I bought my mt10 from superbike factory a couple of years ago and it was a seamless purchase and delivery, I've heard some negative stories about them but my experience is totally positive. They've done great with you too, cant ask for more than that. Great choice the RR, its a weapon.

I've had 3 bikes from them, the first one a 1200 bandit had a noisy gearbox after about a month of owning it. They took the bike and replaced the gearbox no issues(other than it taking 6 weeks). 2nd bike was a bike for a mate who wanted to go from scooter to manual, gave it 2 weeks and couldn't get on with it, they cancelled the sale took the bike back with a full refund and he bought another scooter from them. Just bought a crf from them 2 months ago with no issues. The only thing with them is they are expensive compared to private and their px prices are very low.
I bought a 2021 BMW S1000 XR from superbike factory earlier this year and they bent over backwards to keep fixing it but the end result was a newer bike delivered. Superbike went out of there way to sort me out and were better than the BMW dealer. I would recommend superbike factory, would definitely buy a bike off them again.

I had a 2015 s1000rr , had to sell when a customer went skint on me about four years ago so I had to sell it to stop the chain. Anyway I now have a panigale V4 and tbh I prefer the s1000rr and miss it a lot . I think superbike factory big problem is selling untested bikes as I found out
It’s a shame you had a bad experience! I had minor issues with my bike and they were faultless with how they dealt with it , their customer service for me was spot on, but yes I agreed the RR is so much more fun that 99% of Superbike’s out there! Always time to go back and get another!
To be honest I doubt there is anything wrong with Superbike factory. As you say people who have not dealt with them or purchased from them like to moan for the sake of it. Seems to be the way people are these days. Thank god not all of us.
They were awful with me. Bought 2 bikes from them, both riddled with issues and their customer service was shockingly bad. I Wouldn’t buy another bike from them.
