Literally getting up to clean my fridge now. All my veggies are hidden and they go to waste bc I forget I have them. Prepping is going to make my life easier for me and the kiddos. :) Love your channel keep the great videos coming. As a mom I appreciate all the clean and delicious ideas.
Julia Vasiliu my fridge isnt so organised but I check my fridge every morning and use food items which is there for long to avoid it's wastage, can't afford to spoil food
I've been almost totally bed ridden for years now. I am going to work out a way to get some of your ideas implemented as soon as I get my wheelchair. Thanks please keep the great ideas coming!!!
Hey Dani, Now that we've seen the i side of your fridge can you do a vid on how to properly care and store veggies and fruits. Just so that they last longer and we get the most bang for my buck. Thx, a head of time
I just want to thank you for letting everyone see inside your refrigerator. I so enjoyed this video! It wasn't just what you had but the awesome advice and know how. I'm really trying to change my life concerning food, health and weight loss. All your videos have helped me tremendously, from the 101's to the recipes. Thanks again and I love and appreciate you if no one else has said that today. Bless you.
I would enjoy seeing a video speaking about the supplements area of your fridge. (codliver oil, turmeric force etc.) There is so much research out there, it would really help to hear your opinions on what stuff you choose to incorporate into your lifestyles to promote you and your families health and if it is a daily routine, or if some of the stuff you just use when you are feeling a cold come on, or something like that. :)
This is a lifesaver! my fridge is not organised which makes it hard for me to get motivated in cooking. I have a 3.5 month old girl so watching this definitely has given me that motivation and the kick in the butt to get the fridge organised!!! Thanks so much !!!!
Chopping salad tiny like that is my favorite! I like to fry up some corn tortillas and dip them in that kind of salad like chips and dip. It's delicious!
Thanks, this was a great video to get some ideas on new foods to include. As a matter of fact, I made a list while I was watching it. You're a great inspiration Dani!!!!
Hey Dani - I started using your veggie box idea. I also added leftover raw veggies from recipes to my box in hopes of wasting fewer veggies. I made Skinnytaste Green Goddess dip to go with my veggies 🍅 🌶 .
Thank you so much for sharing. I love how you keep it real. My husband and I have been doing the chopped vegetables and boiled eggs in the fridge but you provide some other cool ideas.
Dani, I have been watching your videos but not commenting...how rude of me. 😂 I adore you and your channel. Thank you for all the information you share. I have learned so much. Going to add food prep to my weekends. Have a wonderful week.
Another great video. Bar none, the BEST and most consistent food vlogger I've come across, and the only one I have religiously followed for YEARS now. Thanks for all you do, Dani. :)
Definitely you are my favourite youtuber - I said that already so many times!!! Thanks for the great video Dani! May I suggest a video on how to marinate, grill, bake, whatever chicken? I saw some comments on it, and I have the same problem: whatever I do they turn out dry and tasteless.... Thanks again Dani and Tschüss from Germany!
I really enjoyed the video~just wish I had not started reading any comments below it:( Absolutely appalling that the first thing to jump into some folks' minds is what to criticize~good grief people! Someone takes time and effort to show a much requested peek into HER REFRIGERATOR, and the deluge begins...from her personal vitamin levels to her food storage and safety, and even her dang electric usage(or something like that, equally rude and invasive) could not read any further. Incredibly rude, thinly veiled behind trying to be "helpful"~please, you all know what your intent was, come ON. Besides, coconut milk cans are lined to prevent rusting, people have different levels/needs for nutrition, modern refrigerators self adjust temperature to compensate for open doors and "Kindness (really!) CAN Change The World" How about jumping on that train?!
I love your videos Dani...they are so inspiring! As a mother of 2 little ones (5 and 2) I'd love to see a video of what your Sunday food prep really is like. How do you keep the kids out of your way so you can get it done? ;) Also would be interested to see how you organize all your kitchen equipment. For me it seems having enough of the proper food storage containers clean and available to hold the prepped food is key and I always struggle with that. Keep up the great work! :)
so glad I found your channel, very helpful!!! We just started shopping at Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, trying to think of healthier options and this definitely helped me a lot
a few months ago on vacation, I had a delicious grilled sandwich consisting of portobello mushroom, tomato, basil sauce and a thick cut grilled cheese. it was SO delicious and I've been dreaming about it for months but couldn't figure out what kind of cheese it was. i think it was the halloumi you mentioned!!!!! i will have to try it! it was so good!
Great video! Nice to see how you store stuff. Did you know that keeping coffee in the fridge is not the best way to store it, cause of the air. It best to store in airtight container and will last longer. I work in coffee so thought I share. Great channel
I like to grill meats ahead of time. Also I just prepped a combo of: brown basmati rice, couscous & quinoa last night. I mixed them all together & it was soooo flavorful. Now I have a bunch in my fridge for the week. I actually froze part of it too. Delicious! I usually have hard boiled eggs too
This is the first what's in my fridge video I came across which is actually drama free and real... loved how you keep it organised... I have taken few tips from this video ... thankyou :) ... btw I love how big your fridge is ... I have a smaller fridge at my home at times it gets difficult to fit in the weekly purchase.
Thanks so very much for this awesome tour. I learned so much, I really like the paper towels in the bottoms of the veggie preps & only washing the berries as you use them. The juice & sparkling water changed my life as well when I did this & I am shocked that I ever drank cola/soda for so long. I am sure these tips will go a long way to help me not dump so much produce every week into my outside compost thingie. I bet you never had your fridge open that long before ! Can't wait to see the chopped salad video.
