At our bikes and coffee on Sunday morning. there is a older gentleman at about 83 years old, he rides an early Norton he has owned since new. He brings a Red Bull, 1 cigarette, and rides. We rode together, mostly going the same direction, and that dude is running 70K+, passing traffic, etc. The old guys rock and roll. I hope I'm doing the same at that age.
Love your content and your energetic enthusiasm Sr. You like others inspired me to get into this bike, I currently own a street glide and an adventure motorcycle and I’m picking up my s1000rr just like yours today. I’m totally new to this type of bike so I’m going to take it easy as I get used to it. I’m 48 so at this time safety and enjoy life is a priority. I’ll keep watching your videos, ride safe 🙌🏻
There’s a bit of wisdom going on as we age. At 55 the Senior discounts begin. 😂 So Stay fit and know your limits. Then just your ride and you will be enjoying two wheels for a very long time. Nice job out there John. Amazing scenery and what a great road. Epic East coast.
First to respond. That 2025 Yamaha R9 coming out is going to be amazing. My friend, 650iB just told me that he is going to be in California(and just came out with a video today) and he's also going to do the 'Launch Ride' for it both on track and street. He said it was comfortable; for his height of 6'3" tall; and even more comfortable than the R1. !!!!
Your bike sounds great…I’m a transplant from ur Harley channel…never had a sport bike always Harley’s but interested to hear your thoughts on them….an who knows maybe a 66 y/o can learn new ticks…😂 variety( it has been said) is the spice of life… Bring it on!
John you need to get the Dark Smoke windscreen for the s1K, what is with all of the Tar Snakes, that is definitely cheek puckering… Doesn’t the NJDOT understand how dangerous that is for motorcycles??? Uff
That RS is gonna surprise a LOT of guys on sportbikes..LOLZ!!! 😛 (til that dry clutch fails at 3000 miles). Usually I expect you (john) to be the guy dropping the hammer and hauling tail...LOLOL
IDK….some dangerous rider on that ride….passing on your right several times! NO BUENO! If he wants to pass safety he must do it in oncoming lane!!, not in same lane…that’s your lane actually! 😮 I like to ride fast, glad I was not on that ride, like to ride safe too!!! I rode with Angel but nothing like that rider did! I got new tires on my Ninja…maybe we ride next time, John …safely…

Sandy, aren't you getting one? If you can fly those jets a sport bike will be easy.
Come on Sandy, sport bike next bro!😎 Love my Ninja 1000sx…! Comfortable and fast!
You been riding your shorty muffler in while what’s your thoughts about it any good or bad ?
I love it. I think it sounds great and it’s not too loud that it hurts my ears.
