Made these brioche sliders tonight and they were fantastic! I also made a 2nd batch to make as “ regular size” buns…😂 My regulars were gargantuan! And my sliders were perfect size! Great recipe! I guess my yeast was super active!

The original Garbage Plate is from Nick Tahoe’s, but now you can find Garbage Plates everywhere in Rochester. A garbage plate typically consists of 2 hot dogs or 2 cheeseburgers, served with fresh baked bread and 2 of the following: macaroni salad, fried potatoes, or baked beans. Can't wait to try making these buns. I know you love Kewpie, but have you ever tried Duke's? When I lived in CA, I would have it shipped in, now living in FL and it is always on the shelf. Love the "twang".
I know I've already commented, but I have overnight gotten really super sick. When my sister and I were sick my mom would give us chicken noodle soup (which I think you have done) , JELLO, toast, scrambled eggs, saltine crackers, and ginger ale on a TV tray. TV tray? That's a 1960s meme! Maybe you could make a Food For Sick People video because I'm not so sure these choices are the best for getting better. Or if they are, maybe they could be improved for the appetite of a sick person... and this could go for people with cancer and other illnesses. As always, thank you Sam, Max, and Chance ❤❤❤