+karon Last So glad the video was helpful! And just for the record - we were constantly closing the fridge when we shot this video - the power of editing;)
Thanks for sharing . Question, you mentioned placing the flaxseed flour in the fridge. Is that the same for the flaxseed and Chia seeds ? Or can you keep those in the pantry I've kept it in my pantry I had no idea😊👍🏻
Thank you for doing this video. It is always an inspiration to me to see what is in someones fridge to get ideas about what to buy to help with eating better. Baby steps all the way.
Great tour! I totally enjoyed it :) my stables are: eggs, smoked salmon, total fage 0.2% yogurt, low fat milk, avocados, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, baked chicken breasts and of course the chickpeas salad I learned from you😋 I can't go a week without having it in my fridge! Thanks a lot for the great tips and for the easy clean and delicious recipes you share❤️
Thanks Dani, this also make me want to reorganize my fridge. I forgot about my veggies alot so they good bad. Maybe putting them in containers would be better for me.
Don't know why I enjoyed looking into your fridge so much! I have feeling you had a lot of fun doing this one. Totally going to try that hot fig jelly. Wonder if Whole Foods carry them. Thanks Dani for letting us have a peek into your icebox.
I think I need a fridge like yours Dani. Some halloumi and tofu recipes would be great. Since discovering your channel I have made so many of your yummy delicious food. Am going to recommend your channel to everyone I know....yum, yum...thanks
Great video. It is always interesting to see how someone else organizes their fridge, always something to learn. Where did you get the containers that you have the carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, & celery stored in? They are the perfect size!
I'm going to have to look into the sprouted wheat bread and why some people who are sensitive to gluten can handle it. I've notice I don't react to the Alvarado Street sprouted wheat bread my husband likes but my body doesn't like regular wheat. I thought I was crazy! Thank you for mentioning that!
You have turned me on to the Kerrygold butter. One of the best swaps. My go to ' s are unsweetened almond milk, all veggies, fruits, hard boiled egg, regular eggs, avocados.
I eat Ezekiel bread daily I love cinnamon raisin and the sesame one - I keep them in the freezer and it stays super fresh! I make so many clean and delicious recipes with them!
thank you for showing us. I like your idea of prepping some basic ingredients in advance on the weekend. That's often the last thing I want or even think to do and then prepping the veggies during the week takes that much more time when I could've already knocked that out! That's gotta change bc it would be such a time saver! I also get a lot of inspiration from you on what to do with my produce. I'm a Misfits market member so I'm always getting produce I don't know what to do with, which is part of the fun because I'm trying new things I otherwise never would. I have a question: What would you do with the greens on carrots? my carrots always have the greens and I never know what to do with them.
loved your fridge! mine is so similar to yours now that I have made the change to clean eating. Great to know that i'm doing it right. Keep the videos coming!!!
thanks Dani... love this video! always always looking for more Sunday meal prep ideas. one thing I do is to cook up a big bowl of quinoa cooked in broth that we use for everything. so handy if you love quinoa :) we make bowls with them all week ... put on a bed of rubbed kale with veggies on top and a homemade sauce
Great video! I keep a lot of the same items in my fridge. Dani, for the chopped salad, are you just using the S blade in your processor and chopping until the veggies are very small? I'd like to make that salad. Thanks! :)
I must say you've got the most organized refrigerator I've ever seen. Wish my fridge was like yours. For how long can you keep cooked egg in the fridge?
I found that most rented apartments in Germany also have tiny kitchens, so no space for a big fridge. Luckily my kitchen is quite big so I bought my fridge separately to the rest of the kitchen units. I guess one advantage is that you have to plan properly. I would probably buy too much food if I had a fridge that big and then it would go to waste.
Hi Danies, I like to add some fiber powder to my snack, and I was wondering if the benefiber brand is quality good or not? And if not what is the best brand for fiber powder? Thank you, Hagar
I actually enjoyed this. There were a few products i never heard that im going 2 look 4 & try out. That Kevita water is one! Great video!! 💖💃 Oh yeah & the chopped salad! I started doing nuts like that..so im going 2 incorp the salad ideal. 👍😁
What brand of veggie keepers are you using? I like the size and stackability yours seems to provide. Also, thank you for posting. Seeing you in action is an encouragement to me to make positive changes in my own lifestyle.
this was fun. Our fridge had a lot of similarities to yours. I would be interested in a what I eat in a day video...maybe even family style! I doubt my kids eat as good as yours.
This video helped me so much...im currently trying to eat better and eating clean has spiked my interest.I love your channel.I always wondered about butter.I always use i cant believe its not butter,is that no good? Thanks for the juice tip also.
What a wonderful prepped fridge you have Dani. I love everything you have in there and you had me at coffee and Sriracha LOL. cottage cheese, ready made chicken, veggies and cooked sweet potato is definitely always on hand in my fridge. Do you have a video or recipe on healthy homemade cucumber or regular Korean kimchi? I would like to make cucumber kimchi soon
I'd love to see a video of what you do for kids snacks and lunch boxes. Im thinking you probably do chopped veggies and fruit. But my kids often need more than that and go for the pantry items but I find it is hard to find healthy unprocessed kids snacks
The best and most useful fridge tour I've seen yet. Love that chopped salad idea!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it :)
Literally getting up to clean my fridge now. All my veggies are hidden and they go to waste bc I forget I have them. Prepping is going to make my life easier for me and the kiddos. :) Love your channel keep the great videos coming. As a mom I appreciate all the clean and delicious ideas.

