I’m making these meatballs for my tomato butter sauce - supposed to be used on pasta, but true to Sam the Cooking Guy’s guidance, I deviated from the recipe and floated the meatballs in some sauce with parm on top for a carbless version! Thanks for being so innovative!

During the Christmas sale last year I picked up a STCG 7” Nakiri and 4” paring knife. Now when I cook I never reach for my Cutco knives anymore. Love them!
I got the Nakiri some time ago and I absolutely love it, I have a lot of kitchen knives in my collection but this one is definitely a daily cooking knife I use. Another great video 🔥

I like how you kept turning the pizza in the ooni, most videos I’ve seen they come out burnt like the New Haven style pizzas… the char… but unintentionally. Love the channel, I’d prefer a Nakiri or that 10 inch Japanese chefs knife you were using, thank you.
My favorite pizza is a white pizza with garlic, olive oil, mozzarella, grilled chicken, mushrooms and sliced black olives sprinkled with shredded Parmesan cheese! Different, but tasty! Mmmm 😋

I've always been a little skiddish about making my own pizza dough (my son has it down to an art). But the local grocer has premade pizza dough, so I know I can pull this one off! Thanks and keep'm coming!
I've been trying my hand at homemade pizza and had good luck with semolina flour in place of cornmeal. I think it gives better release to the pizza and I find that the cornmeal burns and gives a weird flavor. Give it a try sometime

Hard to find ricotta at times. Someone suggested a fine curd cottage cheese. It does work but you really have to modify its flavor. Ricotta and cottage cheese aren't the same. Love the pizza oven...
Im making this today brother! Thanks for the Idea!…got extra meatballs out of it too put them in the freezer. But i am adding munster cheese to the mozzarella and ricotta & stuffing the crust with the munster & sprinkling garlic powder on crust. Also adding fresh green onion instead of the parsley maybe a drizzle of honey at the end?🤙 🍻
I just got back from Thailand and had these hardboiled eggs from a street cart that were amazing called egg song khrueng, that's what the local girl said it was called. I would love to see you make them with your own twist to bring them to the next level. I'm going to try making them and see how it goes. Love this channel!

Tip if people want their pizzas more round. Shape your dough into separate balls before it rises. You'll always come out with a round pizza.
