The stretch you can do 2-3 times a day …the massage part 2 times a day is fine

Ma'am I have pain in my left leg and right of the back. According to doctor I have muscle weakness and nerve compression in spine. I can't sit on floor nor I can bend my knees. I am 45 years old. Suffering from last 15 years. Please suggest

The last stretch is where I can feel the stretch of my side muscles. I always have the pain only on the front thigh of my bent knee when I do a half knee lunge. The pain is on the bent knee when I push forward and hold it for more than 20 seconds to stretch the other leg. I cannot feel any stretch in the leg resting on the floor but I could feel the strains on my bent knees after a long period of holding on to that position. The strain goes when I release the bent knee to straighten. I can bend my knees again but never hold for too long ..may be the weight on my leg is too much? 🤷 No pain/strain on my knees but only the thigh.
Do the Quadriceps stretching and front thigh muscle stretching …also while doing lunges , give less pressure on knee , give the weight on the thigh ..may be this can help you

For thigh pain ,you can do this exercise if it is on the outer side ...For spondylolisthesis ,there are different exercises
