bikes, I'm sure we would have various brands because every manufacturer is producing a beautiful bike.

I personally like its colour scheme much more than any Japanese - in fact i was happy to buy the ZX-4rr but I can’t stand the green colour!!! Btw the ZX-4rr weighs 189kg vs 194 for the BMW - I have not ridden a 1 litre leader bike all my life - do you think I should be ok? There’s a lot of busy slow traffic in Hong Kong
