I get the adrenaline rush. Pushing your bike to the limit. I'm sure now going 180+feels like you're doing about 100. But i always ask myself why...& then I'm realizing that you're splitting traffic more often @ 150+ & then u talk about if u crash @that speed u wouldn't wanna live. But then i just say to myself, why..u have access to a track, why put your life in such danger like that man. & I'm more so referring to splitting traffic @such a high rate of speed. I have a s1kR which doesn't go as fast, but when I'm fully pinned, it's open lane, nobody ahead of me & if i come up on traffic, ill decel & zip around. I guess because I'm a 35 year old truck driver with a wife & kid @home. Idk. Just wish you'd make smarter decisions man. I like the content for sure but it's so damn risky & all for what... Ride smart bro

I definitely think your wife and kid play a BIIIGG part in why you don't do things that could be ''reckless'' people always change things they used to do. My mam definitely did when she had me told me she would take less risks (stuff that could get her killed). But you also have to remember people find enjoyment in things others don't, that's how extreme sports came around. Some people would call it stupid and say it doesn't have a point but if it brings joy to the person doing it i don't think people should criticize the way someone choses to live. We all have 1 life and are all going to live a different way.

Yeah what you said at the end there is spot on, no amount of gear is going to save you doing damn near 200, even if it did you would be a bag of vegetable soup for the rest of your life... the real choice there is to slow down & never speed again or go gearless and hope for a instant ending if the worst were to happen.
My friend survived a 300kph with minor injuries (still 3 or 4 bones broken) but it was a slide.
He had gear + airbag, without he would be dead.
So worst advice ever, a 20mph crash without gear can break your spin and paralyze you. Worst scenario.

When I went to go look at 2024 S1Ks at the dealership, it was my first time seeing these bikes. I instantly got a feeling of fear just from looking at it and buying one seemed like a bad idea. Well, today I own a beautiful black S1K with full Ti exhaust and a ECU tune. I absolutely love this bike! Wicked fast and it does it so easily.
