Did you know that the full akra makes the cruise control void with the new Pani? Somehow the ECU flash overrides it. I don't know if there's a workaround for it :/ Have you considered upgrading the suspension/steering dampener/brakes or have you noticed the need for that?

I replaced all the black plastic with carbon fiber on my S1K. Originally I only wanted to do a couple things but one thing led to another and I ended up replacing all the black plastic. It didn't look right with some parts being CF and others being black plastic. I got BMW, Ilmberger, and RPM on it. If I I could go back in time knowing what I know, I'd go with RPM for as many pieces as possible. You cannot tell the difference between it and BMW/Ilmberger. Fitment was perfect all on the RPM pieces.

It’s a nice 600 class sports bike. The RS660, R9, and ZX6R are the pack leaders in this segment. I wish the RS660 comes out with more displacement and the ZX6R ups their tech.

The red shock spring matches the red on the exhaust. Nice…………the blue looks great!

How come you stopped covering your plate?

You mentioned that you are going to get a tinted windshield. Have you considered spraying the inside of your current windshield with PlastiDip? I used it on mine and it looks fantastic…..will also save you the cost of a new windshield.

By the time you add all that carbon you could have just gotten the M1kRR... 😛. I think the subframe bolts look AWESOME in blue from Proti.

Why not just buy the Battery Tender brand Junior 800 ma model - fully automatic, does lithium and plugs into the factory leads? Cost me $49 from amazon (canadian). Anyways good video

How much did you save by doing it yourself vs just bringing it into a dealer that does the tune?

Only the exhaust and the labor hours to mount it is around 11-12k. That V4S has WAY more expensive upgrades than "just" 12k

...On my second new 2024 S1000RR this year! First one got totaled by a drunk backing over it with 770 miles, the next day after the checkup. The new one is fully equiped except for carbon wheels. I had a 22 that I was just never satified with. I still have my 2016 which I really cannot seem to part with. This bike is clearly the best unit so far, it is truly a delight to ride.

I just got a 24 s1000rr in black glass custom with everything that was available was 32k out the door love it worth every penny