Hey Dani, Now that we've seen the i side of your fridge can you do a vid on how to properly care and store veggies and fruits. Just so that they last longer and we get the most bang for my buck. Thx, a head of time
delillian rodriguez she puts paper towels in all the veggies. I have done this the last year and it helps keep my veggies longer.
Awesome thanks!!!!

+Clean & Delicious You're a doll, thanks!
Delighted to see Kerrygold butter in your fridge. It is the best. I would say that though as I'm from Ireland!
This has given me direction for how to approach eating more veges. It's been the missing link for me - truly! Going to the store now!!
You have turned me on to the Kerrygold butter. One of the best swaps. My go to ' s are unsweetened almond milk, all veggies, fruits, hard boiled egg, regular eggs, avocados.
+Michelle Leza Isn't it the best?
I eat Ezekiel bread daily I love cinnamon raisin and the sesame one - I keep them in the freezer and it stays super fresh! I make so many clean and delicious recipes with them!

+randirae 3 ou are very welcome!
Really enjoyed watching this .. but can’t help wondering , with so much stuff , how does your fridge stay cool??
16:44 liquid aminos does have soy in it, FYI. It says “from soy protein” on the label 😉
loved your fridge! mine is so similar to yours now that I have made the change to clean eating. Great to know that i'm doing it right. Keep the videos coming!!!
Will do! ;)
thanks Dani... love this video! always always looking for more Sunday meal prep ideas. one thing I do is to cook up a big bowl of quinoa cooked in broth that we use for everything. so handy if you love quinoa :) we make bowls with them all week ... put on a bed of rubbed kale with veggies on top and a homemade sauce

+Bethzaida Vasquez It gets a little messier towards the end of the week lol! The eggs will last about a week.
i love how you organize your food..hoping for your next videos.thanks for the tips.love it
Thanks, Jenne!
I love that you call cheese a fun food! 😊
Dani, thank you. Do you recommend a calcium supplement? What are your thoughts?
It's incredible how big the fridges are in the US!! Ours isn't even half the size I'd guess - for a 5 persons household!!! (Germany)
That's so interesting... I wonder why that is.
I found that most rented apartments in Germany also have tiny kitchens, so no space for a big fridge. Luckily my kitchen is quite big so I bought my fridge separately to the rest of the kitchen units. I guess one advantage is that you have to plan properly. Fridge goals 👏🏼💪🏼 u the best!!!

Thank you! After opening, they will last about a week.
What brand of veggie keepers are you using? I like the size and stackability yours seems to provide. Also, thank you for posting. Seeing you in action is an encouragement to me to make positive changes in my own lifestyle.
this is inspiring me to go clean out my fridge and to start food prepping. Love the video:)
+Kamila4691 yay!!!
My staple is Bolthouse yogurt dressings. It allows me to mix up the flavor of my simple cooked proteins.
+Nicole Cheung good tip!
this was fun. Our fridge had a lot of similarities to yours. I would be interested in a what I eat in a day video...maybe even family style! I doubt my kids eat as good as yours.
Broccoli stems are the best! I steam them and use them in lots of dishes instead of zucchini.
I love these kind of videos so much! Gives you so many ideas!
So glad you enjoy them :)
This woman has her life together
I love your fridge. You have just motivated me to do food prep this week. :)
+Angela Gould Love it!
I love your videos. Keep them coming! I'm learning so much from you.
Happy to hear it! Will do ;)
This video helped me so much...im currently trying to eat better and eating clean has spiked my interest.I love your channel.I always wondered about butter.I always use i cant believe its not butter,is that no good? Thanks for the juice tip also.
What a wonderful prepped fridge you have Dani. I love everything you have in there and you had me at coffee and Sriracha LOL. cottage cheese, ready made chicken, veggies and cooked sweet potato is definitely always on hand in my fridge. Do you have a video or recipe on healthy homemade cucumber or regular Korean kimchi? I would like to make cucumber kimchi soon
+FitAnge S I don't have a recipe for that yet, but I would love to make one.
***** I would love to make it soon
I'd love to see a video of what you do for kids snacks and lunch boxes. Im thinking you probably do chopped veggies and fruit. But my kids often need more than that and go for the pantry items but I find it is hard to find healthy unprocessed kids snacks
Dani thank you! You have inspired me to organize my fridge better!
yay!
