i don't wanna judge but in Germany we only need water to wash the vegetables or fruit..... i know this is America and there is everything different but...there is really vegetable-wash???? Like I said no judgement but I a ´m a german girl I wanna learn:-)And...mushrooms...NEVER wash them they soak the water like a sponge and then are too watery 😲By the way, these reusable bag, the containers are so great and it was so much fun to see this beautiful restock, so great to see you eat the rainbow , so much colours in your fridge :-) I loved it :-) With the self - made hummus you got the vegan girl I am 😛 I subscribed, I discovered your channel right now with this video and I am in love, greetings from snowy germany 🙂

People use vegetable and fruit wash because just using plain water does not wash off residual pesticides and the wax that they put on some produce.

I just found you last night and have been watching your videos every chance I get free. We are plant based and have been since 2019 but am seeing unhealthy habits sneaking back so I am plan to get back to PB. I am so jealous of your farmer's market. Around here it isn't about organic at all and most people selling didn't even grow it. Plus our town doesn't have good stores. Places like Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Whole Foods and Costco are about an hour and a half away we try to go every month or two. Also if your Carrot tops are organic I would toss in your scraps bag for broth. I have also seen people make pesto with it or dry it to add to smoothies. Thanks for all the good videos.
